I’ve been going to Visible changes since before they were relocated to Stonebriar Mall.Cori, whom has been my stylist for the last 7-8 years, is absolutely wonderful. I still remember my first few times with her and she remembers almost every little detail about the style that I want without me having to remind her. This is impressive to say the least as she sees so many clients between our visits. I’ve never had anyone so reliable and I know that I am going to be taken care of when she handles me.The operations staff also does an amazing job, they are friendly and their service is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried deviating to keep my perspective fresh, and I always gravitate back towards their superior customer service.

From the moment I walked in, to the walk out, I was 100% happy. The front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Then off to my colorist. Had a positive experience with Jacqueline. She was patient and kept me from freaking out. First time having my hair bleached and colored. When I said the color wasnt quite where I wanted it, she didnt hesitate to come up with the perfect solution. It turned out amazing. A+

I’ve been going to Cory for years. My hair is different textures (curlier on top and flatter on bottom) she’s always known exactly how to cut it to make it look great. I went to another stylist because she was out and…. I hope she comes back soon!!

I have had appointment for highlights and color with Cindy and blow dry with Cody.When Cindy has done with color and my hair was washed. The lady sent me to Cody for haircuts and blow dry. Which is not ok. Nobody took responsibility for this changes. Allisson said its about receptionist.They don’t value my time and they don’t value my money. And They Do Not respect my wish.And when I call corporate. She said in system there is no change in hair stylist .Such a dis organized place.I really disappointed.

Cindy Johnson at Visible Changes in Stonebriar is an amazing colorist and hair stylist. She has taken care of my hair for over 10 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The salon itself is also amazing and all of the people that work there are amazing and professional.

I received an excellent hair cut from Chad Rehn. He was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for in a hair cut. He was very personable with just the right amount of conversation and quiet time. It was actually fun to have my hair cut with him. I will schedule with him the next time I’m in Frisco, TX.The person who washed my hair was also wonderful. She too had the right balance of conversation and I felt very comfortable with her. Water temperature and washing massage felt great.

DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for balayage and they gave me weird yellow highlights 😫 the lady tried fixing it but it only made it worse. Like the top of my head is super light blondish brown and the bottom is dark and there is blonde highlights. Also if the colorist has been there for 11 years that does not mean they can do a good job!! Trust me ! My hair is proof of this.

I found my new hair stylist!! Jacqueline Leigh did highlights on my hair and it was what I have been wanting for YEARS! Nobody is ever able to get me an icy blonde the way I’ve been wanting for years I always get a yellowish tone! ,and she was able to get the icy blonde that I been wanting!! My hair looks so great I love it!!! She was careful with my hair and did not fry it at all. Very affordable. I love this place, she was very nice and everyone is so kind. I highly recommend! I have had my hair colored by Jacquelyn now twice, and both times I have loved the result! She listens to what I am wanting, and then provides her own suggestions as well, so that the final look is really uniquely beautiful.Unfortunately, the stylist who cut my hair didnt put any of that same care into her work, and a bad haircut really does a disservice to what Jacquelyn had designed. They essentially just cut off the length in a (not totally straight) line across the back, and that was it. I went to another salon today to have the haircut re-done, and now I am much happier with how my hair looks and feels. (See photos for before and after.)I will absolutely be back to see Jacquelyn again for my color...but I will go somewhere else for the cut. Im sure other stylists there are good, but after this experience, I just dont think I would be comfortable having it cut there again.

Jaqueline is fantastic!! She knows her stuff when it comes to coloring your hair, and gives helpful suggestions to make sure you get what you want while also getting the value of your color. Kami is the best when it comes to a cut. She’s fast and skilled, I have been going to her for over 5yrs and she never disappoints!

