It’s my first time to try Mint dentistry . It was suggested by my co-worker and I didn’t regret it at all. The whole experience was amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and they treat you well . I love the place its clean and very welcoming. My hygienist ( I love her she is fantastic )and my dentist Dr. Joseph Ko were great they make sure you are comfortable and pain free during procedure. They really take good care of you. They are honest and answer all your questions. I’m grateful getting my teeth treated . I love Mint Dentistry Frisco and definitely would recommend it !!

The team at Mint dentistry Frisco were excellent! I had sworn off going to the dentist ever after a horrible experience as a teenager elsewhere. It had been years since I had proper cleaning. I was so nervous being pregnant and my first time back for a cleaning, but everyone was kind and explained things thoroughly which helped me feel more at ease. My teeth look and feel great and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who asks.

I had to call back to reschedule because they randomly cancelled on me. Their main office makes the appointments, so you don’t talk to the actual local office until the appointment. The prices I received over the phone with their booking office and the prices they told me here at the Frisco office were different. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. I left because I still hadn’t been called to go back. I never leave reviews, but felt people need to know this isn’t that great of a place. Spend the extra $ and go to a reputable dentist in the area.

I’ve had mixed results with MINT Plano and almost about to give up on MINT but Dr Dwaram at MINT Frisco came to my rescue.Dr Dwaram is very skilled at his work, great listener with empathy, never cease to amaze me with his technical acumen and resilience.I had been there at Frisco office for a handful of times followed by many bitter episodes with Plano office such as filling and crowning.I feel very confident now that MINT@Frisco never give up on patients until they see the patient smile!

Now I normally hate the dentist! Because every time I go I feel rushed and forced to do something. This place made me feel like I was getting my teeth cleaned at home. Jasmine the nice lady at the front , was very patient with me she guided me through the whole process. She even shared her dental experiences with me ! The dentist was gentle and Tashia my Hygienist was detailed in my cleaning I almost feel asleep. I was able to schedule my treatment next day because I was to scare to do the same day but they understood and gave me more encouragement to comeback the next day. This was the best dental experience I like this place!

I think she is the manager- jazmine- at first she seemed nice but when I ask for a water cause she gave them to other people but not me, and she gave me a cold one. But my teeth are sensitive to cold water so asked for a not cold one! She should understand- it’s a dental office! Then she snatched the water from me and later I heard her talking about me in another room and told them I don’t want to fix my teeth so hurry up the cleaning. I don’t know why she said that- I want to get my teeth fixed. Anyways manager ruined experience but the guy cleaning my teeth did a good job. The doctor was also not detailed and talked to me for 30 seconds even though I have lots of pain and didn’t check my teeth

Just be aware...If you have Severe pain after your treatment, they will have to schedule you back some other day because the doctors are toooo busy . They will not call a check in you after your treatment. They have no since of urgency for the customers that have treatment there and have severe pain problems after.

I went 3 years without visiting a dentist, yikes. It seemed as if the longer I went without visiting one, the harder it became to WANT the attention. However, a chipped front tooth will change that; I spent 4 weeks without smiling once. The manager Rena, Dr. Ahmed, the RDA Shavesia, and Megahn welcomed me, made me feel comfortable every step of the way while fixing the tooth that brought my confident smile back. Also, they lined up a financial plan for the needed procedures. This group of ladies travels from location to location, not sure why but I would recommend giving them your business.

Positives -They appear to be clean, neat and most of the staff are very friendly.Negatives- Went in for a cleaning and had to get a cavity filled. No big deal right, WRONG! After the numbing wore off, the pain in that tooth was excruciating. I went back and they fixed it. They said just give it a couple of days but today is day 2 and I feel the pain coming back. I called the answering service over an hour ago and no one has called me back yet. I have had better experiences with other dentists. Mint dentistry is just a brand. If you want my opinion find a local dentist in your area that you trust and can build a relationship with, not some major chain who hires whoever and treat you like you’re a dime a dozen. I will keep you updated on what happens.

Natashia my was amazing 😍 my teeth feel so brand new ! She help me understand how important it is I take care of my oral hygiene. Now I need a lot of work done, but Jasmine was very appropriate with how she went about explaining my main issues, we setup a plan so I am able to get the sexy teeth you guys advertise! Short wait times, friendly staff, gentle and quick technicians - what more could you ask for from a dentist? A massage chair? Netflix or pandora to distract you from the sound of your teeth getting scraped? Oh yeah, they have those things too.

Got in and out so quick! I even had time to grab breakfast before I went in to work. This dental office is futuristic makes me want to come once a month just so I can get a free massage !!! I really only came for the double whitening, but left with new trays, whitening and a huge new tooth paste! The Doctor had great bedside manner and Jasmine answered all my questions about my insurance and helped me get my six kids schedule ! This place is just amazing!

I Recently visited Mint Dentistry location in frisco, my experience was excellent! From start to finsih i felt like i was at home and very comfortable. As soon as i walked in Mrs.Jasmine(blonde hair lady haha) greeted me and checked me in and as i went to the back i met Teada who was very nice and friendly , she made my experience very easy and didnt make me feel anxious as i normally do. I highly recommend this office as for anyone looking for a long term dental home.

I am so afraid of the dentist and I havent been to the dentist in forever due to that fear. I knew I had to go as two of my teeth were giving me pain. I went and everyone was super friendly. I was vocal about my fear with my dentist. Her name was Dr. Ahmed and she was amazing. She kept asking me during the whole process if I was ok. Making sure I wasnt in pain. She really put me at ease and I was so thankful for the whole process. I will be coming back routinely now.

Amazing experience after not seeing a dentist in a few years. I am use to leaving the dentist with sore gums. But there was no pain. Everyone was kind and took great care of me from beginning to end. I had no pain when I left. They set the bar for me for how a dental office is suppose to take care of a patient. I can’t say enough about it. Wonderful experience!

