Its sad to say that my mother has been going there for years. Shes diabetic and needs care. This doctor always just blames her sugar being high If something is wrong with her. Never looks into it. Shes always tried to explain her medical condition and tell him how she feels. He doesnt care to help her and always tells her to control her sugar. Her sugar is mostly fine when she checks it. My mother went to the emergency for a pain and they found several things wrong with her. I feel like he doesnt want to give proper care to his patients.

He has to many patients and not enough time to give the proper care of his patients

Poor care... told luis bautista (son) last month at my moms appt that her nebulizer medicine needed renewing... i have been speaking to staff all day everyday for four days in a row to get this yaken care of... i have been told it would be dine by the end of the day two days in a row... called lincare this morning... and guess what... the new so called omni care has still not sent proper paper work... MY MOM IS OUT OF NEBULIZER MEDICINE.... MAYBE IF THESE PEOPLE COULDNT BREATHE THEY WOULD TAKE BETTER CARE OF MY MOMS ISSUE..

The front desk staff can be extremely rude and not helpful. Probably helps if you speak spanish. My primary care person does not listen and gives false info and is not at all sensitive to your concerns....i was told he saw nothing wrong with my back....and well still recovering from 2 back surgeries for extensive problems. The list goes on. They have made recent changes so i hope its for the better.***After my most recent visit i must say that seeing Dr.Jose Bautista I feel 100% more comfortable in the care im getting.Dr.Bautista listened and heard my issues and concerns and really got things going in the right direction. Just as i was about too lose total faith ,Everything did a 360 and we are on the right track,giving me options in my care and restored my hope and trust in the medical professionals. Thank you.******
