Went to the Frisco office. The Dr and staff were very professional and courteous. Ashlee was a lot of help and answered all questions I had efficiently.

Its pandemic and most of the personnel are not wearing any mask. Disgusting. What kind of clinic is this. The front desk lady is not wearing any mask as well. When asked if they have any mask they said they there is a shortage….for real, there are thousands in walmart and amazon!

I went in with a toothache, and turned out I needed a root canal. I thought I would have to be scheduled to come back, but Dr Talbot took care of me the same day!! Ashlee went over the steps and treatment with me. And was understanding with my situation. The assistant was very comforting as well. I will be back!!

L was referred to Comfort Dental by a friend and was sincerely pleased with the outcome of the care, professionalism, and quality of dental care l received by Dr. Talbot. Dr. Talbot is very charismatic, caring, professional and explained the procedure he was performing. I had a very painful cavity and had Dr. Talbot perform a root canal, he explained l would be in pain for the next few days, but l sincerely was not in pain, the area was tender but l did not need any pain meds. l highly recommend Dr. Talbot he is superb and will refer him to all my friends.

I normally don’t write reviews but maybe it save someone from pain and not a good experience. I went here about 2 months ago. Saw Dr McLeod. The staff was nice and the assistant were nice. The Doctor was also nice. The office was nice and clean also. I saw the Dr and he did some dental work. Left with pain and came back to redo some fillings. Had to go to a specialist to get more work done on my teeth 2 root canals. I would go get a second opinion before coming here. And the worst part is that I wasn’t finish or found another doctor and the doctor at Comfort Dental said I can not come back for further treatment. I would not recommend anyone here. All I wanted was to not be in pain. If you do I would get a second opinion. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Dr.McCloud is a miracle worker - hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to!Marie is the best hygienist! She is so friendly and has a gentle touch.Great prices and the whole staff is warm and welcoming!

Dr. Lim did a couple of fillings for me and it was a great experience all around. I had no pain at all and the staff was great. All of the assistants were very knowledgeable and the front desk explained my insurance policy very well.

The experience i had when i went wasn’t the best. They can be very rude and saw them just wiping instruments they had just used and used them on another client. Will not be returning to this location.

Take care with this place! They tried to charge me to fill 5 cavities. When I went to my trusted dentist he told me that my mouth was good. They could have damaged my mouth.

I consider thses people, the entire staff, to be the very best possible dental professionals possible, and I truly consider Dr. Brett Talbot the most awesome dentist I have ever been blessed to care for me - and I am an old woman with quite a dental history. I currently have no car so transportation to this Frisco Comfort Dental isnt easy. However, I would go to no other place and to no other dentist than Dr. Talbot, regardless of the distance. He is the most kind, understanding, compassionate, skilled, gentle dentist ever. He makes even difficult visits seem easy because of his positive attitude, superior doctor/patient relationship skills, and incredible professional expertise. I go with 100% trust, and I leave with 200% trust every appointment. The kindness and efficiency of the office staff, plus the organization and cleanliness of the office, contribute to my superior review.

When the Addison Comfort Dental was sold to another owner and changed company names, I sought out Dr. Talbot who was partnered with that practice. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. If your looking for a Dentist that truly cares about you and has an amazing bedside manner (so to speak) then Dr. Talbot is the Dentist you should be seeing! He personally checks up on you after every procedure. He goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort at the one place most people don’t like to go!! Thank you Dr. Talbot for all that you do!

Got a root canal here in 2019. Ive had 4 separate dentist at this location cause it hurt since I got it done. The last time I went they referred me to a specialist...so what Im gathering is I should have saved the 1800$ and got it done professionally the first time.

GREAT experience. Dr.Talbot is personable and attentive he does a great job listening and working with his patient. The staff is friendly and the process is no stress. Overall a great place to take care of your dental needs. I couldnt be more appreciative.