I had a cleaning, with Natasha and she was excellent! Jasmine came in to Show me my damage! Surprisingly it wasn’t that bad and they didn’t try to force me to do a bunch of stuff in one day! They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I never been to a dental office were I got to choose what I wanted watch or listen to! Such a great experience!

I have been going to this location since it first opened ! An I am still loving it here! I always deal with the same team! Jasmine makes my experience so great every time ! shes even held my hand during a extraction I so desperately needed , Dr . Very disappointed. I had fillings done here in the summer of 2020 that were so bad and rough that I had to have them fixed elsewhere. They also told me I needed a root canal definitively, which I could not afford at the time, and I got a second opinion and was able to have a filling done instead. I didnt feel that I could trust what they told me because of that. Granted its one doctors opinion versus another, but it saved me upward of $1000 by getting a second opinion. Prices are also very high, even with insurance. Just be weary. I know that a lot of people like Mint, but I was personally not impressed with the pricing and the quality of work.

Dr George and Annette were who I had. I must say they took the extra steps to make sure I was comfortable and at ease as I possibly be. I went in with the worst of a toothache. They took the time to explain every detail of the procedure to me, and that I was comfortable with what was needing to take place in order for me to get relief. Annette is one over the top person. She is truly in the right profession for she has a passion for taking care of others. She’s a true professional.

I hadnt been to a dentist in 13 years. I finally got insurance and made an appt with Mint. I had extreme anxiety, shame and was very embarrassed to even walk in the building. They made me feel so welcome, and genuinely cared for. The dentist explained everything before doing it so Id know what was going on to keep me calm. The hygienist was very calm and patient. I left with my mouth feeling 10 years younger and very clean. Thank you so much for keeping me at ease and giving me the best cleaning Ive ever had. Seriously, thank you.

This dental office is aboveeeeeeeee amazing!!! The pretty lady with the blonde hair Jasmine was so nice. She was all over the place I didnt know weather she was the doctor, the tech or the concierge. The services were inexpensive. I did not feel like I was being upsold or sold anything I didnt need. And as matter if fact I was shocked at how little they said I needed done because all my other dentists have always told me how bad my situation was. Not the case in this practice. The front office staff were polite and genuine, the x-ray lady was also polite and genuine, the guy who cleaned my teeth, also very nice and good at his job, and the lady who assessed what I needed done was also kind and agreeable and reasonable.I cant say enough positive things about my experience. Every person I interacted with was great, the quality of the work was great, and the price was reasonable. Thank you for everything.

1st time ever at mint and it was the best dentist visit Ive ever had! Jasmine at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. After finally checking in Teada took my x-rays and seated me down, very sweet she is! Dr. Marc did my teeth cleaning and was fast but very thorough! I came in only for a cleaning but turned out needed a whole root canal, but both Dr. Dwaram and his assistant Annette were great at the procedure, they made sure I wasnt in any pain during the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable! Seriously best dentist visit Ive had and will for sure make this place my go to for future appointments!

While in town visiting, I started experiencing tooth pain, and Mint Dentistry Frisco was recommended to me by family. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the office was clean and modern. It turned out that my issue had to be dealt with by a specialist, so the doctor at Mint provided me with a referral, and 2 prescriptions (antibiotics and pain medicine). The appointment was quick and thorough. My only complaint is that I was prescribed acetaminophen for my pain, and it did not work at all. It turns out that anti-inflammatory pain medicine is what helps with tooth pain, so I spent that evening in a great deal of pain. This is the sole reason that Mint lost 1 star from my rating.

This office is definitely my new dental family! Tianna is super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jasmine the manager is nice as well. Dental staff took care of me like their own!

My hygienist Natasha is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! I only come to get my teeth cleaned by her, I have been to Plano, Addison and then Frisco just to see her. See I drink a lot of coffee and once I see her all of my stains are gone like magic! Because of her I purposely come four times a year to just get a cleaning! This place is amazing and the team here is always smiling and the vibe in the offices makes me feel like they truly care about me I consider them to be family! The blonde hair receptionist up front always finds a way to squeeze me in if I some times randomly show up for a cleaning before a big date! I just love this place ! Just check them out.

Everyone is super nice and tells you what theyre doing while working on your teeth! They answer your questions with a smile on their faces! I typically walk out without having to pay a dime (PPO insurance)! You also get to catch up on your favorite Netflix shows while waiting! So great!

Bait & switch. Make sure they can actually file your insurance. Super waste of my time. Was there for 45 minutes only to have had xrays at this point. The front desk then comes in to go over my fee schedule bc they ‘just discovered’ we have to file out of network. Im sorry.. I pay for PPO insurance for a reason. I never have to pay for my exams. I specifically asked if they take my insurance at the time of scheduling and they said yes!!! I don’t get a lot of free time bc I work Full Time and have two small children. This is the first time in 5mths I’ve had the opportunity to go to the dentist! I normally see a very established dentist whom I now feel very awful for trying something new. I only came here for convenience bc it’s close to my office. Once they discovered they would have to bill Out of Network, I was so upset that I told them I no longer needed the visit and walked out. I think it’s VERY SHADY to tell patients you take their insurance when in fact you have to file OUT OF NETWORK. I called the office to make sure I wouldn’t be billed today bc I didn’t receive the cleaning that I went in for and they assured me they WOULD BE billing for the exam and X-rays which normally is not out of my pocket(that’s why I pay for PPO insurance). I’m extremely upset with this experience! I don’t know if I’m more upset that I wasted this time and now have to try to find time to get in with my regular dentist or the fact they are billing me for something I have coverage for!!!! Very Scandalous!!!!
