Dr Ratcliff is very thorough and takes his time when he diagnosis the condition of your eyes. He also stays abreast of the latest technology and upgrades his equipment as needed. The office staff is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend him. My entire family also goes to him.

Excellent experience! My 4 year old needed a first time eye exam after failing her vision test at her doc. It is a long process, but Twenty20 Vision Center employees and Docs were SO patient, calming, and wonderful with my little one. They even suggested the glasses that she ultimately decided to get. I made an appointment for myself because it was so great, going to send my whole family!!

They have a nice selection of frames & the optician was very helpful in selecting my frames. Will definitely continue to use this facility.

I cannot say enough on the how awesome Dr Ratcliff is! Besides the normal eye exam and glasses/ contact exam, he is up to date on all the current eye procedures and knowledge. This enables him to treat you confidently and the best way possible. In my case, He got a second physician involved when it turned out my issue was not totally eye related.You will love him and the staff at Twenty20 Vision!

Dr. Ratcliff is probably one of the best eye doctors Ive had. He is very personable. Of course, Ive had a couple of issues with the office but what doctors office doesnt have issues. They werent serious enough to make me go find another doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

I ordered trial contacts from them and being that my Rx is pretty high they had to order them. I expected this, but I called after the 3 weeks it should have taken to come in and it turned out they forgot to put the order and had to reorder. I was a little upset but I waited another 3 weeks and was told they were out of stock. Was anyone going to call to let me know? No, so it’s been 4 months since I last heard from them. This was so unprofessional and I will be taking my business to a place that won’t make excuses or lie to me about ordering supplies.

This guy is not your ordinary eye doctor. When he isnt doing standard, run of the mill eye exams, he specializes in some very unique eye treatments. He diagnosed and helped my 9 yr old tremendously. Ive been wearing glasses for 30 years and never felt like anyone has gotten my prescription as perfect as Dr. Ratliff. Highly recommend.

They had a great selection of frames and Kelly was a joy to work with as I overanalyzed all of my choices. :) Twenty 20 Vision Center somehow balances incredible service, expertise, and selection... all easily working with my insurance. That balance isnt easy to find these days. I cant recommend them enough!

Amazing Dr. Radcliff fit me in his schedule the day I went in where there was a cancellation, I had worn hard contacts for 30 yrs. and he informed me they now had soft contacts in my strong nearly blind vision number. OMG they felt so good and he had them at his office that Day! I walked out a new woman and very very affordable with my VSP vision insurance and new contacts that Day!
