The new management is way better than the old management. They take more time to listen to what I need and execute it professionally. I think they are the best in terms of the services they offer with respect to price. They are so nice when it comes to hospitality because they will ask if you want snacks or anything to drink. I have been going to this place for almost 2 years, and I have seen a drastic improvement in the management and the quality of services. I got a layered hair cut here the other day and my husband has been loving it. Thank you so much Pro Salon and its employee.

I recently went in a couple days ago to get a my eyebrows threaded and also to get my hair washed, blow dried, and cut. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was funny, friendly, and provided excellent service. I am highly satisfied with my hair cut and they did a wonderful job on my brows as well. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone for any kind of service they provide. :)

Recently got my hairs done for a party and I would say that I got one of the best hair cut, blow dry and styling in my entire life .Everybody was asking if I got it from a upscale pro styler that usually charges $200- $400 for it. Was told that the salon has been taken over by new management and new owner is very professionally certified stylist. Must try place if you want attention.......HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pro Salon is my top place for hair cut, styling, eyebrows, make-up, etc. Shalini and other Pro Salon employees are very experienced and professional. I live 10 miles from this place, but I make time to drive there because they are the BEST!! I highly recommend Pro Salon!

I just got my hair done and they are amazing... just loved the cut, color and the way they styled it... wonderful...I am definitely going there again and again.

I went in for a Wash, Cut, Style, and Facial Threading. The advertised price for the Wash, Cut, and Style service was $30+. Apparently the (+) is for a higher cost depending on hair type. My hair type is straight, the easiest to cut.After having these services done, the total came to $63. This confused me considering that the Wash, Cut, Style was $30, and the eyebrow and lip threading was $8 for both. My total should have been about $38.When I asked why the price was much higher, I was told that an additional $20 was added for blow drying. So apparently the Style portion of the $30 option does not include blow drying.I told them that it would have been nice to have been told that they were doing an additional service beforehand. What happened next is the reason im writing this review.Instead of reducing the cost by at least a little, I was handed a $5 off coupon for my next visit. Im a reasonable person, misunderstandings happen, but the way they handled this displayed poor customer service.Im new to the area and was hoping to find a place that I could come back to on a regular basis. Because of this experience, this wont be the place.

I used to like it under the old management. Never get a hair cut from the newly appointed resource (not the one who was there with the old management). I wanted to get my hair cut into layers. She did a horrible job on my hair and cut it into an inverted U shape. My hair looks tacky now and I had to go to another professional salon to get it corrected. Obviously I lost a lot of length on my hair. They are always in a hurry to finish the services and talking on the phone. For the threading also, even if you tell them to remove excess hair or if its out of line, they just try to give some excuse rather than correcting it.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and skilled. Their prices are better. The owner and the staff members create a positive environment and ensure good customer service.

Shalini is the best for eyebrow threading and facials! I went in for a diamond facial and it was sooooo relaxing. I came out and felt like a completely different person. So comfortable yet so fresh feeling. Best facial I’ve ever gotten. And not to mention my eyebrows look fantastic! She gave me shape although my eyebrow was very rounded. Very good skills and I can tell she has a lot of experience

Went for eyebrow threading and came back with one shorter and thinner than the other. When i explained the owner she refused to accept and did not look to see how she could make both brows look equally thick. Would never recommend this place .

You should definitely try this place under new management. New owner is very motivated and offers lots of promotions.

They do a rush job! I was deciding on the haircut style and she kept interrupting and asked me to go and sit on the chair. I didn’t want to wash my hair but she said otherwise how do are you gonna know what it’ll look like I was like ok go ahead(+10$). Wasn’t happy with the result after she dried the hair (again I asked her not to style which I guess she counted drying my hair as styling!) asked her to cut a bit more and she kept saying no your hair is curly and it’ll form better when it’s wet! After stressing everyone out another stylist approached us and took over, washed my hair against cut it a bit more and put some products on it, I appreciate her and she did a much better job, they charged me 35$ for idk what since the haircut as it says on their website costs 17$ and hair wash 10$, anyway I tipped them too but overall not a relaxing experience! I read the reviews and picked the place but I guess you could ask all your friends to write something nice for you and keep the stars up!!

I always come in for haircuts and facials. The prices are verrrrry reasonable for the service and quality that you get. Other salons in frisco would charge me twice the amount for the same treatments and cuts. I am a regular customer to this salon and i have never been disappointed at any visit. The ladies are very nice. Shalini is the best for haircuts.

Perfectionists is the only word for the artists at this place. I used to reside in NYC and had used to gey my haircut from anothet perfectionist but after I moved to Dallas I was frustrated at not finding any hair stylist to my liking until I tried this place. Now I am not going anywhere else. I dont need to tell them rather they suggest different styles that may suit me...thats what hair stylists are for. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Highly recommended for people who are particular about their hair style

I asked the lady if she could cut a 4year old’s hair and she said yes. She then gave my son one of the worst hair cut. Please don’t take your kids there. NEVER AGAIN
