I never actually got an appt as the process to make an appointment is so ridiculous. You have get, complete and return paperwork before you can make an appointment...as I was informed by the sarcastic and condescending help at the counter. And once you complete the paperwork, you cannot make an appointment...you need to then wait for them to create an account...and only then will they contact you to make an appointment. I was also snidely informed that this was the doctors process and requirement. Given the difficulty in even scheduling an appointment and the rudeness of the staff, its clear there are better options out there.

They had to let someone go due to personal reason they call me to hire me they train me for a week and then call me the next week to tell me they are going rehire someone that use to work for them because she was already trained. I found this so unprofessional. The girl had left them a couple months ago and requested her job back. So it was easier for them to rehire then to complete the training. So not only did I leave my job to fill this position now I have no job. Because they couldn’t make up they’re minds… this is beyond unprofessional.

I didn’t have a long wait to see him. His office staff was super nice. He was very caring and took his time talking me and helped me with my foot issue. I will definitely see him again :)

After 14 months with my wife having a open wound on her foot, Dr. Robert Buckenberger was the only doctor who would go ahead with surgery. Now she is able to walk and wear shoes. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend his services. Thank you.

I have been suffering from foot pain, orthotics didnt help. I got a second opinion, the problem is in my lower back. The 3 times I saw him, he spent about 5 minutes. 😐 The woman at the front desk is rude.

Dr Buckenberger is the best! The office staff is pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait for my appointment. Dr. B is friendly and professional. Excellent doctor! I am very pleased with the bunionectomy he performed on my left foot. No problems years later. He is always friendly, professional and makes the correct diagnosis. No long waits for appointment. the staff is always friendly.

I am a new patient with Dr. Buckenberger having seen him one time. I have pain on the outside of my left foot near the beginning of the arch. He gave me an ankle brace and had me measured for inserts for my shoes. He said it was a tendon and these would help, I received them and followed the directions and the pain got worse and the inserts really hurt my heels. I just called his office to get a follow up to see why I am still in pain and have them adjusted or maybe an MRI to see if I have a tear and was told I would have to wait until the middle of December !! I am in pain, thanks for nothing GREAT CUSTOMER CARE. I am moving on!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Robert Buckenberger that was referred to him after going to another foot doctor for several years without any improvement. My primary Physician during a routine physical saw my toes and suggested I see Dr. Buckenberger. Both he and his office staff were incredible in welcoming me as a new patient and, immediately, identifying the problem with my feet. Dr. Buckenberger took immediate care of my foot problem and I am as good as new. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing foot and/or ankle care.

Dr. Buckenberger is very knowledgeable, his staff is super friendly and they made sure any questions I had were answered. Going into his office I was greeted with respect and I had their full attention. I highly recommend this office would and would recommend this place to my own friends and family.Mat.

A simply GREAT foot doctor and I have been to a few over the years. Dr. Buckenberger listens and understood my complaints. He also removed a small buried splinter of a ingrown toenail, left in my big toe after the nail was completely removed. I have never been able to get any other foot doctor to take my complaint serious, let alone believe me that it was a problem. The left behind nail piece turned out to be much bigger than even I imagined; no wonder I felt such pressure and chronic irritation! The doctor made my day. The procedure was super easy, over quick, and I healed faster than I thought I would. I still am feeling so appreciative to no longer feel that pressure in the toe.

This Dr charged me a Dr visit fee of 150 dollars for me to come in him tell me something I already knew all in less then 5 min and then refer me to another doctor which I gladly did and was happy I went somewhere else. I called to talk to him about it and he instructed his lady to tell me he doesnt have time to handle billing complaints. I was very unhappy with this doctor and hope everyone goes to someone different.

I had been to another podiatrist that didnt solve my foot problem. Dr. Buckenberger diagnosed the problem correctly and performed a surgery which has relieved the pain in my foot. I would recommend to a friend. Thanks Dr.

I was somewhat disappointed. First of all he hardly spent anytime with me. He didnt adequately explain the treatment for my plantar fasciitis. The day before my second appointment I was informed that he would not accept my insurance and it would cost me 210 dollars to remove a toenail. He had my insurance information for almost two months and his staff just found out (a day before my second appointment) they didnt accept it. He seemed like a nice guy but I wouldnt recommend him.

Extremely pleased with Dr. Buckenberger. He has a fantastic bedside manner, very personable and professional, and I have great confidence in his abilities, considering his great education and vast experience. I just had bilateral foot surgery, 4 bunions removed, 2 toes shortened, 1 neuroma removed (a very tricky procedure). Im healing up very well. Dr. Buckenberger, his staff, and all the folks at Fresno Surgical Hospital were fantastic.

Do not go here!!!!!! Office staff is horrible. They were supposed to contact my insurance about orthotics and never got back to me. Also, I had to pay for my MRI out of pocket because they did not follow correct insurance procedures.

Terrible place overall. I was scheduled for surgery two months from the day I scheduled it. A day before the surgery they said they had no record of a surgery being scheduled. Before we left the day it was scheduled the doctor even said everything is set. I had to get this surgery done on the date that I scheduled because of how the recovery time would affect me at school and my time away from football. Extremely disappointed with this service.

Always a great experience every visit. Dr. Buckenburger and his staff provide patients with outstanding care!

If I could give dr Buckenberger more stars I would. As a professional he is second to none. He addressed my problem, told me my options and solved my issue (painful heel ). We started with proper diagnosis and consultation. Then conservative treatment, cortisone shots and orthodics. Since the pain persisted we, and I stress me and Dr. , decided on a surgical procedure. The procedure was flawless. Absolutely no pain whatsoever before, during, and after the surgery. I got my stitches out yesterday and my foot- heel is pain free. If I had only know how easy it was to fix my problem I would have opted to do it 5 years ago.Thank you Dr brukenberger for being such a great professional. Your staff is excellent. Always accommodating my busy schedule. I cannot express my appreciation in a few words. Im back on the tennis court and golfing pain free. Now if you could only fix my tennis game and golf slice....just kidding.Dr brukenberger restores my faith in health care providers. He is thoughtful, friendly,expedient, and an excellent clinician. I would highly recommend Dr. Brukenberger if you need a podiatrist.
