Staff was really Nice. Office was neat and clean even restrooms. I had an appointment i was helped even before my appointment. Clean waiting area. Do require face mask.

Went there on a Saturday, only 2 of us in the waiting room sat waiting for 10 minutes listening to the 4 girls at the front desk talking about facial products and what brands they use. There was another girl walking around in a circle like she had no clue what to do in the back hallway. Finally called up for drop off, told me that they could not take my drop off because I had a balance and I had to pay it or no service...told them I had paid it through my bank and it would be there on Thursday. Told me nope pay it now or no service...I stated I wasnt going to double pay since I couldnt stop the payment through my bank. I left and turned to them and said I will be reporting you to the main office and your very rude.

LeAnn and a co-worker sang to my 3 year old today as they drew her blood to calm her down. It worked! Above & beyond the call of duty. Thank you, god bless you!

Every appointment I’ve had was professional & I was in & out pretty quickly. I was very impressed with the attention & care I received.

They do not have availability to book an appointment, you cannot seriously tell me theyre booked all the way through Nov 2021.. Something seems off, almost like they want people to walk in and sit there. NOT something that should be done in this day and age.

Im very satisfied! I been to this particular Quest Lab about 4 times. Sometimes theres a wait, but thats not their fault. Service is always good. Today was exceptional! The tech was so kind and helpful.

Very poor service, room full of people and no one is being called back. Several employees appear to be walking in late. I have lab work done every month for past 2 years. For a large facility they should be moving people much faster than they are. The regular facility I go to is much smaller and moves 3 times as fast, but had a plumbing issue and is closed today. Wait time 50 min.

Very nice staff...everyone I encountered was great.I went in for a pre employment drug screen and was impressed with the organization, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff.Will happily pee in a cup here anytime. 😊

I have been to this location on 4 occasions this year. I drive my mom to have blood drawn for her various doctors. This is a good location, because the staff is professional and courteous. We have been able to get in and out very quickly, usually less than 30 mins. Today we were done in 20! I cant give less than 5 stars based on our visits.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Went in on a Monday and the waiting room was full, standing room only. Walked out made an appointment online for the next day. Tuesday walked in for my appointment and was in n out in 20 minutes. Great service. Quest no longer accepts my insurance. They went from great to only ok

This is the first time I ever went to this Quest Lab....I just want to say, to bad all the others are not like this one! When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful...The facility was very clean, immaculate in fact...The two girls who did my blood work, were very professional and did a good job...They didnt have to poke my arm multiple times, like some of the other facilities I have been to in the past...If I ever need more lab work done , this is where I will go...Keep up the good work girls!

I had to have a 3 hour Glucose tolerance test and there was confusion with the paper work my doctor wrote up. After fasting for +12 hours I was really feeling sick, but the staff went out of their way take care of me and work out the doctors orders. It was a horrible test to go through but the kindness of the staff made it so much better.

Went in to this location with a sterilized specimen bottle and doctor paperwork as instructed by doctor. Four girls behind counter and no one waiting. The order was from a prominent doctor in town, less than 3 blocks away, and the girls said they couldnt accept it since there was no doctor phone number.Then they proceeded to tell me it had to be a first morning specimen. I relayed to them that my doctor told me within one hour of specimen, not morning. She said she would call the doctor and talk to him, but since she didnt have a number she couldnt call. I didnt have the number with me and I had just driven 45 minutes to bring the specimen. I asked her if she could look up the number. She just stared. The 3 other girls just stood there. I asked her if she had internet or phone book. She told me No. No one offered to help call doctor, or find the phone number. I did not have my phone with me. Their attitudes were to simply draw a paycheck but not do any work for that check. A medical office should not have that caliber of people working there! They were cold, unfriendly, and refused to help! I left with my paperwork and specimen and told them, I wasnt there to play their games. They just shrugged.What happened to customer service?! As a former manager, each of these girls should have had a disciplinary write up and additional training in customer service.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In and out quickly and everyone was professional. Highly recommend this location.

I always get my lab work done here. They have some of the best phlebotomists I have ever met! Make an appointment and you wont have to wait over a 1/2 hour.

This stupid business cant have ONE real life person answer their damn phone? Ive been trying to speak to someone in the office for hours now, since I cant make it over there today and I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. My blood work was not sent over to my doctor, which was supposed to have been done WEEKS AGO. Now Im trying to call them to ask what the hell they did with my results but all I get is the same damn robot. This is ridiculous. They have more than enough people in their office to answer the f***ing phone.

Staff was nice and wait time was decent. My wait time was at most 25min without appointment . Office was easy to find.

A patient came to the wrong address (ours) and asked where the lab was located. I asked her if she had the address and she showed me the form from Quest which didnt have a # or address. After using Google to locate them, we tried calling to let them know she was lost but was late and on her way and they were rude, short and didnt even ask what the patients name was. I gave her driving directions but I wished I could have scheduled her somewhere else..... who are these people? Do they even have an education? Its obvious that whoever employed them did not have high standards for customer service...I am embarrassed for them.

Listed hours are wrong! Posted sign says walk-in hours 7am to 4pm.. so keep in minf what any business claims online for their operating hours as they are usually bullshit and close an hour or more than they say.. I guess will be stuck with appt.. which is, ehh, ok when properly informed and advertise but false advertising is never ok.. ***Update*** To be fair, I came the following morning around 930 and only a couple other patients here so I think the trick is not too early and not too late say 2hrs either way and youll be in and out in about 15 minutes. My insurance is screwy at the moment but the staff was cool about everything too so just follow the golden rule and there should be no reason for bad service..

There are just bunch of bitches sitting here at front desk. ..after all those calls and one week wait came to gwt tested fasting on saturday morning and was sent home saying they cant do it today...and need to come on monday

No one EVER answers a phone at the office. Theres not even an option to speak with someone when you call in. This really sucks when you need to know if you have to fast prior to your visit.

I had a 10:15 appointment. I arrived at 10:10. They called me at 10:15. You need to make an appointment!
