DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They completely ruined my eyebrows by removing almost ALL OF THEM. It was so bad the woman knew not to show me the mirror, they knew to refund me and give me points to buy a regrowth serum on them. They clearly DO NOT TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES. I had a gone a time before and the other employee didn’t even clean up my brows - they looked the same as they did when I came in (I should have learned my lessons and not returned). It’s more than just saving money, SAVE YOURSELF!!! I regret going here endlessly.

I definitely recommend this place if you are going to have your first time Brazilian wax ever. ANGEL was an angel was she made my first visit painless. She’s very understanding interactive and her professionalism is above and beyond. And the rest of the staff are very friendly

She was sweet, patient, and answered all of my questions & concerns. Tonya reassured me that Madelyne, who was doing my service was the best and she was 100% correct! Oh and don’t buy all the pain horror stories....you adjust and it’s easier than ripping off a band aid.As the Karate Kid says “Wax on...Wax off”!!!

I travel a lot so I’ve been to various centers in AR, TX, LA. I haven’t been to a bad one yet. The service is consistent across centers and if I see something later I have 72 hrs to return and it can be to a different center to have the issue addressed though I haven’t had to do that.

Isabella is fantastic. For something that can be very awkward, the entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you are very comfortable. The facility is ALWAYS super clean and I recommend it VERY HIGHLY. Their wax is a great quality and so much less painful than any place I had previously experienced. Their products applied after your service are wonderful and very soothing. I have been going there for 2 years now and even went while I was pregnant, up to right before I delivered. Isabella was wonderful through the whole pregnancy and still asks me about my daughter every time I visit. So sweet to remember and just shows the quality staff they have there.

I went to European Wax Center for my first wax and the experience was so much better than I was expecting. The facility was clean and everyone was very friendly. I saw Samantha. She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. Setting up an appointment was easy and there was no wait time. I will definitely be going going back for all my waxes in the future.

I had never waxed before going to the European Wax Center in Frisco and now Im hooked! I really like that they use cool wax and no strips. In addition to enjoying smoother skin longer, I have also noticed I have less hair growing back now. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and courteous, but Meagan has been exceptional. She makes me feel comfortable and makes it a quick and painless process. The price is also reasonable. Since the wax center is very popular it can be difficult to schedule an appointment over the phone and can require leaving a message or calling back. I recommend scheduling in person if possible, it is well worth it!

Absolutely love the wax European Wax Center uses. Its pain free and leaves me feeling smoother than a babys...well you know. Carrie is amazing and got me done from head to toe (literally) in less than 45 minutes!! Now thats talent and experience you can appreciate. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I will never get waxed anywhere other than European Wax Center again!

I have waxed before, but they provided an exceptional experience. The wax they use doesnt require strips, so it doesnt hurt as bad and they can do a larger area. The staff is great, the place is very clean, and the overall experience is fabulous! Also, the free wax offer on the first visit is awesome!

I was reluctant to go to a new place, but had no other choice when the person I used to go to moved out of state. My first experience here was excellent. The staff was so friendly and professional. This place is WONDERFUL! The staff is truly amazing! They were so sweet and helpful, especially with it being my first time ever getting waxed. Becca at the front desk and explained how everything works to me, she was so friendly and helpful!The process was virtually painless, and even though I felt uncomfortable at first, Carrie walked me through everything and made the whole thing a breeze! So Im usually really happy with this place. This review has nothing to do with my waxer, Lesley. This has more to do with their sorry level of customer service. I was supposed to have an appointment yesterday morning. I show up and they are closed due to their AC being out. I never got a phone call or email or anything to inform me of this. Their sign says call and leave a message and we will call you back. We are due to open Tuesday. Ive called twice now and have not received a response.I used to manage a salon in Frisco. If you are closed unexpectedly, one of the managers or the owner or a volunteer employee is on the phone immediately calling all of those appointments to let them know and getting them rescheduled, and giving out discounts if necessary.Im extremely disappointed to be losing my waxer Lesley, because she does an amazing job. But I just cant support the owners and willingly give them my money when they arent willing to even offer a small bit of customer service.

Love this place! The place is very clean and sterile. Even the ladies wear scrubs and use gloves. The people at the front desk and super nice along with the ladies that do the waxing. They also call and email a reminder for your appointment. I have my favorite people that I like to take care of me and always do a fabulous job every time. Also there product including the wax are amazing. Very smooth afterwards and last longer then normal. I have been going here for a couple of years now and dont think I will go anywhere else. There was very little wait time. Samantha was very kind and very thorough. She explained every step to ensure I understood what was occurring. I hardly felt a thing I asked for a clean natural look and that was the end result.

Awesome first time experience. I have had traditional waxing done elsewhere, and was referred to EWC by my sister-in-law....AMAZING. It is VERY minimal pain (if any), and very quick. When they say its painless they arent kidding...it was great. I will never go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Additionally your first wax is discounted or FREE...cant beat that! I would have paid twice as much for the experience I had. All of the staff is wonderful and very friendly. You have to try it!

After moving from Addison to Frisco I was extremely picky about choosing a new waxing/spa location. I always thought that a quality waxing had to come with expensive prices; however, the European Wax Center at Frisco definitely changed my mind. The facility is clean, the staff is professional yet friendly, and I especially like the consistent procedures they use across all of their facilities.

PAINLESS! My hairstylist waxed my eyebrows for years and I always brace for the pain. She retired, so, I decided to try the European Wax Center. I was pleasantly suprised that there was no pain. My eyebrows still look great and its been 4 weeks since they were waxed. One last thing, the facility is very classy and customer service is superb!

Im a mature woman that has never had a full bikini wax before, I was understandably nervous. I cant believe how worked up I got before my appt, I can only laugh now. Ive seen three different girls and felt completely comfortable with them. Of course they are young women, but very professional, personable and reassuring. I have sent 3 others to the center and they are continuing customers as well. Im so glad I was referred to them, I will continue to refer my friends. I told my daughter that she can buy me one of the packages for Christmas this year! LOL I love this place!

Excellent!The wax and process used at EWC is definitely much better than using a regular salon, for waxing. This is the only waxing experience that does not leave us with red skin and ingrown hair. My daughters, who have sensitive skin, will only go to EWC and have referred many friends.The friendly staff is a nice bonus! I was surprised that the pricing is comparable, if not better, than a salon.---mom and 2 daughters

I LOVE this place...I will NOT go anywhere else. I have very sensitive skin and can not use any other type of wax but European Wax Centers. The redness goes away in about 15-20 minutes, whereas with other types of wax, it would take a day for it to go away!The only bad thing I can say about this place is that it is hard to make an appointment. Im not sure if they lack front desk help, but I have to call a few times to get someone to answer the phone!

My wedding was my reason for my first visit to the wax center and based on referral I decided on the Eurpean Wax Center. I was very uneasy the first time, preoccuppied with the thoughts that this was going to be a very uncomfortable experience, but I was very pleased to find a very accomodating and understanding staff. Meagan was my waxing specialist and she pleasantly walked me through each step. I have returned since and would reccomend this establishment to any one considering an alternative to constant shaving!