I noticed some employees didnt have on a mask in the room across from where I was. I didnt feel comfortable with all the Covid and been on edge since going there. I also was quoted a price before going in of $19 for x-rays and exam. They asked for my insurance before going in. They billed my insurance 5 times more and wouldnt let me pay what I was quoted. Please be careful going here.

The staff here is very friendly, they are very descriptive and let you know exactly what they are doing. Gissel is very kind and informative. She doesn’t leave out any details and was more than happy to answer any questions my family and I had. Hope also is great, she’s very nice and makes sure you are comfortable. She never fails to let us know exactly what she is doing and makes sure we are okay with everything! I highly recommended this Dentistry.

Dr. Talbot and his staff are the bomb! I normally dred going to the dentist but they made me comfortable the whole time and dr. Talbot walked me through the extraction procedure and made sure I felt no pain! Dont hesitate if you need dental work!

They truly care about their patients and they do everything they can to make going to the dentist a pleasant e experience. I happened to be in the office at the same time as the person who gave only 1 star. In no way were the staff rude and unprofessional to her. It was the other way around. They gave her reasonable advice that she simply refused to accept. I thought the staff handled the situation very well. I highly recommend this office.

I had the best experience with Dr Holloway and Dr Lane at Comfort Dental. I went to a dentist in California for an extraction and I have never been in so much pain, then I came here and it was like a breath of fresh air. They are so patient and kind with me, and make me feel so comfortable. My assistant Destinie checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okay. There needs to be more than five stars offered.....I would give Comfort Dental a 10! All I can say is Dr. Nguyen is a Heaven sent to us. We have been putting off getting our teeth fixed for many years because we just couldnt afford the inflated prices we were quoted by area dentists. Comfort dental offered an affordable way for us both to get our teeth fixed. This Christmas we are getting our smiles back! The office staff is always so upbeat and nice. Dr. Nguyen is so kind and gentle. He explains everything in detail....as many times as you need to understand. When he works on you he explains what he is doing at every turn and asks if you are comfortable. And after the work is over......he even calls you at home to check on you! I have NEVER had a dentist call me! Staff perhaps....for major work. We really appreciate his care and concern. Me and my husband cannot say enough kind things about this Dental Office and the wonderful people that run it.

A great place to go, with kind receptionists and dentists. They accepted my insurance, giving me an accurate diagram of your teeth, and basically work their way through as they clearly state what needs to be fixed. And let me tell you, they do an amazing job! Dr. McLeod is very nice and knows what hes doing! Will definitely recommend for those who are wanting to get their teeth checked out.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years , I lost count with my braces but the staff have always been friendly and funny. We get along no matter whose working on me at the time. Its always clean and I look forward to seeing my ortho assistants 💕Will deff recomnd!!!

This is Randall Skipworth and I came to this location on Care Day and the experience was wonderful. Dr. Nguyen was my doctor and he was experienced, genuine and comforting. The rest of the staff made me feel right at home. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office (and I’ve been to several). I recommend Comfort Dental to adults, adults with children, seniors and anybody wanting to get superior dental work at a refreshingly reasonable cost.

Dr. Nguyen was exactly the dentist we were looking for. We had difficulty finding a dentist that would accept our dental plan. We had a number of difficult experiences. I kept searching and found Dr. Nguyen at Comfort Dental. My husband and I both see him. We have had excellent dental care. His work is very careful, thorough, and successfully done properly. He will take the time to explain to you what needs to done and why. With the added plus of being very professional, he will really take the time to connect with you and address any concerns you might have. His office staff is top notch. I was introduced to Comfort Dental and the dr I saw was Dr. Lane. Dr. Lane gave me two options and gave me his recommendation, but he let me choose what option I thought was best for me. Their prices are reasonable as well. Even though its their busiest season, Dr. Lane was still able to give me his full divided attention. I also want to mention that Dr. Lanes assistant, Vanessa, was very knowledgeable. Im glad I found a dentist office that I can trust.

Dr. McLeod is awesome , hes kind, personable, and amazing at his job. The staff are super helpful. Every one there does whatever they can to make sure you get what you need at the best cost. We live 45 minutes away but we wont go anywhere else.