Im new to the DFW area. Ive had my stylist for years, she was great and always knew what to do. My hair is very diificult and hard for any stylist to understand. I went through 6 barbers/stylist before finding Kody @ visible changes. I needed someone that can fade but most importantly understand my hair. I came in, after going to another salon 2 days prior. The first salon I got my color/cut from completely butchered my hair! My second visit with Laynee and she was great, again!!! I am so happy I found someone who is extremely careful when cutting my hair and makes sure a few times that Im okay with the length shes taking off. She also introduced me to using the thinning shears to create a slightly layered look instead of using the normal layer cutting method. I LOVE it! Also, she can make you laugh and the appointment flies by!

I called in on a Monday to set an appointment. They got the soonest appointment that would fit my time frame.We had a bit of a scheduling error but my stylist fixed it right away and I was not inconvenienced one bit.Amanda did my color and it was amazing. I was a natural color blonde and I wanted to go platinum. She made sure I didnt come out orange and checked on my scalp several times during the process. It took my already light hair a good amount of time to lighten but she got it there and wow what a change. At first I was shocked and didnt like it. Not that she didnt give me what I asked for it was just a drastic change. I went from abnormal everyday blonde to Kahleesi blonde!Jen did my cut and was great. I didnt do anything crazy with the cut but she took her time and listened to what I wanted.Overall Im happy with my new cut and color! Ill be back.

Robert cuts the best hair period. However, Visible changes as a whole gets the 3 star rating only because of his talent alone. I was given a free service/haircut card as a loyal customer prior to their move from plano to frisco. 4-5 months after their move I made the trek to see them for an appointment only for the manager to deny my “free service” card. No exp. date, just a straight up denial to a loyal customer. I will not return and I have ceased recommending anyone to visible changes.

I went to the most experienced person for highlights Jacquelyn, when she looked at my hair I explained to her right away that my hair is really thin and easy get damaged she got scared right away and she tried a little tiny part and she said I don’t feel comfortable to do it and she let me leave with my wet hair. Same day I went to another salon in Plano and was able to do the highlights with the haircut in a very professional way with no damage. I would never recommend this salon to anyone because it looks like it is expensive with no professional people

Cindy Johnson has been cutting my hair for 10 years. I have a short cut that has “cow licks”, but she has always known how to cut my hair so they are not evident. She is friendly and always does a great job. I was with her at the Collin Creek location, and followed her to Stonebriar. While Collin Creek was just 2 miles from my house, and Frisco is a 25 minute drive, she is worth going the distance!

I absolutely love Visible Changes and have been getting my hair styled by Kami for years. Their stylists must go through additional training before they are able to cut hair and they receive education thereafter. I am very picky and I absolutely love my hair after my cut. It takes me 45 minutes to drive here, but I think the drive and the price is worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Have walked in 3 different times in the past month to get my hair colored. The dont ever seem to have any openings. Today when in nothing today, 1 time slot tomorrow, that didnt work for me and none the next morning. Told they have been short handed. I have gone to them a long time. Started in Collin Creek Mall and moved with them to Stonebriar which is not as convenient but I liked them. No more! This is going to be a huge change for me as I buy all of my hair products there also. But, jumping in with both feet since I noticed with other reviews that this has been a problem for awhile. People waiting long times even if they have a scheduled appointment. They are no longer a convenient salon! If you are short handed, all the time, HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Great razor cuts for guys

Ive been coming to Visible Changes since 2003. I love the new location. Its such an upgrade from when it was at Collin Creek Mall. Ive seen Mari for many years. She is awesome and knows what to do to my hair. I travel the distance cause I know my hair is in good hands each time. Shes usually booked month in advance! Definitely the only person I trust with my hair thus far!

Thank Cody for the great cut! He listened to what I wanted and created all the texture my hair needs without using razors and thinning shears.

Hair cut was good but my experience with hair color is just terrible. I did not get the desired shade and after just a month all the color is completely washed off which is not expected when you put a permanent hair color on your hair. So overall a bad experience.

