The reviews don’t lie. The supervisor which is the older white lady named Paulette was absolutely rude. If you do go to this location, I highly recommend a lady named Anita or Shay. They were very helpful and nice. Now, who let that lady become a supervisor? If you want passive aggressiveness, you know who to find. Other than that, great customer service from the rest of the opticians. They also started to receive some brands such as raybans!

These frames were such a great value and a perfect, classic style for me. Not only were the ladies super helpful but they took extra Covid precautions and Walmart vision offers complimentary cleaning and adjustments. Overall very happy I chose to shop them!

Employees are professional and friendly. Very good with kids and the childrens glasses are cheap!! Always some sort of event or game going on to entertain kiddos during the visit.

Before, IT WAS a good place. Two weeks ago I went to get my glasses fixed that I bought in that company, the manager treated me very rude and yelled !! and after apologizing, she said that the mask made her seem to yell at people but it was not her intention, and my glasses I do not fix them well, I will return to the FM-646 branch, there if you are kind.