I drive 40 minutes just to go to this particular Comfort Dental! The staff is always so nice and understanding. Dr. Nguyen works with your schedule and any concerns you may have. They even call the next day to check up on you! Facilities are always super clean and inviting and I love that theyre open late/weekends. Great dentist!

Needless to say, my husband has been going to them for over a year to fix an issue they created. It is still not done. Dr. Mcleod got nasty with him and doesnt want to fix it anymore. I am sorry that your old partner screwed up and caused problems. But your practice is still responsible for it.I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

After moving to Frisco from Poland, it was difficult for us to find one dentist for all of us.Dr. Nguyen has been fantastic with my kids! We have had many challenges before but he was very professional and managed to keep my 8 years old daughter on the dental chair without tears and screams!Then it was my turn. I had no discomfort with having my cavities filled. I loved the assisting office staff. I have never had to wait more than 1 min, before meeting doctor.They offer very flexible operating hours, so with my busy schedule I was always able to get my appointments scheduled.And the most important is their price. Very reasonable comparing to some other dental offices.It was very nice not feel any pressure of being pushed to many unnecessary, costly dental procedures.Our family is very happy to have a permanent dentist now. I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Comfort Dental Frisco. I’ve been to them for everything from a implant to a cleaning. It’s a professional and clean office with an AMAZING staff! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a long term dental home.

So I had avoided the dentist for a very long time. My sister finally convinced me to go and told me to go here. So I went and they took excellent care of me! Everyone there treats patients and other staff with the utmost respect. I have a few problems with my teeth. I had a infected root canal that they took great care of! I will never go see another dentist office, Id rather drive the 20 miles to go here than go anywhere else. Great service all around.

Comfort Dental was given the most appropriate name! I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Alan Lane...whom was very pleasant, very skillful, and has proven to me that he genuinely cares for and about his patients. I had several cavities filled and two teeth pulled; in which we all know can be two pretty painful procedures but Dr. Alan Lane made sure I was very comfortable and pain free...and before I knew it, he was all done! Not only are the dentists amazing, but so are the staff. They were all very polite and made sure every question or concern I had was answered!! They will even work with you on payment plans for treatment, which further lets me know that its not just about the money but they really do care for the well being of their patients. I will definitely make this place home for me and my family and think that you should too!!! I give Comfort Dental 5 stars.

My situation with this dentist is slightly unusual. I am juvenile detention transportation officer and we have kids in detention who need a good dentist. The problem we run into is that for the safety of ourselves and the juvenile, they must wear handcuffs and shackles anytime we leave the facility and many offices fear that their other patients will be frightened off by our presence. Our kids may be in detention but, for the most part, they are kids that lost their way and made big mistakes.This office was fantastic and really made an effort to make the young lady I was with comfortable.Now, as for the care she received.... I am a mom. As a mom, I could not have asked for a dentist to do more for my child. Her fears were never minimized but they were assuaged. The young lady in question said that she barely felt the shots. Some previous facilities tried to rush through their work in order to get us out as quickly as possible. This dentist worked swiftly but did not rush his work. He checked with her frequently to ensure she was okay. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Lane was literally the best dentist I’ve had in my 24 years of living. Not only are the prices amazing, but all of the staff is so sweet and comforting! We will definitely be making him our primary dentist, because it doesn’t get better than them!

I went to see Dr. Lane at this office with a terrible toothache because my regular dentist was closed. I found my new dentist! His hours are convenient and he was absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen. He has a fantastic chair side manner and ended up doing in implant on me and it was successful and he worked with my insurance. I would never go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I lost a filling. The first dentist I went to said that I had 4 cavities and that all my existing fillings were bad, but she could fix it all for $1900. The second dentist I went to said I had 3 cavities and all my existing fillings had to be replaced immediately including replacing the crown - she said it would normally cost $7000 but shed give me a deal and do it for $3000. Then I went to Comfort Dental and met Dr Nguyen. He replaced the missing filling and found one other cavity. Total cost $198. I asked what about the other fillings? He said they were holding up well and he wouldnt replace them unless they bothered me. Dr. Nguyen is my new dentist.

