The absolute worst Quest I’ve been to. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen which I’ve never had to happen any time I’ve gone to another site. Staff has horrible bedside manner. Not to mention they kept sliding people ahead of me although I was already checked in. Save time and drive to the other side of town if you can

Staff and all was friendly but doesn’t take medicow my new born has the insurance it they don’t take the 1 insurance that most common and I paid for what they did but other then that a good place

Oh I love this place. Its always fast for me, whether I walk in at 7am or at 4pm. Been here maybe 4 times this past 6 months for my pregnancy blood work. Even moved to Clovis but still would rather come to where I know is good. Theres a lady there name....Melissa, I think. Really nice, smiles, friendly and makes me feel comfortable with a little small talk. Highly recommend because theres not much ppl here waiting, and parking lot is essentially empty. Also my childrens doctor is down the street. And my doctors are around a few corners 😄👍👍 convenient to hit a few spots on the same day if it ever comes down to it.

I had a great experience. It was my first time there. I signed in for a walk-in and the receptionist was nice. I didn’t have to wait long.They had to draw my blood and it was my first time so I was super nervous. I appreciate the lady who helped me. She was patient and understanding.I would recommend going in there early because it’s less waiting time.

I only visit this site. The staff are nice and courteous. I have always been someone with small veins and is a difficult blood draw, however, the staff here manages to collect a specimen without any difficulty. The staff never makes me feel rushed and they always explains what they are doing. Thank you for such well trained staff.

The safe are very kind and helpful. Building is clean and well kept. My first walk in and only a few minutes wait despite not being the first on there. Accepts medical and most other insurance. Definitely recommend.

Dont use this company, the will hold on to your bill for 8 months then invoice you. Then invoice you again for part of your order then do it again. So I have now just made 3 sepreate transactions for 2 different bills. One from 1/4/19 and the other from 8/20/19. They are just trying to get you to default in to collections. Why did it take them 8 months to send a bill?

Was able to make a same-day appointment for 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Got in and out with very little wait. I think only one or two other people were there. I usually go to the one at First and Ashlan, which is always busy, but this one was closer to work. Front desk staff was friendly and funny. I would go here again.

My husband been there 3 times and they kept telling him they couldnt find him in the system at all even though he been there like I said 3 times. They are not very organized, friendly or anything. They need a refresher course on how to run a office and handle patience and talk them.

I had a great time here. Walked in and out in 30 mins. There was a line and I thought it was gonna be packed but it was really fast. The lady at the front receptionist is super nice. The one who called me in she is super sweet. I dont know why people gave them bad review. PROBABLY theyre one of those people who likes to complaint about every little thing. Just go in and smile. If youre negative then whos fault is it? You! I like this place. It was simple and fast. Didnt need to make an appointment. But its better if you make it because they see you first. Well I hope my review will beat the other bad review. If youre gonna complain better complain. Not just 1 sentence. I care and I like to proof them wrong so here it is.

This Tulare street location is usually fast and friendly. Today was not good. Slow, even though there was no one in the waiting room when I got there. The phlebotomist was very slow, and rude. First, she got my name wrong, then she asked me if I was fasting, Wich I know I didnt need to do for this test! I said No, my Dr. didnt tell me to. She replies: Ya, you dont have to, I was just wondering. Then why ask if its not necessary!?! I will use them again, just because its close to my work. I just wish they would get rid of incompetent rude workers.

Hit and miss with this location. The first time I had the best experience when I did not even feel the needle, but the last time I had the worst experience with a blown vein (young gentleman). The pictures are of the blown vein right after the visit and a week later. Horrible!

Quest Diagnostics rotates personnel, so experiences at any clinic can vary. Went to the Tulare office because it had been great & it is close to work. Found two exhausted people on duty; with 6-8 patients waiting. The average wait time for those waiting was down to 13-18 mins.My start wait period was 41 mins. Time for those waiting suddenly changed to more than 40 mins., mine to 82... By then, my hour lunch break was half over. I left to walk back to work..

Only person there. In and out in 10 minutes. Perfect.

This place is the worst. Tiney little waiting room that Id cramped with people. It has an awful smell of urine. The staff dont seam like they know what they are doing. This place just feels, smells, looks dirty. This is what I would expect from a 3rd world country.

I had my blood work done today and the lady was slow rude and had a attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there!! This was the Tulare location by the way.
