IF you can avoid this medical insurance middle man, do so.FACT: I have California Blue Shield HMO who for some reason or another has Sante as a Medical Group in Fresno.Not only is Sante involved in a political reaction from Valley Childrens Hospital, but experiencing their customer care customer awareness and customer complaints is low.I couldnt understand at first why some really good doctors in the Fresno area would not accept California Blue Shield HMO now I understand why.When I called to complain to California Blue Shield HMO they dont care or they dont care if Sante is poor in customer relations, Blue Shield HMO of California dont care if Sante has bad political relations with Valley Childrens Hospital which affects a lot of children that are under Sante.I never thought that I would be contemplating going to Kaiser.I am a retiree who pays $500 a month for medical insurance which is $200 less then the Obamacare. The rates with California Blue Shield HMO have gone up not only with monthly payments but also with copayments of doctor visits and prescriptions.It never used to be like this however Blue Shield Of California representatives claim that the blame is because of Obama care however, there is no excuse for poor customer service or making a decision to have a middleman such a Sante.I dont understand why Blue Shield Of California HMO as a middleman.
