Dr. Hulings and his staff are awesome! I chipped one of my front teeth one night not eating a carrot but eating hard candy;( .I thought the world was going to end after that. Called dr. Hulings office the night morning, his amazing staff got me in within 1.5 hrs and he did his magic in less than half that. Dr. Hulings did an awesome job! It’s like nothing ever happened and I lost sleep for nothing. Every time I’m there he and Sadie always take great care of me and never make me feel like I’m just another pt! They actually know me. That means a lot and is why I won’t stop coming to him. Front staff are just as friendly and sweet!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Hulings for over 12 years and he is a trustworthy and excellent dentist. We highly recommend him. Recently he had some turnover in the management of his office and the new staff is learning the ropes. We miss Sherri but the new office staff is doing great now.

My wife and I, too, have been going here for years and have had no problems with this practice until today. I was running a few minutes late for my cleaning and was told I couldn’t be seen. Are they scheduled so tight that the cut off was 5 minutes? I agree with the other reviewer, ever since Sherri, the long time Office Manager left, we now have these ridiculous situations. As of today, we have also left this practice.

This is a recommendation for Dr. Hulings, but first I have to tell you about my first two dentists. I went to Dentist #1 for a number of years and he was an ok dentist, but he was fitting me for a crown and he drilled through the crown so I had to wait another three weeks until the new crown came in. Dentist #1 sold his practice to Dentist #2 so I went to see him. In the first visit he told me I needed three crowns and they were priced pretty high. I was skeptical of this diagnoses so I didnt go back. So I was looking for a new dentist and someone suggested Dr. Hulings. At first I didnt want to go see him because he was across town from where I live, but decided to go see him. The first visit was to have my teeth cleaned and have Dr. Hulings see what work I might need. Dr. Hulings said I needed ONE crown (not three as Dentist #2 said) and the price was reasonable. So I went in for the appointment to prep the tooth and get a temporary crown. After the prep the assistant used a three dimensional optical scanner to create an image of my teeth near where the crown was going to be fitted. The image file is then emailed to a company that creates the crown. Two weeks later I went back in to have the crown placed and it fit perfectly!! That was the best ten minute dental appointment of life (and Ive spent a lot of time in the dentists chair)!! Thank you Dr. Hulings!! I love modern dentistry!! It was definitely worth the drive across town!!

Update: Although we adore Dr. Hulings, it was apparently Sheri - the prior office manager - that keeping things running smoothly administratively. There has been an unfortunate decline in front end service in her absence and we have left his practice for another.*******************My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hulings for the better part of ten years. You will not find a more trustworthy dentist! Its unfortunate that even has to be mentioned, but prior to Dr. Hulings wed experienced our share of dentists who took advantage. Dr. Hulings is beyond competent and he and his staff are friendly. Weve never experienced a wait beyond our scheduled appointment time ... they are totally efficient. We wont even consider changing dentists!

Best dentist in the DFW! Very pleased to have found Dr. Hulings office. From top to bottom it was a first class experience all the way. Very friendly staff and A+ treatment.

Do not ever go here. They lie and try to cheat you. I had a terrible experience and will never ever go here again. The staff is rude and arrogant. They messed up my appointment and never called me. They did not offer any apologies they just acted like they are better than me. Very sad to have dentist offices like this anywhere. I took off work and went to my appointment, which I confirmed the day before only to walk out. I still have to have my teeth cleaned somewhere else.
