Arrived around 2:00 Pm. By 10:30 I was calling family to come and get me. Soap smell and taste so strong, couldnt breathe. Employees in hallway talking, laughing and giggling all night long. I worked 5 years in a similar facility. If we had been so inconsiderate of the residents, we would have been fired. Dont see how this place passes California inspections. Rust on shower door hinges, everything old and outdated. After giving kitchen food allergies, I was served exactly what I was allergic to. Never did get any food to replace it, but I did get out at 10:45 AM the next day. After a double heart by-pass and 1 hour of sleep, I can fend a lot better for myself. Terrible situation and this is supposed to be 5 Star business.

Great therapy team with and caring nursing staff.

My father was placed there because I was told it was one of the best places to be. The place was horrible. The people was so unprofessional. You could not reach your loved ones on the phone. The staff was rude . We had a storm in Fresno and I couldn’t reached my dad for two days. Common curtesy is to get on a cell phone and let people’s family know their loved ones are ok and the phones are down. My mother almost had a stroke worrying about my father. Don’t take your family to this place. Horrible

This facility is very inviting when entering the lobby. It is fashionably decorated to make it feel homey. It is clean. No smells like some skilled nursing facilities have. There is a beautiful center courtyard for family and patients/ residents to use; to be outside for fresh air and for visiting on nice days. The staff is attentive to ones needs. Therapy is available to patients under physician’s orders. And there are activities planned for each day to anyone wishing to participate. I highly recommend Sierra Vista Health Care!

My husband said it best They are FAMILYThe nursing staff, medical staff & therapusts are ALL amazing! I would highly recommend Sierra Vista to anyone who needs to be medically monitored while in therapy. Most places are nursing homes w/a rehab. facility. Sierra Vista is a complete rehab facility w/those who are long term residents. It was actually a tearful goid-bye when we left because each one working there was so exceptional

My family member was here for Therapy the nursing staff was wonderful very caring. The therapy staff was excellent she was able to get back home in no time. If you ever need therapy I will recommend Sierra Vista..

I currently work at Sierra Vista Healthcare and I have to say its the best place Ive ever worked! The facility is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The residents are well taken care of and have a variety of activities to choose from so keep things fun. We are all encouraged to participate in the daily lives of our residents and help each as if they were our own family members which promotes a family atmosphere thats great to work in! This has granted me the opportunity to meet so many new people from the residents to the staff and it makes going to work everyday a blessing!

Very welcoming an amazing place, we love all residents! The activities department staff have been doing an amazing work, and we (faith Community Church) are very blessed to be part of their monthly activities groups along side with many others.

This Nursing Home delivers outstanding care. My dad stayed at Sierra Vista after surgery and had a great experience. They offer great therapy and all their staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Excellent therapy department. They work very hard at getting you back to your prior level, so that you can return home. Very clean facility.

Staff were exceptionally, Wendy was very helpful in admissions welcoming her to Sierra Vista also Bret and Felicia were in seeing that she was made comfortable and assured her she was safe and would be taken care of.

I received excellent rehabilitation care from their professional staff. I would highly recommend Sierra Vista.

Nurses don’t help their patients when they ask they just tell them the next nurse will be in. They get attitudes with them. The rooms don’t have any air conditioning. Not cleaned very well, came thinking it was one of the best places but it is not. Very disappointing.

Wonderdul experience for my grandmother, my first experience at a nursing facility and it was a lasting impression, the facility was clean, no smell, friend staff, therapy was great, and nursing care was incredible!

Beautiful people but I still want to go home

I had a new experience coming here. Ive never been to a facility like this before so my experience with the CNAs and nurses were very good, they took care of me. Also, to sooth my mind and keep me busy their activity and social groups helped me greatly. They had alot of fun things to do, and also had a july 4th party.They also have a great communication and is no doubt a great facility. Also the physical therapy helped me and taught me alot to prepare myself for when I discharged. thank you sierra Vista healthcare center!

Horrible staff. We went in for a tour around 10am, there was no one to great us. The nursing staff would just walk by without asking if we needed any help. So after waiting for 15 minutes we left thinking that they were probably busy. Same thing happpend when we return 3 hrs later, we had to wait 10 minutes before someone asked us if we needed help. But this time we were given a quick tour after being told to approach the RN. Since she wouldn’t come to us?? They didn’t give us any brochures or asked us if we had any questions. I’m not sure why they are rated so high, when it clearly shows how Unprofessional they were.

The photos are a lie. This place is disgusting. I cant believe they havent been violated.
