Firstly, Courtney in the front is absolutely amazing - so very helpful and understanding. I had a scheduling conflict with my first appointment and she got me settled quickly. I didn’t know they offered teeth whitening and Dr. Gupta fit me in to do that and my cleaning. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The office is clean and they are following all Covid guidelines! I am recommending to my friends in the area!

Dr Gupta is thorough and gentle. My sister is a dentist, so I understand how hard it is to do most of the work by hand and do it well. The office is clean and pleasant, and I am excited to have found a partner for my dental health.

Thankful to have found a dentist who I feel comfortable with from start to finish. I have very sensitive teeth, Dr. Gupta is both patient and aware of this stressor. I have used many dentists over the years but Dr Gupta is the best. As a doctor myself, I appreciate her professionalism and skill. She is an amazing dentist both in terms of diagnosing and developing effective treatment plans. My other dentists would dart in for a quick check up after a cleaning by the hygienist and barely explain anything.Dr Gupta is different. She does all of her own cleanings, spending the time to really know my teeth! When I needed an implant for my rear molar, she guided me through each step, including getting me to an outstanding oral surgeon. I love how she explains all options and provides recommendations for future care. I wish I had her as my dentist from the start. She cares and she means it.

Dr. Gupta is amazing! I had fillings replaced and she was so gentle and used a numbing agent and reversal, within an hour after I left my face felt like I had never went! Then I got a whiting treatment and she’s the best!!

I have been going to Gentle Dentistry for several years. The name is just that I was scared to go to the dentist, but when I went to them they were patient and understanding. When I need fillings and extractions I felt no pain, I love this office and recommend them to everyone.

As soon as I walked into the door I knew I was where I needed to be. I havent seen a dentist in years, and quite frankly I was scared to. After being in this office for 2 minutes, the level of professionalism, kindness and comfort, I am excited to be here. I love this office.

Absolutely WORST business I have ever dealt with in my life!!! Please KEEP FAR AWAY!!!!Dr Gupta and staff seemed nice at the time, however; I felt like I was at a sales seminar so I decided it wasnt the office for me. Then...Misdiagnosed, mis-treated, office run very tacky (sit in chair waiting for services, woman comes over for you to sign and pay prior to them doing any work vs paying on your way out!). The list goes on!Decided to go to a new dentist office THREE MONTHS later. Called for a copy of my x-rays. Was asked if I found a new dentist. I said yes... then invoices started coming!! Saying I owed $55 for a double procedure that they did not do & it was a duplicate of the procedure that was not needed!! I had an infection, an ongoing issue to a tooth that had a root canal 11 years ago and had been treated the year prior. A GOOD+ dentist would have known (as all opinions thereafter!) that the tooth needed to be removed!Besides not getting the x-ray copies (although they have the option to charge $25 for the copies, a good practice would not charge for them as they were given payment at the time & Ive never been charged anywhere else - GREED!!!!!!), I had my insurance company look into the over charge (seriously, billing me after I paid the amount that was due PRIOR to any service and then not billed for over 3 months until they found out I was leaving the office!), the insurance company couldnt help me because its basically a he said, she said situation. They can overcharge you for anything and they will!!!!DISGUSTING PRACTICE!!! MIS-DIAGNOSED, MIS-TREATED, OVER CHARGED, Greedy beyond greedy... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!
