I had to get one for the birth of my daughters birth due to hospital restrictions took my test at 527pm(1027pdt)and received it at 602pm(1102pdt) make sure you set up account with your phone number and email to get the pdf to show if you are in same situation.note for some reason it shows pdt timezone which is 7hours behind.

It was quick and easy! I went through the drive through and didnt even have to get out of the car! I had no adverse effects from either shot.much more

Was a little hectic to get in and out of because of the mall traffic during Christmas, but not terrible. The workers were all VERY nice, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They ran out of the rapid Covid only test I registered and paid for previous to my appointment time, but were able to offer the flu/Covid test for only $10 more, although re-registration was required. A full refund of the first registration/payment was given- no problem. Thankfully I was able to call a family member to re-register me on a computer at home so I did not have to try to do so on my phone while I waited in line in my car. Although, I can see how one could become frustrated if they did not have that option and they had issues re-registering on their phone. The test itself was not as painful as rumored and the results were sent in less than 60 minutes, even with the re-registration issue. Happy with my experience. Waited whole five days for them to tell me I had to repeat the test. Why couldn’t they call me earlier. I was so upset because I was checking up on the status daily and they keep telling me “it’s processing” 😡😡😡

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!They advertise results in 24 -48 hours. Paid 150 for pcr test, Its been more than 72 hours past no results yet. Missed my flight and need to take another test because this one is not relevant for flight anymore and they will not refund.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS, I wouldnt recommend this place. They didnt return my test results within the required 72 hours causing me to lose a bunch of money, miss my flight and have to rebook. If you can, you should pay $125 for a 3-5 hour PCR test in the LAX airport in terminal 6.

I drove up. The young lady that helped me was very professional and checked all my ID. Then she printed out my name and a piece of paper and gave me instructions to drive around where I would get the Covid test. I did that and the young lady who did the Covid test was very good and very professional. I had no problems using this facility. I was very happy they are there seven days a week

I was on a tight schedule and I needed to get tested before I work or do anything. Everywhere I looked was booked for today and then I stumbled across this rapid test for 20 minutes result at Fashion Fair. Though it was $150, it was something I needed at the moment. The process in scheduling an appointment and getting tested was super quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00PM when it was already 2:45PM. Finished testing around 3:05PM.

Easy online sign up process. A little bit of a car line when I got there, but it moved pretty quickly. Very well organized, good signage. The swab did not hurt and I got my (negative!) results via text and email in 20 min :-) I highly recommend!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Not accurate. Go to a medical facility. Tested negative so I trusted it and exposed a couple of people including my children, all because they failed to administer it properly. A day later I got tested again at Kaiser, my results came back in less than 24hr and it was positive. When I reached out customer service asking for a refund or a re-test they declined my request.

I received Rapid covid test results and being tested in a properly manner and professionally done with the right team today I was so amazed from the time constraints that were meant for me to get my surgery done they accomplished my needs for my surgery to be done.

Well I was the first one in line since they open at 7a and my appt was at 7a. I entered through the exit, got there 10 min earlier even before they opened. My mistake I entered the wrong way. But there was a man who asked me if I had an appt, and said a woman will be out shortly. Well he didn’t mention that I was in the wrong area at all. No one. 15 minutes later the lady who came out to help me told me, directed me where to go. Just a big inconvenience when you don’t have time to be waiting around feeling sick. The lady who took my test was rude as well. Do better please. These test are 150$

The worst customer service I have ever received. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund and still havent gotten a resolution. I tried calling multiple times and get stuck on hold for over 20 minutes and then the line gets disconnected. They dont respond to emails and I have gone round and round with their chat feature where the person on the other side only responds one time hours apart from each other. So extremely frustrating! I do not recommend. So ridiculous.

Easy to drive in, lower mask below nose yet cover mouth, stay in the car driver seat, then they apply the swab in the nose making circular motions about half way up each nostril and it was done. Highly recommended

Awesome place for COVID testing, very fast service, no need to go and wait in long lanes like other pharmacies,, and you will get results with in 20 minutes for antigen test too.I think people should go there if they don’t wanna wait for long.

We accidentally purchased the wrong test so the woman at the end was sweet enough to explain the difference and allow us a refund and we had to drive through again so no big deal but they were so helpful and kind in explaining what we needed to do. Thanks covidclinic

I paid $470 for a 2 hour rapid result test that took over 4 hours to receive.I waited for a while, and was greeted by being shouted at.Directions are unclear, set up of the drive through is confusing.

I saw the ad in the paper that said To call or text and no one answered the phone or returned the text So I just went there. nothing in the add said you needed to go to their website that was not in the ad and sign up first. Total mess at sign in. Not sanitary not organized

Took the test as per the contract, took They didn’t give the test results and refused to refund the money. Paid $160 for the covid antibody test. No line, no wait which was the best part. The lab results came back 3 days later saying: blood received frozen and not spun. Sample does not meet the requirements for antibody testing. I emailed the company to rectifying their mistake. I will modify my review once I find out how they are going to fix their mistake.
