Do not value customers or their time. Do not have enough resources for haircuts. I would give a negative rating for the way they do not care for customers wait time or services.Had a bad experience at Desire Salon located at Preston road. Went yesterday for a haircut and after a long wait they let me know they could not offer haircut services that day and requested to come any time next day. I was a bit hesitant to go back but wanted to try a new salon for haircut, so booked online & went next day. After another long wait, the lady who was supposed to do haircut was still not available. Meanwhile other staffs started to prep my hair for haircut. The haircut lady walked in, asked me to wait more even after noticing that i am all set for haircut & kept attending other customers one after the other who came in for less time consuming services like threading etc. Utter lack of care & respect for customer.I understand the challenges of resource shortages. We face these everyday in our corporate world. But, this is sheer customer negligence, taking advantage of a patient customer, no intent to provide requested service.I went to another salon & had a wonderful haircut. Even though the other salon was busy & fully booked, they managed to accomodate my request with some wait time and provided good customer care.Never plan to visit any of Desire salons branches or recommend them to anyone. Hope they learn & get better in treating other customers going forward.

Some of the ladies are good and some not. Today I had a bad experience with a lady doing a terrible job on my eyebrows. She made my eyebrows thinner than they actually are and one looks completely different than the other. Also she hurt me and that never happened before. Unfortunately I did not felt it or saw how different they are when I was there.

This place is very clean and they are very professional.All the ladies do a good job, but Kinjal is my favorite she does the best with eyebrows.I would definitely recommend coming to this place for a good eyebrow threading.

I get my eye brows done from this salon for almost since started. Almost everyone is good there but I use Punita. I get my facials done too and waxing. Their service is good, clean and very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes threading on their eyebrows and their waxing prices are much cheaper compared any competitors of theirs.

They change their price according to the customer. They advertise one thing and ask you something different once the job is done. I am not coming back over there.You come in with a certain price advertised on the board and once the job is done you are explained that it just increased based on random facts supposedly with the manager agreement. Not acceptable.

This was my first time with Brazilian wax and it wasn’t painful at all. Chandrika did a wonderful job and she was very kind and sweet. I had an amazing experience and it was worth it.

I have been visiting Desire salon for over 3 years. I really like to go with kinjal. She is awesome.They try to keep the place clean and hygiene, even more given the situation. Also they are wearing a mask with all the service like threading, facial, hair cut and waxing.

I was very much looking forward to getting my eyebrows threaded here since it has great reviews. Unfortunately, this is the second worst place I’ve ever been to. They didn’t even brush my eyebrows before threading them. That’s like getting a haircut without first brushing your hair. It took about 1 min. to get my eyebrows done. I’m not against speed if you can do it fast and right, but they only got the fast part.

I’ve been here twice. The first time it was great, but the second time, today, the woman that took care of me made my eyebrows bleed, she hurt that much. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for more than 15 years and it’s the first time my eyebrows bleeded. I wish I had taken her name so I could file my complaint to the management. I’m writing here instead!

I absolutely LOVE this place! They actually take the time to make sure your eyebrows look good. They dont rush and they try to get to know you. Ive been other places in Frisco that have ruined my eyebrows so this is the only place I trust (they get it right all of the time). I usually only use one of the stylist (shes beyond amazing), but I have been helped by other ladies there and they are all more than qualified! The price is also more than reasonable. My mom and sister come here every time they are in town because they get the same quality service that I do. Love you ladies and keep up the great work!

I came in looking like a hairy beast and this place fixed me right up! They were timely and still did an amazing job. The staff was very intentional and you could tell they wanted to make a good impression and leave their customers happy. I did the eyebrow and lip threading and am very satisfied with both services. My eyebrows are even and not too thin just like I wanted and my lip is hair free.

Crystal does my eyebrows every time! She’s great! I always get the perfect shape and so goes so quick! I drive from Allen just to come here because not everyone does my eyebrows right, but Crystal does!

This my second visit in this place. I did once 2 month ago here it was Very bad experience. Last time it was so many cuts in my eyebrow. That lady did very quick my threading. This time one lady did such a great job. she take her time and did my clean up. I love my eyebrow this time. I took her Name card from front desk. Her name Is Rani. I will now going every 2 week this place only with her. She said don’t wait too long. Awesome Job lady.

I just got my threading done here.. didn’t feel welcomed nor cared! The staff just plucked off hair causing terrible pain.. n told me I have less hair so doing more would make me look like I have no brow ( I have had the thick brow hair all my life) n then when I enquired about haircut n she said it’s close to their closing time n now I know the hurry she had in plucking off the hair! I saw a 4+ rating. N chose to go but would never go back

This is the worst beauty salon I ever visited. I went there to try facial for the first time.Worst service and no hospitality. They don’t do massage and no patience, they stopped the facial in the middle. I didn’t feel like they did facial/anything.Staff is rude and not friendly. I was very disappointed with my visit to this establishment today. I have been going here off and on for years to get my eyebrows threaded and recently their lack of cleanliness has stood out to me, however today took the cake. When I went mid July before the lady started doing my eyebrows she turned around and fixed the previous customer’s eyebrow then turned back around to me and was about to use the same thread on my face until abruptly stoped her and asked her to change her thread. Today when i went I noticed a spoolie on the table that looked like it was originally pink but had turned brown from a previous customers makeup. While she was doing my eyebrows she picked up the same dirty spoolie and tried to use it on me but I asked her to get a new one. This place lacks cleanliness tremendously especially during these COVID-19 times. not to mention they don’t even spray and wipe down the chairs between clients. And they keep going up on their prices.