Everything has been great. The only thing is that it was so cold, but they didnt have blankets when I had my first appointment. I took my own when I had my 2nd appointment.

Well... I had a positive review, but once I became “established” and started with “routine” visits the service became terrible fast! Beware.....How I felt before their true colors were shown...Comfort Dental lived up to their name plus more. Not only was Dr. Nguyen and his staff comforting, they were above average.Again, above is the initial visit. Since then Nguyen is no longer “dealing with dental work” he’s moved to ortho I found out as I was walking back, passed him, said hello and he had the audacity not to speak back. Wow. On this visit I had a partial that I was being fit for. They were the very wrong color and size. A dentist I had never seen plopped down and asked why was I there. NO INTRODUCTION at all. I told him. He then carelessly went on roughly forcing the over sized partial in my mouth. When he saw it didn’t fit he filed it down a bit and was done, saying that should do it. This was appalling to say the least. The icing on the cake is they had the nerve to charge me for this visit and a partial that I won’t use....NEVER AGAIN. Looking for a new dentist yet again.ShameShameShame

Absolutely, hands down, the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Nguyen takes such great care when performing any procedure that it makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. No matter what I have to go in for, I never have pain or discomfort. I now live further away from the office than when I began going there, but I would rather drive a little more than find another dentist because they are simply that great! I also cant say enough about how nice and welcoming the office staff is. It always feels like everyone genuinely cares about you. On top of all this, they have extremely affordable dental plans. Seriously, do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need a good dentist!

*Review Edit: We returned two years later and had a completely different experience! Dr. Lane is no longer at this location and the new dentist, Dr. Talbot, made for a horrible experience! He argued with me in regards to the previous work that was completed. (Which was later confirmed by a different dentist, and I was correct.) This leads me to believe that either he wanted to get more money from us or he didn’t research the file thoroughly. We ended up still having to pay the $40 consult fee (which was a complete waste) and going to another dentist! I no longer recommend this location to anyone that actually needs a trustworthy dentist! Dr. Lane, you are missed!!My son knocked out his front teeth on Mothers day!! Dr. Lane was quick to respond to us and remained in contact with us throughout the day and up until his appointment, which meant so much to our family that he was there to help us, even though it was Sunday! My son hates the dentist, hates needles, and was very nervous about his appointment. Dr. Lane and his staff did a phenomenal job calming his nerves and easing his anxiety. Dr. Lane took his time and fixed my sons smile, it was a miracle! He was precise, he took his time, and made sure his teeth were perfect. We couldnt be more happy and appreciative for Dr. Lane and his incredible staff! Everyone is amazing here, from the front office to the nurses. Thank you all for helping my sweet boy!! My son is no longer anxious to go to the dentist or get shots, you rock Dr. Lane!

I never thought I would say this about a dentist or their office, but I am looking forward to going back for my check-up in 6 months. Kim, Hope and Vanessa are rays of sunshine and their fun personalities will put your mind at ease. I had to get a couple of wisdom teeth pulled and was not looking forward to that, I mean who would be.Not only did those three ladies assure me that everything would be fine, then I met Dr.Nguyen and he is terrific. He is a great guy that has fantastic chair-side manners. We chatted for a while after he numbed my cheeks then while he was talking to me he popped both of them out....done and I didnt even know it. If youre looking for a dentist and office that cares, this is the place.

We cant praise this office enough. It means so much to our family to find a business with integrity. Dr. Vu has always stood by his word, as well as his work, which is top notch. We drive well out of our way and pass dozens of Dentists along the way, for the Gold Plan at first, but now for the exceptional quality of care that we have received. This place is excellent from top to bottom, always clean, friendly staff, and stand out treatment every time. I highly recommend this Dental professional for all of your oral health needs.

