The doctor who helped me basically did nothing. I had an issue that I needed looked into and the doctor said that there was nothing there and made me feel crazy. I left in tears. I then went to another doctor in a different office and they confirmed what I was saying and showed actual empathy, care, and concern for me (and set up a treatment plan) - all of which were neglected by this facility. If you value your health and dont want to be told that your issues are nonexistent then go somewhere else!

This location has your primary doctors, a pharmacy, pediatric and urgent care. If you dont have major ailments and need a decent place to call home it works. Can never get in to your doctor unless its a miracle but they have good other staff to plug in the gaps.

Except for painfully long wait times on the phone I think this practice is fantastic. I always get in to see my doctor in a reasonable amount of time, they handle referrals very efficiently, and the office staff are very pleasant.

Been with this group for many years. Theyve moved to this new Palm location. I get a good turnaround respond when I call. Need to wear a mask.

Ive been coming here for years now. Ive even recommended them to a few folks. Efficient and courteous are two words to sum them up. Id add to that list knowledgeable, humorous, and willing to listen. The list continues to grow with consistently being clean on every visit Ive had over the years.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They ask all the right questions and always let you know your health is important to them. Great doctors and staff. I highly recommend them.

The doctor visits seemed to be OK but when it was time to get my prescription filled after my blood work has taken a month with 15 phone calls to the office and getting nowhere with these people

New in town, switched my PCP here, and have had a great first couple of visits. Would highly recommend this place. Very well taken care of modern offices.

Dr. Aulak is the best.

So, it was easy to be seen but the dr & nurse working the urgent care was not wearing their mask properly and the dr did not do a great job of checking my medication allergy.

Long Waits; Doctor always out; Cancellations in under an hour from appt time; Long phone waits, if they even pick up; Dont bother with MyChart, they dont even read or respond; Must push them to follow through on EVERYTHING; They push urgent care visits instead of physician, costing you more

There are several Drs.it is a VERY busy office. My Dr has appointments several months in advance. It is a little to busy for me. My Dr is a little to quick to have you leave. Internal Med DrsBut there are few Internal Med Drs Who will also be Primary Care Drs to. Good Luck

Dr Aulakh has been a pleasure to have as our primary Dr. After changing doctors several times, and finally leaving Kaiser insurance in frustration, it is so refreshing to have a Dr that listens and responds to what we are saying. If you’ve dealt with chronic illness, you know the wearisome trek of the medical practice treadmill and getting nowhere. Mz Aulakh spent ample time our first visit, catching up with our situation to understand what the next step for us should be. My wife and I are very impressed with her. The office is very clean.

Never can get through to make an appointment I have also went stood in the waiting room and called the office and watched all the office personnel never pick up the phone while it rings horrible customer service
