Just opened and started going here because I found that Dr. Gonzales relocated here from another location. I’ve been going to her for several years and can’t say enough about her. She is very thorough when doing her exams and explains everything in detail. The staff is very nice as well.The frames here are a bit more expensive than in other places, so I would shop around first before deciding on one there.

Dr Gonzalez was amazing!! I’ve hated my eye doctor in the past and I will never go back!! She was so awesome and answered all my questions! Krissi was great with scheduling my appointment and getting all my insurance info with no hassle! And Amy and Taylor were so helpful and friendly also! And the new office looks so phenomenal. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Gonzales and her staff are amazing! My family and I have been going to her for years. She is very patient and throughout with her examinations. Even with her recent location changes we had no issues, they were always readily available. Thank you Dr. Gonzales and staff!

The atmosphere in this place was so inviting. The staff was the absolute best while being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from the moment I entered to when I left out. I will definitely be returning to this particular location for my eye care needs.

The new team that took over this location is awesome! They made everything so easy. A great experience and will make this my new go to for my entire family!

Everyone there was so nice and my process was so easy with no problems nor hold ups! I would definitely recommend this location because the service between all of their staff is outstanding!

My experience at TSO Baybrook was wonderful from start to finish. A new team recently took over and with that also came renovations to the office. You feel welcomed stepping inside. I saw Jacquelin Escoto and she was very thorough with her examinations. All of the staff members were friendly and made you feel glad to be there. While I was searching for my new frames, the amount of attention I was given was fantastic. I am very happy with my whole experience.

Im not sure who those people giving a 1 star review saw... but there is a NEW DR... DR GONZALEZ WAS AMAZING. I went with my 80 year old father. He was very skeptical about seeing a new clinic.. DR. GONZALEZ treated him like royalty and in the end, rather than trying to make a sale... she suggested my father wait because not much had changed! Thank you!!

Everyone in office is soooo friendly service was fast and thorough and i even got my glasses earlier than projected! Definitely recommend for anyone to use them for all your optometry needs

TSO Baybrook is awesome! The staff Ms. Lisa and Janet were so sweet and helpful. They helped my daughter’s experience to be a great one!! Just called to see about contacts. Been going here for years and I had to call another location and was told TSO Baybrook was sold and may not remain open smh the could have let their patients know.

Great customer service. My son will be getting his first pair of glasses, and the ladies there were so patient and accommodating while helping him choose a pair. There wasnt a long wait time, we were in and out without a fuss.

Very helpful in getting my first pair of contacts and set there with me for at least ten minutes to insure I could put them back in. Gave me great pointers and also showed me a fast way to get em in. Check-out was fast as well literally no wait at any point of the visit. Everyone is very respectful and courteous. If they had issues with those other review I had no insight in it. The were marvelous for us.

Tried to pickup my glasses Sat Sept 5th. Baybrook location closed. Called Friday Sept 11th to ask office hours for Sat. Was told they open at 9a. They are closed. Customer service is horrible.

I was here recently. The front desk staff were very nice. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my encounter with the ophthalmologist. He made me feel uncomfortable and had poor bedside manners. I brought my baby with me and he not only stared at my chest but asked if I was a single mom. When I told him I was engaged his response was, “I guess the baby came first. That seems to be how it’s done nowadays.” I found that very offensive and unprofessional coming from a medical professional. I couldn’t get out quick enough!

Had a wonderful experience with TSO Baybrook. The girls in the front desk were the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend my family and friends to come in for an exam with Dr. Fingold. Dr. Fingolds assistant, (lisa) was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people will rip you off by not giving you your FULL prescription. I came here to get an eye exam in order for my boss to order safety glasses - which I was very specific about when I first arrived. Once I was reassured that would be no problem, we continued like normal. It was when we got to check-out that they withheld the PD because its against policy?? DO NOT GO HERE.

This was the most thorough eye exam I have had. She seemed to be truely trying to help me get the best results not just working.

Front staff was super helpful and patient with each person coming in. They squeezed me in for an appointment when broke his glasses and was up for an annual.

Its great. All the employees are nice. All the glasses are stylish. And they take there time to work with you.

Waited 4 weeks for my contacts order - called today (2/7) was told they came in on 1/17 (one week after I called in the order). They said they called me. I told them no one called me, no voice mail was left and even at that, no follow-up call was made to see if I received the first call. Poor Customer Service in my book.

Ive been going here since high school and they know my whole family. There are very nice here.

A Hassle for contacts and DeceptiveI was told an eye exam would be $60 and that a contacts exam would be Twenty dollars more. At many places, it is exactly $20 more for contacts exam, e.g. $80 total. So I assumed that was what they meant. I discovered after the exam that it was $60 PLUS $80, or $140 total, quite a difference. Then I was promised 4 boxes of samples and told that when they came in Id get an email or text so I could come back and get them. I got neither, but when I came in, there were 3 instead of 4. I made them order me the 4th box - it was the least they could do given the inflated price of the exam. As if this were not enough hassle, I couldnt get my prescription until I had tried them out a few days - so of course I had to go back yet again if I wanted it. Now, I have several hobbies so I get two different types of contact combinations. There is No extra exam required for them to write the two types. However, instead of just writing them, they had me come back to see the MD again just to try on the second prescription and once again try them for a few days until I could come back for the 2d written prescription. Of course, each time you visit the store, there is a chance you will buy something, but its not a minor inconvenience when you work as many hours as I do. Not to mention that there was no discussion of the strength of the different focal lengths - had to check it out on the box. Very dumbed down service. Now dont get me wrong, everyone was polite and cheerful. It was the overall policies and how they were trained to quote the price over the phone that is shady. I understand this store is owned by the same MD who owns League City and Texas City, so assume their policies will all be the same. I think TSO in general are ok for glasses, from what Ive heard, but for contacts, never again.

This place has been my worst mistake ever it took more than 7 weeks wetting to receive my classes and when I call to get info they tell me one more weekBat
