I have been going here for a number of years (and the other location before the transfer) and have not had a bad experience. My sister and I go every 3 months for bloodwork. EVERYONE there is amazing. I have no complaints. They all treat my sister with overwhelming compassion, as she has onset dementia and hates needles because her veins are sunken. God bless them all!!!!!

Good promt experience, very nice receptionist.

I went in there today with my mom and the receptionist was so rude! She seemed as if she was fed up or something. Right when I walked in, she was giving an older woman attitude and talking very loudly. I felt so bad, but I unfortunately didnt say anything. Then, when it was my turn, she just kept giving attitude and talking extremely loud. It was as if she wanted everyone to hear everything. And, thats exactly why Im leaving 2 stars. I dont have anything bad to say about the place itself, just my experience today with the receptionist.

I had a horrible experience with the front desk worker Natalie she was extremely rude to me and the other patients in the office to. She doesn’t have the right customer service skills to deal be with patients

They need new people that know how to handle customers because the ladies they have are very rude amd readingThe reviews and trust me when I say all of the reviews that say they are rude are telling the truth don’t ring your family members here they come here just for a pay check not to help people very disappointed

I have been calling and tryn to set up an appt. Im pushing the correct number (3) and the system puts me on hold and then hangs up. Im calling during their operating hours. No matter wht number I push I cant get a live person.

There is a lady i self with twice her name is natalie very rude when i was frustrated she laughed at me don’t take it family members here they are not nice to the elderly

New in between Chase bank and game stop in the khols shopping center shaw/Brawley..they have you check in electronically..
