I work in the medical field and I am VERY particular about who my providers are. I did a ton of research before going to see Dr. Nelson at Canyon Oaks for my ingrown toenails. The office staff was very nice. Dr. Nelson was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure that my procedure was minimally painful and listened to all of my concerns. I am pleased with how my toenails look and feel. I would highly recommended Dr. Nelson and his staff.

I visited their Fresno location several times now and I’m still a current patient till this day and I can’t tell u enough how AMAZING this place is!!!! 🤗 To their wonderful receptionist Trina, to their bubbly medical assistant Kaitlyn and wait till you meet Dr. Nelson!!!! This doctor is top notch, you can tell he’s well experienced and wants to help you in any way he can with whatever you need. You don’t come across doctors like him everyday. Their all truly so friendly and made sure all my needs were met!!! I’d recommend anyone to go to this facility, keep up the good work you guys!!!! I truly appreciate all that you guys have already done and will continue to do!!!! ♥️

Grant Radford has seen Dr May in the Fresno office for many years. Sometimes when youre a senior you can feel like a second class person. Yvonne, Alexa and Trina are always friendly, efficient and make every patient feel important. If you need a podiatrist Dr May and his staff are the way to go.

Dr Florek has really addressed my foot/ankle issue and have further informed me on how to improve my quality of life. I’m very thankful for his help and his encouraging staff. Great communication.

This is not a review of Dr Nelson, if it was this review would be 5 stars. This is a review of the office staff. From randomly cancelling appointments for no reason to scheduling an appointment only to be informed a mere HOURS before that he had the day off from a clueless ditz office assistant to giving me the runaround with my insurance, the office staff seems clueless. I bet a trained monkey could do your job better. Its a shame I have to go to another podiatrist because of how incompetent they are.

I very much appreciate all that the staff and Dr Florek have done for me at the Fresno location of Canyon Oaks. Dr. Florek is honest and direct and always answers all my questions putting my mind at ease. His good ethics are reflected in his staff, they are always willing to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. The Scheduling department for my foot surgery has been very accommodating and on top of every detail, especially during this pandemic. It would be fair to say that Canyon Oaks Foot and Ankle is very competent.

Concerned that I had broken my ankle my husband called the office. I am not a patient there as my doctor retired. They took me right away, accommodated me with a wheel chair, sent me for x-rays, and fitted me with a boot. Everyone in the office went over and above to take care of me. Dr. Florek was amazing. He covered everything I could possibly need to know while my ankle heals. Great Doc., great office staff, great nurses, great all-round. Thank you. highly recommend.

The staff is amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need. Dr. Nelson is hilarious. He did a great job removing my ingrown toenails and explained everything step by step. I had watched youtube videos on the procedure so I was a bit nervous upon arrival but I felt at ease within seconds of being under their care. They are fast, efficient, and again, super funny!

What a wonderful experience! I have been dealing with ingrown toenails for over 8 years and today it was solved. Dr. Diamond was awesome!! He was very friendly and made the process easy and I had no pain with the procedure at all. Office staff was friendly and quick. I would recommend this office to anyone dealing with foot issues. Really friendly staff and really nice work they are really good podiatrist doctor Nelson is really kind and can talk to people in Spanish they have a really good staff they treated my daughter with respect the first time she went there.

In July of 2019 had my last appointment (I didnt know at the time) with my previous Doctor. He suddenly retired and I was told I needed to seek a new foot doctor, and that the incoming Doctor(s) would not be taking in Federal Workers Comp. I spent the next 6-8 months looking for a new doctor until May of 2020, when Canyon Oaks called me and said they are now taking Federal Workers Comp (they were the ones that bought my previous Doctors practice) So get scheduled to go in June, they call me up and reschedule for July cause of billing issue. I finally get in and the doctor literally sees me for 3-4 minutes and tells me that they cant treat me yet because they have yet to secure billing authorization. So why bring me in then? So we reschedule again for August. They call me the day before and tell me its going to take 3-4 months to get into contract with my claims adjustor (as told to me by Ali their billing person) and that I probably should find another doctor. So I do find another Doctor and I request a referral. They tell me that the new doctor wont take me on unless it comes from my claims adjustor. I request that they send me a copy of the referral, so I can send it to my CA directly. They have refused to send it to me. They even sent me copies of all of my previous doctors paperwork, and even someones else confidential paperwork by accident, but no referral. These people are very difficult to work with, and refuse to help me get into with another Doctor. I would HIGHLY suggest not using these folks. It has been an awful experience, they wont return emails or calls for weeks at a time. They completely wasted my time and remember they sought me out and told me they take Federal Workers Comp. Nice way to lie to get customers! Way to run a business.....Update, thank you Dr Florek for getting back so fast, yes there is a way you can help. Please have Ali or Trina mail me the referral I have requested over a dozen times and have yet to receive from your office. You could also email me or check my records for my cell number and call me directly and explain as to why your staff has been so difficult to provide me this information so I can get treatment. I will gladly amend or remove this review if we can get that done. Thank you

I am writing this review for my hubby Eulalio Lozano who is not to Computer savvy. We want people to know that Dr. Devin Dimond is such a good Doctor he is a good replacement for Dr Kroger. I love how he explains the medical issue to us in way we can understand and what we need to do for a speedy recovery love the medical staff , I only have one concern Please fix your phone system.... thats all Folks....I recommend this office for your treatment needs.

Dr Dimond was the first one i met at the Fresno location and he is the best he cares for me he helped my wound of 3 years heal when many others failed hes a great podiatrist, met Dr. Florek Friday and he was nice as well first time meeting him I love the staff the gals r wonderful funny, i go there so much I am a regular 😉 love you all thank you for taking good care of me and my mom, ive tried a lot of podiatrists in Fresno and you all are the best, no one can even compare to the compassion you have for your patients 🙏🏼♥️

The employees are very nice, make you feel welcomed. They do there jobs above and beyond.Witnessed a employee help a patient call his Insurance for him , which wasnt her job.Employee promised me I was in good hands with Dr.Seeing real customer service again .And employee was right he was kind and spoke nicely , shook my hand. Made me feel like he really cared for me as patient , not just another patient with a number. Thanks so much .Looking forward to my Xray waited almost a year. This Doctor is a blessing.

This is a very professional run office. Each time I go in they are able to help me with my problems. I have gout and it is the most painful foot problem I have ever had in my life.

I can’t express what a relief I felt finally having a doctor that I feel has my best interest relating to my concerns/issues that I’ve been having with my feet for quite some time. Dr. Warcup on my very first visit sat down with me and took the time to listen and actually did not make me feel like I was rushed to talk to him because of other patients waiting. The staff is very friendly and professional. I myself have worked in the medical field and I professionally and personally speaking, would recommend Canyon Oaks for any foot/ankle issues that one may be experiencing!

Dr. Warcup was my Androcles. In a time of incredible stress he and his staff took great care of me. They saw me quickly, treated me professionally, and provided excellent care.

They rarely answer their office phone. They took forever to get back to me about an approval on some orthotics. I called several times to check the status of the orthotics and was told it was awaiting approval from my insurance. A month later, I called and was told that they are not contracted with my insurance. I asked why wasnt I notified of this sooner and they told me that I was already notified. When I disagreed with the person on the phone she basically called me a liar. Terrible office staff and a huge waste of time.
