Ive been a patient of Dr. A. Moadab for over 5 years. He is friendly and quick. He always takes his time when explaining the procedure to me. I often get ingrown toenails and his staff is quick to get me an appointment so I do not suffer. A+ Doctor and staff!!!

Went with trepidation, thinking I had some terrible problem with my toe. The very friendly staff and Doctor relieved me of my anxiety quickly with only needing toe nails clipped and explanation of my traumatized toe. I now dance with glee.

The staff and doctor are great. I have hammertoes and the doctor is able to relieve a lot of the pain and suggested the best place to get good fitting shoes and pads to where to help my feet. My husband and I are very pleased with the help they provide.

Condescending attitude. Went in for my 2year old son as a concerned mother, trying to be proactive regarding his toes and ingrown toenails and the dr was not sympathetic to our situation and had a condescending attitude toward us. A very short and expensive drs visit.

Friendly staff. Friendly, knowledgeable doctor (Moadab). My concerns have always been put to ease. Dr Moadab is always willing to listen to what I have to say.

I found this place through an online search and called them. I got an appointment the next day for my son. When I got there, I thought it was it was going to be a consultation only, but the doctor (Dr. Moadab) took care of the problem right there in the room. My son was not expecting it to happen so quickly and wanted to run out many times, lol. We got both toes taken care of within the hour. I would recommend this place to everyone who has an ingrown toenail problem. The staff were super nice and the Dr. Moadab was funny and quick to fix the problem.

Dr. Moadab took such wonderful care of me! The staff is friendly. He was very thorough, took his time and put me at ease. He gave me a shot-eeek! (Not so bad) However it helped tremendously! He suggested new shoes and even a great place to go (which I did) I had a horrible experience with a previous Podiatrist so I was apprehensive. I also heard his wife (the other Dr.in this group) is amazing as well!

My visit to All Valley Podiatric Group was rather pleasant. I was very pleased with the friendly staff. Dr. Moadab was very soft spoken & had me feeling less nervous rather quickly. He was very gentle, I had no Idea he had removed what was causing the pain for almost 3 months. I highly recommend Dr. Moadab & his staff!

Office staff courteous and friendly when Dr entered room he was warm and friendly. Dr asked specific and pertinent questions and listened to answers. He continued to asked questions for clarification until he understood scope of problem. He was both informative and knowledgeable of the situation and ct scan and x rays showed showed the issues. he recommended a course of action which was executed. I overpaid my copaymen. Usually any other doctor office refund the balance however this office sent me a refund bill statement and. Im not sure whether they will refund me the balance. As far as I talked with office, it doesnt seem to be. How awful...after over months still they dont refund me at all...i dont recommend this office for anyone

Dr. Rupley saved my foot after a traumatic injury and I will be forever grateful. She is the “gold standard” for wound care. The office staff is awesome- kind,caring and considerate. It was a great experience!

I was referred to Dr. Rupley by my primary care physician. I was pleased with my care from the first appointment. Dr. Rupley was very thorough in her exam and education. She is very conservative in her approach to surgery. I did eventually have surgery and am very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Rupley was very clear in her instructions for post op care and set accurate expectations for recovery. I would say that if you follow the instructions that are given you will do very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Rupley.

I see Dr Rupley she is very good....pain free BUT I wish you could get in to see her sooner when its acute

Sought Dr. Rupley for a second opinion in regards to an amputation. We werent convinced that it was necessary. Dr. Rupley saved the toes and we are forever grateful to her. It pays to be persistent when it involves your loved one. God Bless Dr. Rupley🙏🏼

I selected Dr Rupley because of a review that said she specialized in diabetic patients. I have been seeing her for about 3-years and have been totally satisfied. I have diabetic feet and she has performed treatment that now allows me to have less foot pain.I had a large coin callus on the bottom of my foot and she did a bone excision, now the callus is gone . Both feet had hammertoes and she performed a “Tenotomy” on both feet. One foot was done in the office and it was pain free and took a very short time. My toes are now straight and flat.Dr Rupley is very sensitive to the patients needs and will do what it takes to prevent any unnecessary surgery. The doctor and staff are very pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr Rupley is the best!

I was referred to Dr. Rupley by an Infectious Disease Specialist for a second opinion prior to a scheduled amputation. I had been treated for 10 months by another Podiatrist with no improvement. I was told I had a mersa bone infection and diabetic foot ulcer which required amputation. After meeting with Dr. Rupley it was determined I did not have a mersa bone infection and with proper treatment the ulcer was healed within weeks. Thanks to Dr. Rupley I still have my foot and a trusted medical provider! Her staff is very professional and kind. It is nice to arrive to an appointment and be greeted by the receptionist by your first name without looking at a chart. The receptionist/scheduler is always accommodating when appointments need to be changed. When I look for a Doctor I want a competent professional, I dont need a new friend. The fact that All Valley Podiatric Group provides both is just an added bonus. I was provided with 24/7 contact information should I need medical attention IN THEIR OFFICE after hours or week-ends. I have never been provided this by other medical provider, and quite frankly would not expect it. While I have never had to call it does assure me my care is important to them. -- Charles Spencer

Scheduled an appointment. Informed staff that insurance carrier is Tricare, Standard. Explained that this is our first visit with them. Staff person said this is okay and that the insurance is good. Appointment was made two weeks out. Went to appointment and was told that they had to contact billing. Billing said that my spouse needed a referral and that she would not be seen. We explained to staff what happened. They gave me the billing persons name and number. I called her. She stated that we had to have a referral and that my wife could NOT be seen today. She said I needed to take my wife to the VA hospital. Thats all there was to it. I informed her that my wife has never served in the military and that I am the one who did and retired after 21 years of service. I tried to tell her that Tricare Standard policies didnt require a referral. None the less she wouldnt budge. I went home and reviewed Tricare Standard on line which states that there is no referral for this type of appointment/treatment required. I called billing again. She stated again that we needed a referral. I read her, verbatim, the Tricare Standard policy. She said it didnt matter that this was their policy so that their doctors would be assured of getting paid. I questioned her about it, asking why are they changing my policy coverage and she said she wasnt. She stated that this is their policy. I asked if she was denying care based on my service status. Again she said she wasnt but rather trying to ensure that her doctors got paid. I tried in vain to explain to her (and read the policy again) that there is no requirement for a referral. She wouldnt budge and said that my wife wasnt being denied being seen. We never got seen by a doctor. Hmmm....... Its unfair that they selectively change the insurance carrier policy and the customer service could use a revamping. I will never go to this place again. I felt like I was being prejudiced against based on whom my insurance is through. Highly unsatisfied. Both the front desk and billing department need to review policies and work together. I spent over an hour traveling to and from for nothing. HIGHLY DISATISFIED! They should pay for our time since we did everything right. They would have charged us if we hadnt made it there, regardless of insurance policies.

Made an appointment for a 2nd / 3rd opinion and some Alcohol Injection shots. Come to find out the first doctor and her apprentice missed diagnosed me. Dr. Rupley found the stress fracture using their MRI and put me on the road back to recovery! Thank you!

Ive had a lot of foot issues and my right ankle also Dr. Moadab did surgery to all, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my feet and the office staff is also great.