I went here for a simple hair dye and dead end trim. While my hair looks okay it’s not what I asked for and I was definitely over charged for what I got. I got one color all over and 3 minutes worth of dead end trimming and it cost me $230??? I asked to have dark brown hair with lighter ends and she put one color all over and said my ends would naturally be lighter because my ends were blonder than the top of my hair. And now my hair is dark brown all over and is actually darker on the ends which is the exact opposite of what I asked for

Lindsay is AMZAZING!!! I am always wanting to change my hair color from light to dark to light again and she manages to make it work for me, consistently giving me what I want!! I have been a client of Visible Changes for the past 15 years. The first 10 were in Houston and when I moved to Dallas 5 years ago Cindy Johnson was highly recommended. I have some difficult gray patches and when Cindy is done working her highlighting miracles, I look at least 10 years younger. My hair is also very long, thick and wavy. When she finishes cutting and styling it, it looks amazing. The best part is that I can get the same look when I do it at home myself. I tried to save time going to a salon closer to my home, but the salons in South Lake dont provide the training or support for their stylists like Visible Changes does. I nearly had my hair ruined going to some of the best salons in North Texas. I will NEVER make that mistake again.

Laynee did my hair yesterday. I walked in, they got me in a half an hour. Laynee was very kind and personable, she made sure to get my input all along the way. I am super pleased with the haircut. I will definitely be going back.

The hairstylist was great! My sister got a haircut and she was really sweet and did a great job. The receptionist on the other hand was TERRIBLE. Someone told my sister over the phone that her appointment was at 11:30. We arrived about 10 minutes early and the Hispanic receptionist said she would check her in. We waited for about 30-40 minutes and checked back in to see what the delay was. The white receptionist a little on the heavier side was so rude. She told my sister that her appointment was at 12:30 and they couldn’t see her before. She also told her that she was never checked in. She had such an ugly attitude the whole time and instead of offering an apology she checked her in and told her to wait. I observed her after that interaction with my sister and she did not smile or offer a thank you to any of the customers checking in or out. We were really put off by her and it was not a pleasant experience.

Very happy with my cut and style from Laynee! She listened to me, was kind, patient and checked with my throughout the appointment to make sure I liked the direction it was going. I will definitely be back and will reccomend to my friends and family!

Just got my haircut yesterday with Laynee. She was awesome and I told her I wanted to cut my hair short. She checked with me several times to make sure she wasn’t cutting it too short. (Which I’ve had people do before). She was also very timely and didn’t take forever. Will be back!

I Love coming here! I followed my stylist, Corrie, from the old location to this one. Even though its a little bit of a drive for me, I think its completely worth it. They treat their customers fantastically and my hair is always comes out how I want it. I would recommend this location 100x!

I came in today to fix a botched haircut I got this weekend. Laynee had my back! She was very nice and showed me everything that needed to be fixed. I was also super appreciative of the fact she took the time to cut my hair and make sure every length she cut was to my liking. Needless to say I think I found my regular hairstylist! 10/10 would recommend her!

Ive been a client of Visible Changes for over 24 years at this point. When I moved to Dallas from Austin about 3 years ago, Robert Sadler was highly recommended by my (very) long term stylist in Austin and I couldnt agree with the recommendation more. Robert always gives a great haircut and top notch service! The new Visible Changes salon in Stonebriar Centre is beautiful and very nice to boot.

Had my haircut to an inverted bob 2 weeks ago. Looked great after it was styled. Started having problems once I started washing it. The cut just didnt look right but thought maybe it was because it had been a while since I had short hair and its dried out. So Ive been deep conditioning it. 3 washes later, I realize that was not the problem. The problem was I got an awful haircut. The cut is not even at all, looks more like a Child cut it and start chopping randomly in placed. Theres a gap on the left side. It just doesnt flow nicely and walking around with an uneven haircut is just horrible. At this point I dont know if I should go get it fixed and have it cut shorter or let it grow out some and try again elsewhere.

The attention was not good, I went twice in and in the first time I had to wait for three hours while the stylists who were there made up and organized instead of serving the customer. I gave a second chance if maybe another person did it better and ended up worse, paying a high price like $250... I showed what I want in one picture and in the final I don’t like what their did to my hair. I do not recommend this place.
