The front staffs are extremely unprofessional. Everyone looks very judgmental and always whispering about patients. No one is smiling. The whole vibe is very unwelcoming. For a place that parents come to see their babies, this is definitely not a happy place. Highly don’t recommend.

The staffs and Dr. Morgan are amazing but the wait is ridiculous. Even coming in the morning when the building is empty you still wait super long. My appointment was at 8:30am. It’s almost 10 and I haven’t even got seen. Ridiculous considering the fact that they really only come talk to you for 10 mins. Very inconvenient.

Hi. This is first visit here at this hospital for my health with pregnancy at 7 months. I was having a high blood and a high blood sugar too. I was being monitored 24hrs and my baby also being monitored to heart babys heart beat beating until I discharge. The nurses staffs: Emily Rn, Maria, Cyndi Rn, Surinder, and Nisha Rn are very helpful, friendly and always checking up on me every 2 hours or less to make sure me and baby are well. The foods here is good but need more options. I would like thank you for everything you done for me and babys health. Thank you Dr. Morgan for coming by to checkup me on how Im doing and willing to help me with anything I need.

Worst experience ever!! This may be my only child I will be able to have and this experience of trying to see my baby (keep in mind I only get to see my baby once a month) and I only get to see very unclear pictures and while I was seeing the whole thing there were clear moments to take pictures. Also the staff are very very rude and when u have questions they say to go ask the main Dr on next Dr appointment. Theres only one torch there that is worthy of respect and thats the supervisor H she was amazing and when we had questions she answered them....simple questions like how does everything look the other techs cant even answer. Overall my last few months of experience with this place has been bad...8 months now so after these pass visits I only had one good experience...1/8 is a very bad ...very disappointing. This experience should be a very positive and good experience especially if sum women are high risk this means more to them and the staff should respect that and take that into consideration.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are amazing! They have taken such good care of me for now all three pregnancies I’ve had. Dr. Morgan is always patient with my questions and his staff does their absolute best to ensure the wellbeing of the patients. Some of the reviews I’ve seen about wait times are disheartening but I know it’s only because they’re busy and taking the best care of everyone there. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my babies! Thank you women’s!

Dr. Morgan is beyond amazing and took the absolute best care of me throughout my entire pregnancy. At every visit the sonographers were always amazing. I had a few scares and each time the staff was so comforting! The girls upfront always made check in and scheduling super easy and accommodating. Even on days that were super busy, I always felt well taken care of. I always recommend this office to everyone

I was referred to Dr Morgan by my primary doctor and all I gotta say is Dr Morgan is a great OB, although sometimes I do have to wait a long time to get seen but I don’t mind, I know it’s a busy clinic. So far the nurses, ultrasound techs, and other Dr’s have been very nice and helpful on any of my concerns or questions. The only thing is that there is a couple of receptionists that make you feel like your walking into a jail or something, no eye contact and sometimes they just ignore you and the first thing that comes out of their mouth is “you have and appointment?” I don’t know if it’s because I use to go to Dr Harold Grooms and his staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face, always said good morning or afternoon “how are you ?” But sadly he retired. I could deal with the bad vibes of the receptionist, as long as Dr Morgan keeps seeing me, he’s a really nice OB Gyn.

My visit here with the sonogram tech was great. She was busy with the ultrasound pic but was still patient to answer my questions while she clicking away. I thought she was great. Very honest and especially patient with me. Wish I got her name. I was on a full bladder for my ultrasound check up, thought I was gonna have to wait long, my bladder was gonna explode! I thought I was gonna die because I so needed to pee. But I didn’t wait long at all. Less than 5 minutes to be call to the back.

This is my first review I’ve written. I am just so bummed at the experiences I’ve witnessed and endured myself and I’ve been there twice now where I’ve wanted to respectfully share how rude and cold and unwelcoming everyone has been but discouraged because I don’t want retaliation of any kind.As patients we are referred here because we have a special circumstance that requires us to need to be here and I would think that the staff meaning front office, nurses and ultrasound tech would enjoy their line of work since choosing to be in this specialty field. They have a professional tone, but very cold, demeaning, unwelcoming unwanted and just an odd tension from the beginning to finish. I thought maybe it’s my hormones and being sensitive from my first visit but the second time I witnessed two other patients and my husband who accompanied me to my ultrasound express emotionally the same exact feelings I mentioned above. Mind you, my husband is in law enforcement so it’s rare for him to get bothered by something like this. But both separate patients were upset on the verge of tears expressive in front of the elevators as they were leaving where my husband and I were sitting in all do respect very rudely sent out to because he accompanied me when there was no one sitting in the office except the front desk. All patients were sent to the hallway with chairs provided but struck odd with the office waiting room empty.I also don’t find it appropriate for the front desk to have four people behind the counter with three sitting there talking about personal matters drinking a coffee not doing anything while the one person is checking us as a patient in. My husband and I were being quick in answering the Covid questions getting out temps taken while completing the quick Covid questionnaire form and the woman checking us in who literally just took the paper asked my husband to send his Covid results via email (he is in law enforcement and gets them weekly) so he quickly grabs his phone and while asking for the email to send it to, the other woman sitting in front of the computer by the check in window who was busy having a personal convo then glanced over and said “are you guys done you can go out in the hall and then tell us you’ve sent it” when mind you there was no patient behind us waiting to be checked. (Just extremely unaware and rude with a very well practiced professional tone) I could understand had we been there for minutes or a patient waiting etc but to barely finish a sentence asking the woman talking to us a question and the other woman pause her personal convo to glance over and intervene when she wasn’t even checking us in seems a bit odd.In our ultrasound experience there was complete lack of professional friendly it was so cold so awkward. My husband and I struggled to enjoy seeing our baby moving around. We have experienced 5 miscarriages and our baby girl was lost full term still born, so this being our 7th pregnancy and no live children thinking of 6 dimensions of health, we are fragile emotionally. I as the mother am struggling spiritually and socially on top of that and to try to make the experience warm thinking maybe if we share our experiences so far the ultrasound tech will warm up a bit and just be professionally warm or friendly and in the midst of sharing we understand she’s not the doctor and she can’t give us answers we’ve just experienced this thus far and her response is cold cut “yeah I saw that” and nothing more said but a continued tense uncomfortable vibe. Anything we tried to friendly ask or make convo with her on was answered professional tone but cold and short answered. No reciprocation of professional friendly. I just silently cried while she got her measurements and thought to myself this is exactly why I’m in the nursing program to make a difference with patients experiences like this, this is horrible. There is not much asked except for the team to enjoy their work environment and be professional friendly aware not professional cold/rude unwelcoming like you’re a burden to bother them.