This is the second Comfort Dental I have been to. They are just as wonderful as the Richardson office. Front staff is always nice and helpful. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Talbot are wonderful. My entire family goes here. I couldnt be happier.

Interesting that you cant post a review to their personal website. They filter the reviews and only post the 5 star reviews. Thats ethical, right?Dr. Alan Lane is beyond shady. He performs shoddy work and lacks ethics.Before Dr. Alan Lane I had a doctor my wife and I were happy with here at Comfort. My next visit was to repair a cavity and fix some compound on a partial tooth. I went in for my appointment and suddenly Dr. Lane was here (his first day) telling me my original doctor was moved to another location due to a Visa problem with one of the other doctors in another location and some shuffling around needed to be done. According to Dr. Lane, this whole ordeal transpired in 24 hours. I never received a call regarding the change, was never asked if I would be okay using Lane for my repair or receive any other form of communication regarding my original doctor’s departure. So without any warning I’m in the hands of Dr. Shady Lane.I’d already shuffled my schedule around for this appointment and couldn’t make a new appointment. Reluctantly, I let him do the work, 1 cavity and one partial compound fix. My cavity was between 2 teeth. He used a metal tool/rod to form an opening between the 2 teeth for repair. After letting the useless topical q-tip sit on my gums for almost 5 minutes he did 3 small injectionsof a numbing agent. Only the shots did nothing to numb my gums or the nerves where he was working. I tried to tell him I was feeling everything he was doing but it was more important to keep his hand in my mouth, ignore me and have a never ending conversation with his new hygienist. At no point did he stop to ask if I was okay or if I was feeling anything, something every dentist is supposed to do. The pain from my teeth being pushed apart and feeling every scrape and drill hurt pretty freaking bad. What’s worse is that he didn’t even do the work correctly. The worn down compound was forming a gap between 2 teeth. The original doctor and I agreed we would fix the gap and correct the coloring due to the age of it. He didn’t do the correct coloring of the compound due to its age. Dr. Shady didn’t correct the gap and actually chipped the corners of 2 other teeth he wasn’t even working on. Along with these chips he was nice enough to leave cement along the outside of my teeth. It took me almost 3 weeks to get all of it off. At this point I never wanted to see him again. I resigned to myself that Dr. Shady Lane and I just weren’t meant to be and never did anything about it. I no longer trusted him or his work and letting him “correct” what he’d already broken was not something I felt comfortable doing. Especially with a dentist who seriously lacks self awareness.However, my wife seemed to like him and wanted to do her work with him in the absence of our original doctor, even after hearing my horrific experience. He did all kinds of thorough x-rays and determined one of her crowns came apart and she had “major” cavities that “must” be fixed “now!” So we paid $3k+ dollars for him to fix the broken crown and 1 cavity. All of the other work he proposed was almost $7k.This past year my wife’s tooth has been hurting off and on but was now hurting all the time. I insisted we let another doctor just look at it for a second opinion since she thought it was one of the cavities Shady told us about. We made no mention of Dr. Shady or his “vital” cavities. Wow! Not only was the actual problem the seating of the crown Shady did, but all of these other claims of bottomless pit cavities were nothing like he described and some didn’t even exist.Now we have to pay another $2,900 to fix the crown be did on her molar because he didn’t do the work correctly. The high definition X-rays showed he didn’t seat the crown correctly and 3 cavities, not 7.After today, I’m beyond furious! I’m having to pay to fix a tooth he supposedly fixed less than a year ago and then find out he lied about all of this “vital” work that needed to be done. What an awful dentist this guy is. I have no idea how he still had a practice.

Comfort Dental Frisco Texas is by far hands down the best ever and I mean EVER. All the doctors and office staff is so professional, amazingly patient, warm, full of positive energy and very sensitive to whatever dental issues Ive ever had. And let me tell you they are so dependable and always make themselves available at the very last minute when I come running. I love the entire staff there and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. My of favorite of them all is Destinie, Stephanie, Kim, Ileah and of course my 2 doctors.... Dr. Lane and Dr. Nguyen ... THE BEST EVER!!!! TRUST ME!!!!