I went to the McKinney location and had a great experience! They got me in right away and did an incredible job on my eyelash extensions and my eyebrow tinting!! Everything was done within a matter of 30 minutes and I was very pleased with how quick it was and how amazing everything looked! I would recommend this place to anybody, these ladies really know what they’re doing!

I hate to leave reviews like this but Im sure my natural lashes are going to come out. The girls are nice. My eyebrows look good. They tried to remove the lashes with baby oil but it didnt work. They loosened it a little. Im in less pain but still in pain. I bought a lash glue remover and Im praying it works. I just want them off of my face. The girls were nice, but nice doesnt fix this. Just stick to henna and brows if you do go there.

I am writing a review for hair cutting. I do not know about others, but for me, I think they dont even know what to use for the hair cutting. She started with the smallest scissor possible, which, I think, was for cutting eyebrow hair. I told her that I wanted layers, but she said to me that she would trim the hair first. So I started watching her. She was cutting hair like she never cut anybodys hair before. I watched her for 5 mins, but it was too painful to watch what she was doing with my babys hair, so I decided to stop her. I stopped her, and then the lady at the front started asking me that we cut hair just like that in India. Without losing my temper, I humbly asked her how much she wanted. So, she asked for 25 dollars, and then she started arguing that if I didnt want a hair cut, then why did l start in the first place. I gave her the money and told her that I am not blaming her and that I didnt like the way she was cutting my childs hair and then I left the door.

Coming from I was nervous that I would not be able to find a good place to do my eyebrows but after the first time here, I would never go anywhere else. Zara did a fantastic job. I get so many compliments everytime I get my eyebrows done. Check them out. You wont regret it.

Went for a facial, it was just okay. The massage was not strong enough and didnt last even half hour. I usually feel tired after facial but this time im fresh since the lady didnt massage much. Didnt tie a band for my hair and after facial, my hair color is gone too due to the creams.Its a good place for eyebrow threading, not for facial though. Waste of money on facial.

I have gotten several henna tattoos on my hand by Sneha. She is very detail oriented and quick. You can show her a design or she will create one of her own. The designs are beautiful.I also get my eyebrows threaded there and have been very pleased with how efficiently the salon is run.

I love this place! I live in downtown Dallas and will travel all the way to Frisco to get my eyebrows done here. Everyone is friendly but most importantly professional and understanding! I have had my eyebrows done by different ladies at this location and they have all been great. They offer different services that i cannot wait to try out. I cant stress enough, if you are wondering about this place, wonder no more, this place and the ladies are amazing.

It says they close at 6:30 I got there at 6:12 for a quick eyebrow threading. As I was about to walk up someone looked me dead in my face and locked the door. I use this place every time I need threading and am usually always satisfied with my service. Today was very unprofessional of the staff. I watched them all walk out and go home early.

So i recently came to Desire Salon to pamper myself with a Full Facial and i also got my eyebrows done. The lady that did my pampering was Shilpa SHE WAS BY FAR THE BEST EVER not to mention extremely nice and caring. She did amazing work and i will most definitely be seeing her from now on. If you ever go to this place Shilpa is the person to see she gets 5 stars from me :)

When I first moved here I was shopping at the stores across the street and someone handed me a flyer. I usually just accept and move on but I did need my brows done and has always wanted to try threading. Ive been here twice now and have loved the outcome each time. Kinjall (she’s the first chair on the right behind the wall where the register is located) is amazing! I get my full face threaded and the eyebrows get a clean up. I’ve been to like five threading places and I can’t go anywhere else. She’s consistent and prices are awesome. I also don’t look like a tomato when I’m done since my skin is incredibly sensitive.

The first time I went to this salon I told them I wanted my eyebrows tinted. Not threaded. They ushered me to a seat in the middle of my sentence and started threading my eyebrows. I figured they must have needed it if they thought they should be threading them as well, so I let it slide. After she finished I sat and waited for her to tint my brows. She was completely unaware that that was the service I had come in to receive, even though it was the only thing I had asked for.Second time I visited the salon, i asked for eyebrow tinting again. I asked for black eyebrows to match my dyed black hair. The stylist recommended dark brown eyebrows and I politely asked again for black eyebrows. The stylist then purposefully tinted them dark brown. Purposefully did what I asked her not to do. I then asked nicely again for black eyebrows although I was very upset. No one apologized to me either visit and I was charged the full price both visits. They do a good job on the services they perform but have horrendous customer service.

I showed Shangel a picture of what I wouldhave loved for my eyebrows to have looked like. I had enough eyebrows to have had this desired look but, she failed to care about what I wanted. When she finished my eyebrows were thinner and I asked to keep them full.This place is like a night club. The $4 price you pay is what you leave looking like. I will not be returning.

I came to this salon because my regukar eyebrow salon employee was on vacation and this place had good Google reviews online. I could not have been more disappointed. The lady was so slow and she cut my hair more then pulling it which is what threading is meant to do, pull from the roots. After she was done my eyebrows still looked untrimmed and untame, no shape and tons of strays. I asked her to pull the strays which she did and left. I was scared she would cause them to look worse and figured o can get my shape back when I go back to my regular salon in case she makes it worse. Maybe the other girls there are better but who I got was terrible. My husband also got his eyebrows done as he routinely does and he felt the exact same way. Will not be going back!

I am so glad to have found this awesome place near my new home in Frisco. I go there for my facials, which is very relaxing and does wonders for my face. The owner is always at the Salon and takes a personal interest. She has qualified and well trained employees who make you feel comfortable and do an amazing job. The hairstylist, Marjan is very good with highlights and I got a lot of compliments for my red highlights that she did.
