I’ve been living here for awhile. I love my responsibility as the Resident Council President and I love the Activity Department and Social Service Department. Every time I have family visits Activity Dept. always help me with my family visits. I enjoy Bingo, their special events and all activities they provide. I would like to thank Healthcare Center for their support and help. They earned my 5 star review and thank you to all CNAS and Nurses too.

Do not recommended this place to anyone!! if you do you better be checking on family member my son needed to go to hospital. While there he complained he was in pain a whole day. left with his vomit by his bed for hours till I Called his cell phone and heard how sick he was feeling and insisted they transport to hospital or I would go over there and take him myself then they finally did something they ignored his plea he was in pain I did not take him back after he got released 3 days later from hospital. He was having intestinal problems I decided he was better home than there. Did did nothing to help him!! They just kept walking past him when he wasting there in pain . This would get 0 stars if I could. 😡🤬

TERRIBLE FACILITY! If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother was there recovering from an invasive brain injury. She was there for a few months during COVID-19, so none of us were allowed to see her. When we called, the nurses station would never let us speak with her or let her know we called. When we brought her home, she had baseball sized bed sores that were revealing her flesh and were completely infected. This place is disgusting and should be shut down.

The staff doesnt care about their patients they have to wait for there medication they go days without a bath.. I punish myself every day for putting my mom in there but it was all we could afford the only saving grace is she only had to be there for 6mo. before she went to be with the Lord.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would, my grandmother was horribly neglected here. This place is very unsanitary. PLEASE do not send your loved ones here. NO ONE should be treated like my wonderful grandmother was treated. I am so happy my family took her out of here and my heart breaks for the elderly still here (probably unwillingly) putting up with their abuse. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My grandmother was at this facility for 30 days following neurological care at Clovis Community and was released with a stage 4 bedsore and double pneumonia. Do not send your loved ones here. These people are not trustworthy and do not care in the least. They did not tell my family about her bedsore when they picked her up from this facility. My family had to SOAK her feet and hands to get them clean! This place should be shut down!!!

Staff is excellent especially the activities personal and CNAs they go far and beyond to make sure during this Covid 19 lockdown to keep everyone comfortable and safe. Its unfortunate that some dont understand how hard it is to maintain a perfect atmosphere setting with a state run budget Hats off to the staff

The secretary was really rude. My father needed underwear and she said that they could only be order thru amazon but manager said thats a lie

Ive been here for 3 months and the CNAs and the nurses have been wonderful!

This facility should seriously be investigated for elderly abuse and neglect. I wouldnt recommend bringing your worst enemy here let alone a family member that you care about. Please DO NOT bring your family here!

I wouldnt even rate this a 1 star,its a dirty place the pictures they post on their site arent even the same as pictures, every room is dirty the beds are hard dirty,the people who work there dont care about patients my senior citizen was there ,they starved him he had bed sores that they never cleaned I cant believe with the money they receive from each patient theyd have a cleaner facility and a more professional staff even their social workers are lazy and not professional at all. If you love your family member find them another place the neglect is unacceptable

Horrible care facility with negligent staff. On 1/27/19 I found one of their patients sleeping on the street 2 miles away from the facility. He had been on the streets since the previous day having escaped. When I called the number on his wristband, the staff put me on hold, were rude and falsely promised to send someone to pick him up. Never happened, I had to call 911 myself to get him the care he needed and he was driven home in the back of a police car. Disgraceful treatment of an elderly gentleman and a sad reflection on societys priorities. Shameful.

My mom is here. She seems very happy. The staff is very pleasant, and her room is good size--kept very clean.

The staff is negligent. They shuttled their patient to the VA for an appointment and left him waiting outside under 100+ degree weather for more than 45 mins. It didnt seem that they were planning on picking him up until a family member called them about it. The week prior, they didnt bother checking on the same person when he was in extreme pain and throwing up everything he was taking in for 3 days until a family member came to visit and pointed out his condition. He was sent to the emergency room and was diagnosed with having Gallstones, not to mention was also dehydrated from throwing up.Check the nursing center reviews. Complaints have been filed for negligence 2 years ago.

This place is scary!

So aweful. The way that treat the residents is disgusting. I would never recommend this nursing home to anyone. My mother resides here and they make her cry all the time and treat her so bad. Its an abusive place, and they dont want to help the residents get better. Horrible.

The employees (girls), of the other national descent are the worst, being very rude and disrespectful to the patients . Not only do they make a patient wait for ALONG TIME, they come back with a bad attitude. Weve made a complaint about whats been going on and things just dont seem that the issues have been addressed. My next step is going to the State. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Called to ask specific questions, woman who answered was very rude and just hung up on me.
