Saw Dr Mullen May 2020 for my sons ingrown toenails. Dr Mullen removed both sides of his big toenail on both feet. My son has whats called pincer nail. Dr Mullen used the acid to keep them from coming back.FFW to July 2021 For some reason 1 of the repaired toenails regenerated a whole new nail exactly how it was prior to May 2020. It was as if hed never had the repair done.The other toenail didnt grow back and is doing fine. So back we went to have it done again, except now Dr Mullen retired & there is a whole new group of Drs there!By pure Luck of the draw we saw Dr Smith. Wow, 3rd Podiatrist my son has seen for this problem and by far the best. Gentle, kind, patient, understanding, listens and truly cares! My son dreaded the numbing part, 3rd time for that same toe so he recalls vividly the pain of it. Dr Smith did his best to make that part as pain free as he could. My son was SO GRATEFUL! Highly recommend this wonderful doctor!

This review is late, but better late then never!Over the years I’ve had issues with ingrown toenails. My mistake was that I was going to urgent cares to get relief for this - big mistake. Definitely need to see a podiatrist for this issue!At the urgent cares I had horrible experiences with the doctors, from “ bed side “ manner to how rough they were, etc.My last incident was less then a year ago. I came here after getting an infected ingrown toenail and a failed butchered experience at an urgent care. The staff here was SO sweet, and got me in very fast ( other locations were saying they were booked for month or so -_-)The dr was very gentle and patient with me. He even said that he practices the procedure on himself to make him aware of how it feels and to be able to treat his patients with the most care.Quick and easy in and out appt. I have not had any problems since then with my toe. Heaven forbid I have another issue with other toe , I wouldn’t hesitate to call this office and come back in !

I thought I would share my experience in Dr. Mullen office. It was totally good vibes from the moment I walked in. The girls in the front greeted me with smiles. The moment you walk into an office tells how the visit will be. Well thats my opinion. As I was taken to a back room the MA was very friendly and it was only moments until Dr. Mullen came in. He gave me so much answers to many question. I came out feeling amazing. My feet were happy. If you are looking for a good podiatrist and office I highly recommend Dr. Mullen office. My daughter had hurt her toe playing soccer. She was in terrible pain. We dont have insurance so we were a cash pay. When I heard the price I was amazed. I was thinking it was so much more. We got an appointment within the same week. The office is small and cozy. As we waited I was secretly singing to myself, Im a huge country music fan. My daughter felt so comfortable with the Doctor. He told us it wasnt broken which was a huge relief. Thank you to Dr. Mullen and all his staff.

Dr. Mullen is great. Hes an amazing doctor, he knows his stuff. So much so that he treats my mom and sister as well. He is super chill and down to earth, easy to talk to, and that aint always the case with most doctors. HIs office staff too is great. They do a great job of organizing stuff in office, calling with reminders about appointment, and keeping Dr. Mullen on schedule. The only doctor Ive ever been to that I did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time before being called back into an examination room. Highly recommended

I searched best podiatrist in Fresno and came upon Dr. Mullen. His reviews were amazing so I called to make an appointment. I was scheduled within 2 days. The entire office were extremely welcoming. The reviews were correct. I totally recommend Dr. Mullen to everyone.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Mullen and his staff. They have all been great! I requested an appointment through the website, and got a call back pretty quickly. I was seen in just a few days which was fantastic. Dr. Mullen himself is very easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my visit.

Took my mother in after she accidently kicked the couch when walking in the dark. I was so glad I was able to get her in the very next day. She had xrays done in the office and Dr. Mullen confirmed her toe was not broken great news. I highly recommend his office. Great experience.

I took my wife in to see Dr. Mullen. Her feet were hurting her so bad. She has a job where she is on her feet most of the day. We called and had an appointment the very next day. Because we had a PPO insurance we did not need a referral. That is great for Doctor being a specialist. My wife was given a cortisone injection for the pain. Because she stands a lot we also decided to buy shoe inserts from the office and so far my wife is doing well. Dr. Mullen is the man. If you have foot pain go see Dr. Mullen.

My visit was worth my drive from Los Banos. I had a great visit. I actually had my ingrown taken care of the day of consultation. I did not need to go back like other offices. I will recommend Dr. Mullen to my friends and family here in my town.

I found Dr. Mullen on google and by seeing all the great reviews I thought I would give him a ring to make an appointment. Ive had trouble with a nail that had been lifting away from the skin. I wanted it off. It was so easy. The registration forms are on the website that made it so easy for me to do it on my own time. When I went in I was called to the back in less then 10 min. He not only looked at it on first visit it took care of the problem and removed the toe nail. I will defiantly have his number in my contacts for the future.

