Receptionist Colleen is the best! Ive been trying to call around to different allergists in Frisco for a week now and have not been able to get through. Colleen answered right away and was so kind and compassionate about my asthma troubles Ive had for 5 weeks. She signed me up for the soonest available appointment and said I could call in as often as Id like to check if there any any appointments available sooner. Im so happy Ive finally found a place that answers their phone and was greeted by such a friendly person. Thank you so much, Colleen! (I hope I spelled your name right lol)

I asked for a doctor with my appointment with the PA. She told me I could leave if I did not like it. I tried numerous times again to find where and when a supervising doctor would be at the clinic. I never got a response from the staff or the PA.Then the front office staff kept insisting I pay for the serum up front even though I had medical insurance. I ended up leaving and finding an allergy clinic with a full doctor on location.I would not recommend this office or company.

I love the staff and how the doctor explained everything to me. They seem to be a more organized team than my previous doctor. They charged correctly, I didnt have to wait a year to get my medical bill and I got handouts for my treatment to follow-up when at home.

Always provide a professional service for my son and treatment of his allergies!
