Took my 7 year old for a consultation visit for Orthodontist care. Dr Irani’s office and staff were very polite and courteous.They took time to answer all our questions and didn’t make us wait for long or make us feel rushed. Would surely would recommend them to friends and family!

Perfect place to get braces! They took care of me 100% 10/10 recommend to come here!! All staff are amazing my experience with them was way better than any experience I had before dealing with payment plans they worked with me and with my braces they made sure I was comfortable all throughout having them. I’m sad that now I have my braces off but so happy. Again BEST PLACE EVER

I had braces for 2 years and every time I came to get my wires changed or anything they were always very kind and made sure I was comfortable always. everyone that works here is very sweet and makes you feel like family. totally recommend coming here for braces you will not regret it!

Extremely nice staff and Doctor. My 11 year oldfelt very comfortable. Everyone seems genuinely caring. Explained and showed us what’s going on with her teeth for us to actually understand and answered all the questions we had. I really liked that we were not rushed during the consultation. No sales pitches and did not put any pressure on us. Really liked the atmosphere. We felt very welcome there. My daughter is actually excited to get her expander and braces there.

I am very happy I found m Brace, I am getting my Invisalign treatment with them and they have been amazing! I have been with them for about a year now and all I have to say is great things, the staff is so nice and helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the results I see so far!

If I could give this a negative review I would. The front desk was not prepared for clients that have a busy life with a lot going on. Think you can reschedule appointments? Haha think again the front office will purposely ignore your text to prolong the waiting process and then ask about upcoming payments. The doctor was not prepared to come up with proper solutions when it comes to issues with any side effects. Instead chooses to have you sign contracts so she would not have to deal with it in the future and for something out of my control that does not seem ethical. Normally when booking an appointment I should not have to wait 45 minutes to be taken care of. Especially when I showed up 20 minutes early to consult with her and especially during my lunch break like I do not have to go back to work. Also this doctor does not respond to any email questions you might have that you send her. She will wait to waste your time by asking you to come to the office to tell you what she could have sent on email. She also does not respect privacy by keeping the door wide open for everyone to hear my situation. She seems like a newbie when talking to other Orthodontics about my concerns, issues, and wants. This experience was so dreadful I would not recommend any one I care about to waste their time over here and have their teeth look worse than they came in.

I could go on and on but I fully trust them and that says a lot. Theyre what all dental office should strive to be. They set the bar!

Dr. Shireen and her staff have been amazing since day one. We went with my son for a consultation and before leaving we had decided on a treatment plan to start his orthodontist process. Very knowledgeable and passionate about her patients and results. Her staff as well are knowledgeable and caring to each family and patient. Started my sons process and it was smooth and easy. My daughter even went in for a new patient consultation so we can stay ahead of the process. My kids feel very comfortable and happy with staff and so do I. Hands down the best place to go for your orthodontist needs.

I just started Invisalign with Dr. Shireen and am very happy I did. What stands out most to me as an older patient is the genuineness and authenticity of Dr. Shireen and her staff. Of course, these traits describe her both personally and professionally, so she hires and trains her staff with that in mind. There are loads of technically qualified people to work in her field, so what will set her practice apart is creating a culture and office atmosphere that is not robotic and cold, but truly friendly and welcoming without any tension between staff and patient. So glad I found this gem. The only name I can remember is Heather, and the initial x-ray and consultation was done perhaps by her, and that was really thorough and the communication was excellent. I actually liked the set-up overall, with the chairs all lined up for efficient delivery of orthodontic work, you never felt that your privacy was in question.

This is the best orthodontist. My daughter has gotten braces and the improvement has been swift and wonderful. The team cares so much and when you do a consultation there was no pressure or sales tactics. It is definitely worth coming here over other places.

I went to big names around the city, but only Dr.Irani made sense to me. Her treatment plan was spot on. It started for my daughter but I liked her so much that I continued my treatment with her too. The staff is incredible too. I am super pleased with the clinic, the staff, my treatment and the whole experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I typically do not write reviews, but Dr. Shireen & her staff were absolutely OUTSTANDING during the entire process (even through the ongoing Covid-19 situation). I used Invisalign for my orthodontic treatment without any issues. Dr. Shireen made sure that I was 100% satisfied, and even then --- she noticed a few minor things & made additional corrections until she was 100% satisfied. All spaces/gaps in my teeth are gone & my teeth are perfect. Great experience!!

I found this office by browsing online. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I honestly haven’t been disappointed once since my daughter started her braces journey in October. The facility is pretty and inviting, the front staff, especially Heather never seems to have a bad day. My daughter really loves Miranda, the orthodontic assistant. But all of the assistants are always so gentle and informative. Dr. Shireen treats her patients like her own children and will send you texts personally if needed. Overall, I’m glad I found Mbrace and will be using them later this year for my own Invisalign journey 😊
