I had recently gotten a hair dye/cut from somewhere else which turned out horrible. So to fix that, I found Chance Charles and booked my first appt with him. Prior to meeting, he asked me some questions about my hair and asked for some pics. He was very polite and quick to respond to my text/phone call. When I came in for the appt, he sat me down and went a little deeper into his questioning of what I want and what he saw. I CANNOT stress how AMAZING it was to have him work on my hair!!!! He is so knowledgeable, very experienced, and truthful. He wont just do something without maybe explaining why it may or may not work. He understands the latest trends, colors and it shows in his work. Cutting hair for him is not just a job.....you can tell he has a passion for this art. He is very thorough and takes his time at his work. For the first time, I didnt come home and try and brush out what was done to my hair. I loved it. He even took the time to actually teach me how I should be using my curling iron, etc. I am so so thankful that I stumbled upon Chance Charles...and look forward to having him work on my hair from now on!!!!! Highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a change or new stylist.

Chance is unbelievably talented. I took my daughter to him for a totally different look (she went from shoulder length to a short do). It was EXACTLY what she wanted and we left the salon so happy! The best part is that the cut is so good that it looks great air-dried. No styling needed, which speaks to his skill. I also want to note that the covid safety procedures at the salon made me feel really safe being there. Overall, an absolutely great experience.

As soon as I started talking to Chance it was obvious he was intelligent and passionate about his craft. He did an assessment of my hair and offered suggestions which I completely felt comfortable following, all of which took into consideration my daily hair routine, likes/dislikes, etc. Once my hair was done I was completely satisfied. I left with beautiful, shiny hair and would definitely recommend Chance. My husband even said my hair has never looked healthier. I’d also like to add that Chance was completely professional but also inviting.

When Chance cuts my hair, its always in point and the colour is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and listens to me before doing anything to my hair. I havent ever gone to a stylist who actually did a consultation but he does and its extremely thorough. Id recommend Chance to anyone.

Chance Charles took the time to ask questions and figure out exactly what I wanted. He clearly has the passion and skill, I’ve never been so happy with the results. My cut and style look great, I will definitely be coming back!