The front staff is incredibly rude. The waiting room is often times over crowded. The wait time is unbelievably long. The exam rooms are missing blinds! This was unbelievable. Once we mentioned it to the providers that my wife was not comfortable with getting seen with blinds missing in the room, they simply said that people will have a hard time seeing up there and that there is no one on the roof. However, there are many floors outside of the windows in the main hospital that can simply see in. Dr. Morgan will send you to the main hospital triage to be observed or admitted for any little thing. It is extremely annoying especially when you drive out of town to come and be seen in the clinic.Just a god awful clinic and should be closed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt because of all the bad reviews. I walked in and was ignored. Once I got called to the back the OB didn’t even introduce her self. I seen her name tag her name is Vanessa. During my ultrasound she kept hurting me she was being WAY to rough. I told her “your hurting me” She apologized. Through out the rest of the ultrasound she kept sighing like she didn’t want to be at her job. The whole time I was having the ultra sound done. Not once did she speak. This place is lacking customer service to the max!

The reviews are terrifying, awful. I just got transferred from Kaiser to here. i hope it is not what they say. i will update my review once i been there a few times. eeek. i hope the rooms have blinds :/Update: I did have a very good experience so far when i went. Heather was one amazing and knowledgeable in what she was doing with the ultrasound. I meet 2 Drs that day Including Dr. Morgan they were both very friendly and explained to me and my husband everything in details.I was able to see that your office does see a lot of people, explaining the long wait times some complaint about.Yet, I felt very confident that it was a great choice to be transferred for my surgery for the issue that I am having at this time. I feel everything will go well and I am in good hands. Thank you.Update: Thank you for saving my life and my daughter. It was a very very difficult surgery. I had a great team of surgeons. Truly a MIRACLE and great Team of Drs. Thankyou ... I will always be thankful.

Dr. Liu is amazing and Jenny is a very sweet gal! I can tell that they genuinely care. I had a hard time finding a doctors office where I wouldnt have to wait a month to be seen, or for over 2 hours at the office, for something simple. I gave this office a try and was seen and treated quickly.I told Dr. Liu about my concerns and she provided excellent care in a timely manner without making me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. I would not hesitate to go there again. Thank you, Dr. Liu and Jenny!

I came to this doctor for a second opinion and I was seeing a doctor here like 3-4 times a week (I was high risk) and they always stated my baby was fine nothing was wrong even tho my baby weight was off and my baby had a club foot they were still saying everything was fine they had a higher doctor come in and they stated again mybabys fine well my baby passed away 5 hours after I had him so he wasnt fine these nurses/doctors here need more traning and to pay attention more my baby passed away from something all these doctors shouldve seen WAY AHEAD OF TIME especially if they were for a second opinion if your a high risk patient or if you suspect anything wrong I would go somewhere else (dr.woods is great at a different location)

They are ok.. i havent experienced anyone being rude to me yet but what Ive noticed is that they are very disorganized. I had dr. Liz wen (resident) the day of my appointment. I had asked her if I can have refills of my insulin. Since I lived on base I figured a written prescription would be best. But she insisted she will send it online. I had a feeling it would not work or shell forget. Well I just went to see if it was there and I was right. THEy either didnt send it or it didnt go through. I wish they would at least call me and notify me if they sent it or not.

So ridiculous, the front staff is so unprofessional. I had called for about 3 weeks non stop trying to see if I had an appointment scheduled and they kept telling me NO very rudely. Today one of the front staff calls me so unprofessional pretty much blaming me for missing 4 appts. I was so irritated by this, since Im high risk n this idiot still calls me blaming me and trying to make me feel guilty when in reality theyre the idiots who have not being doing their job.

And if you dont feel like waiting a whole hour after your appointment was scheduled to see the doctor it becomes your fault if you have other plans and now get rescheduled a week and a half later when thid is a high risk pregnancyclinic I would never deal with them again.
