This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a medical practice. Ever. The staff is genuinely amazing--so kind, and really put you at ease. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable. She is very detail oriented, ensures she has all of the correct background information, and then also provides a very detailed plan for you going forward. I am immensely happy that I chose this place for my allergy / asthma treatments.

We just came for the first time and so far we are finally getting answers after battling with asthma and allergies with our kiddo. Great check in/check out procedures. Visits are thorough and efficient. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere is always a plus!

My mother saw PA Soucy for the first time today while I was on the phone, she has a great bedside manner. She was very patient with my mother who’s English is not too well and explained everything and also cared enough to be mindful of her being uninsured by giving her the best treatment without breaking the bank! The front office lady who I forgot her name was also wonderful and so nice. I’m so glad my mom will be going here knowing she’s in good hands. As a nurse myself, I love to see how others in the same field as me actually doing what they love and it shows. Will definitely refer my friends and family.

Great experience every time I have to take my daughter. The staff is always welcoming and pleasant, we never have to wait long and the nurses and Dr. took their time getting to know us. They always listen and make sure that my daughter and myself understand everything they are doing for her. Her allergies and eczema have improved by leaps and bounds in just a couple of months! We just love Nicole Soucy! She is so kind, caring and intelligent! She genuinely wants to help solve issues and is just so great with my daughter.

I had an acute allergic reaction (hives) from seemingly nowhere so I called SW Allergy and Asthma and they got me in same day. What a professional Nicole is. She went through all likely causes, zeroing it down to 90% caused by a pain injection from a different doctor weeks earlier. I cant say enough about her skills and attitude. Fantastic PA.