The whole staff is absolutely amazing!!! I normally hate dentist, I mean who doesnt? I had trouble after a crown was done, they were fast to get me in and help me with the pain and swelling. Dr. Nguyen made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend him!

Came in as a new patient and staff was very friendly and attentive. Doctor Nguyen took his time to explain my treatment plan, very happy with this office and will definitely recommend all my family!

Really fantastic experience across the board. Been there for cleanings and a filling--the staff is always courteous. Theres never been a wait or delay. And Dr. Nguyen is friendly and thorough.

I had a route canal yesterday! It was super quick and easy with my dentist, I think his name was Dr.Ngyuen (Asian dentist that had me laughing the whole time). Great guy and Ashley at the front desk is awesome! Best dentist Ive been to!

I have been going here for about 6 months now.The staff and Drs are really great people. From the front Hope always is very friendly and willing help with anything, to the back with Melissa and Dr Mcloud are very caring.

Wonderful experience at Comfort Dental! My whole family comes here and we wont go anywhere else! I see Dr. Nguyen and my husband sees Dr. Lane and we wont trust anyone else with our Dental needs! Their evening appointments are also very convenient and their office staff is friendly!

I just want to let the world know that I have the best dentist ever Alex McLeod he has been so awesome. I first met him at his Dallas location he has done so much work for me. He transfered to Mckinney when I heard he moved I followed him to Mckinney because I loved the service. Ive had root canals, teeth pulled, dentures, fillings, ect. Their facility is so clean, and neat, and he is just awesome I love him I would recommend him to anyone.-Patrice

After going to 2 other dentist this week to get my gums behind my wisdom tooth checked out from it being swollen. Neither of the two dentist listening to me about it because they were too focused on getting another one of my tooth taken out and making it seem like all I needed was a deep cleaning to take care of my swelling. I finally gave into both of the other dentist and scheduled an appointment here at Comfort dental. Not only did they have such a amazing staff they actually cared about what I first went into the dentist for the gum behind my wisdom tooth! Turned out I did infact have a infection and gave me some medication until I can go back and get it taken care of. This place was absolutely wonderful and the prices were just out of this world amazing! You can definitely see that they are about their patients care 100%. I have always hated going to the dentist but when I came here right of the bat they make you feel welcomed! I now know where Ill be coming to get my dental work done thank you COMFORT DENTAL You guys rock!!

Had a feeling come out last week. I was looking for a wal mart close by and noticed on the map comfort dental saw they were open on sat called them they worked me in Dr Lane was great told what needed to be done today what I was going to need in the future which will be done here rather than at my home dentist in NC. The price of todays visit was way cheaper than I expected the whole staff very friendly

This location is very convenient and the availability of appointment times are accommodating to my work schedule. I came in for a cleaning and to get 2 cavities filled. Over all, I had a good experience at Comfort Dental.

I have always been terrified of being in the dentist chair so avoided them whenever I could. Turned into I desperately needed a root canal. I was desperate to go to the dentist but embarrassed I let my teeth get to that point. Dr. Lane didn’t judge....with his bedside manner I knew I found a guy I could trust. He was looking out for my best interest in the health of my teeth. He explained everything to me clearly with a plan with options as to the needing now and the things that could wait depending on a budget.

Great Dentist. They took their time to explain what what was wrong and discussed a treatment plan that would rectify the issues. I would recommend to friends and family!

I have had several crowns installed, filling and tonight a tooth extraction. This is a very good dentist and I highly recommend him. He is very kind, polite, gentle and fair.

The best experience Ive had at a dentist office. They were all fantastic. Dr. Vu (Manhvu Nguyen) was great. I had no pain, no discomfort and that is with having a wisdom tooth pulled along with cavities filled etc. Not to mention the price. Their cost vs. my original dentist was about 1/3 the cost. I just got an extraction done here and it was the smoothest dental procedure i have ever had done. They were wonderful and very comforting ;) would reccommend to anyone needing work done.