Had a great experience. I work for the post office and walk most of my shift. My feet were in pain. I went in to see Dr. Mullen and got some custom orthotics made. The difference is unbelievable. Best part it was all done in the first visit.

Had bunions for a long time. My Primary doctor referred me over to see Dr. Mullen. I was called by the receptionist the same day the referral was sent. I was set an appointment for the very next day. I did do surgical procedure for the bunion. After the surgery everything went smooth. Healed great and foot looks great. Dr. Mullen has a great team. I defiantly refer Dr. Mullen if you have any foot problems.

I had an ingrown toe nail that started hurting every time I walked. My mother and grandmother are both patients of Dr. Mullen. They referred me to his office. It was an amazing visit. The staff is very joyful. They make everyone feel like they are special. Dr. Mullen removed my ingrown and instantly I felt relief. I will also be seeing Dr. Mullen as needed just like my mother and grandmother.

I will admit I was a little nervous about getting a referral to this doctor after I read the other review. I am picky when it comes to choosing medical care/doctors. I booked an appointment and thought Ill see how it goes; if I feel uncomfortable, Ill change doctor. At my first visit, I was impressed. There was nothing to indicate unprofessionalism etc. A few days later, I received a letter welcoming me to Dr Mullens clinic and encouraging me to call if I have any questions. This was a nice touch. In the subsequent visits leading up to my surgery, I was just as impressed as I had been during that first visit. Dr Mullen has many years of experience—evident in his calm manner and expertise when it came time to treat me. Aside from his skill as a doctor, he is a very funny guy. He has a great sense of humour, which puts people at ease. I would definitely recommend him, his staff and his clinic.

I’ve have a nagging pain in my foot that wouldn’t go away. Even started stepping down on my foot a different way than normal so it wouldn’t hurt as much but didn’t help, pain insisted. Well I was referred to Dr. Mullen. I was nervous at first to meet a doctor but Dr. Mullen was nice and thorough. He asked lots of questions and made me feel at ease. Received a shot for my pain and was casted for orthotics. Staff was friendly and very helpful too. Definitely recommend.

My wife was having severe plantar fasciitis. We saw Dr. Mullen review and thought he sounded amazing. We called and got in to see the Dr. the very next day. She was casted for custom molded orthotics that same day and had the orthotics by the next week. I highly recommend Dr. Mullen office. The staff is great as well.

First, I want to mention that Ive only taken the time to post a review MAYBE a couple of times previously; with that being said I experienced the following:I couldnt see my previous podiatrist thatI had for years because I hadnt been in the last two years so they said I was considered a new patient and couldnt be seen for over a month. I went to see Dr. Mullen after getting stepped on by someone playing softball. It turned out I broke my little toe. Im so glad I was able to get in the very next day. I am glad I was able to see Dr. Mullen to get the information I needed and support for my toe to have a speedy recovery. He is amazing.

Dr. Mullen displayed total unprofessionalism during my recent visit. Previous visits were progress check visits and lasted a total of 2 minutes, maximum - that alone was surprising. However, this last visit proved to be a shocker. Apparently, Dr. Mullen does not like patients that take it upon themselves to be informed about their conditions because he perceives any questions or apprehension by the patient as a challenge to his knowledge and control of the situation. Yes, I was apprehensive about the procedure he was about to perform and I voiced it. But instead of reassuring me about his success rate, he simply said he wasnt going to do it and walked out of the exam room. His attitude was arrogant and uncaring. He said he had nothing else to offer. Apparently, patient care is not his number one concern. I will not recommend this podiatrist to any of my friends and will recount my experience to all that are contemplating a visit.

My son had a blister that I was concerned about and he was afraid of going to the Dr. But after hearing from his grandfather that Dr. Mullen was a nice funny Dr. he was ok in coming. His grandfather was right. Dr. Mullen spoke to my son while he looked and treated his blister so my son was to involved in the conversation he did not realize the treatment was all done. I will recommend Dr. Mullen to all my friends, co workers, and family.

Had a broken toe and was provided with all the help needed! Loved it!

He did surgery on both of my feet almost 14 years ago and i have warned anyone who has asked me about him to stay away. He messed up my right foot and then had the nerve to tell me that i hadnt followed his instructions. When i told him my problem he wouldnt see me. He obviously knew he had messed up; He is a liar and had hand written some false notes into my account. I had to have surgery again by Dr Francis Glaser who told me that dr mullen had removed a ligament in my foot that was not supposed to be removed. mullen never told me what he had done. It was not possible to fix what mullen had experimented with. I would look at using another doctor.

I went in to see dr. Mullen for a twisted ankle. He was polite and gave me great information about my injury.
