Nice people. Appointment was set over the phone and emailed questionaire forms. Location was easy to find. Sleep study equipment and its use explained clearly and not rushed. Plenty of parking.

Office was clean. Did not have to wait when I arrived on time. Distancing was practiced as much as possible. Ryan was well trained, polite, helpful, and very informative without seeming like he does this a dozen times a day. Explained insurance, procedures, options, and how to ask further questions if I need to.

I was very pleased with my first experience at sleep quest. Ryan was super cool at understanding my questions and answering them with a great personality. Definitely eased my mind about having to use a breathing machine. Thanks yall

I’ve only worked with Ryan and Robin and they were both so great I changed my entire account over to them. Ryan has enough patience that I’m encouraged I might make it on this Cpap journey. You do need patience if you’re just starting on a cpap. I’d really recommend this place if your insurance works there

They were quick to call me to schedule my appt once they received my dr. request. I was nervous about the mask portion because i didnt want to feel cloister phobic. I voiced it to Ryan and he was great. He was able to find the supplies so my face was all covered. Ryan answered all my questions and concerns. The went over everything. I highly recommend going to sleep quest.

This is an amazing place with the most gracious and friendly people. I was in Fresno from out of town and they were able to help me with a problem I had with my cpap. If I ever end up in Fresno they will be where I look for all my cpap needs.

Several times I have called to remove my account from auto pay. I no longer have the products. Told a payment would be not deducted from my account. Sent an email that my account had been removed from auto pay. But once again, a payment was deducted. So I don’t know what kind of scam this is, but I do know that I’ll never do business with Sleep Quest again.

Sleep Quest the employees are very courteous there customer service skills are great. They showed me how to work the cpap machine and fitted me with the proper mask , Ryan was great.

Sleep quest contacted me quickly when my dr sent in the request. I was first sent to another local cpap supply company who was very unresponsive and Im glad I asked the dr to re-assign me to Sleep Quest. I highly recommend them.

My doctor switch me to SleepQuest early this year when Brooks (a really great company) no longer accepted my Blue Cross insurance. Two or three months later I called in to order equipment and they said they were doing inventory and would call me back in a couple of days as soon as they were finished. One month later I still hadnt heard from them. I called in again and they said they had to run my insurance through their administration (sounded weird to me, but whatever) and that would take about a week. Three weeks later and I still havent heard from them. I call my doctors office today and told them what happened. Thankfully, Im being switched to another company. SleepQuest is asleep at the wheel and wasted a lot of my time. Really weird! I guess they dont want my money.
