They could have a better routine or order of things because an appointment that should take 30 minutes to an hour is taking two and a half hours I had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning I did not leave until almost 2:00 in the afternoon thats freaking ridiculous then I tell them over and over every doctors visit I give them the same answers to the same questions my pharmacy my information and they still sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy theyre parking is ridiculous they need to re Evaluate how they take patients and give care ::example a quick check up with no issues or concerns youre just taking their weight and all that stuff it should not take me to 3 hours sitting in a doctors office waiting for a doctor to come and do that stuff thats a 30 minute to an hour appointment right there especially if I have no issues or no questions or concerns

My son had a appointment at 9:45 in the morning we did not leave until 12:40 in the afternoon!

So today, My daughter originally had an appointment to be seen in person with Dr. K Ongaigui at 3:20 p.m. 02/22/2021. Now due to the fact that my other daughter being as an infant 3 months old. I had no one to watch her so therefore after two attempts of explaining my situation to the front desk and personally with the doctor myself via phone in regards to my infant having a slight fever and having a congestion would make it difficult for me to bring her along to her sisters appointment in person. I didnt want to expose my infant since she was feeling sick as it is. they as the doctor and the front desk both finally agreed to have her appointment for today be a virtual appointment. Now the issue about todays situation is the fact that its past 3:20 p.m. and her doctor nor the nurses never bother to call me to get my daughter checked in for her appointment. When I had checked on her MyChart app it had shown her summary of today visit. which got me upset because there was no reason for that to show up the summary of her visit. This is unprofessional and disrespectful because I have been told countless times today, five times to be exact that the doctor will call me back because theyre running a bit late. Since 3:20 p.m. Ive been waiting for her doctor to call for a virtual visit with my daughter and yet here I am I called back and the front desk chick told me that the doctor is out for the day.!! this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional and intentional that the doctors themselves want to lie about having seen my daughter today when they never did! its unacceptable!!

I want negative star option... But any ways... Horrible experience more than 3 hours waiting... For only 15 min. To seen a doctor.. They put 5 patients at same time to app... So I dont recomend this stink clinc

Please DO NOT take your children to this place! The Medical Assistant (K.F) gave my children their vaccines backwards! When she realized she made the mistake with my youngest first, she made the call of giving my oldest 2 out of 3 needles she had on her table.(note-My youngest was the one who needed those 3 vaccines)She then falsified their Medical Records by putting that she gave my youngest his 3 shots, and my oldest 2. As a result of her negligence, my kids had reactions, but my youngest had it the worst!!!I took them back to this clinic to report the incident with the supervisor, and her and the LVN confirmed that my youngest only had 2 vaccine sites, not 3 like she logged. Due to the negligence, they are under investigation!!PLEASE TAKE YOUR CHILDREN SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The nurse that took my child’s vitals gave inaccurate information on what vaccines are mandated by the state of California for school attendance. Should an LVN even be giving this information? Especially an uneducated one? My child had a blood test run and I was told that I would get a phone call if anything was abnormal. Two days later I went to pick up a script for him and was given another medication by the pharmacist for a disorder. No one called me to inform me of the test results. I had to find out from the pharmacist. 🙄

While there are several good reasons to consider going to Childrens Health Center, their connection with the hospital being the biggest one (edit 5/23/2020, no longer the case)... there is one EXTREMELY GLARING problem, and that is time management, and possible vindictiveness.Now, I understand that you may have to wait to see a provider, especially on a busy day. This is not what the complaint is about. This complaint, is about what has happened so far today 10/01/2015 as I type this waiting with my son.We had an 8:30am appointment with a neurologist. At 9:15, I calmly asked, knowing that it will likely still take some time, if they might have an idea how long the neurologist will be busy so that my son and I (or at least I and rushing back) could get some food from the hospitals cafeteria as we had to have a small breakfast trying to get his sister to school on time then getting here. She called into the back and discuss it with them, and tells me that they will be calling us shortly. As soon as she says that, they call us into the back.I figured, alright, here we go. We are in the room by 9:20 and were told that wed see the provider in a few minutes. At 10:25 I complained about the fact that wed been in this room for over an hour and not seen anyone. They told us wed see a provider in about 15-20 minutes.It is now 11:00 as I write this, and we still have not seen a provider let alone the neurologist. Yes, I realize they may busy, but we were asking about having time to get food, so we are shoved into the exam room where we cannot leave or lose our appointment, instead of us staying in the lobby (or right outside the lobby to eat) during that time... Because we asked, because we tried to be considerate, because we just wanted an idea of how much time we had available.This is ridiculous. We should not have to wait in the exam room for coming upon two hours after waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour. We could have eaten and come back TWICE, and no one would have noticed were it not for the auto-locking door. They should NOT have brought us into the exam room when they had no intention of seeing us in a timely manner.We were not seen until 11:30, and not released until 12:30. I do understand that times get busy, but this is uncalled for. We should not have been called back to the exam room if they were not ready. This is completely unprofessional. My son missed school because of this appointment, an appointment we nearly walked out on and call a lawyer because of... However, had we been told it will still take a long time while we were in the waiting room, wed only be annoyed at this moment as our bellies would also be full.

I dont know the positions of these girls in the front but the two front ones and the person that took me to register my son and sign consent forms were very nice and helpful and very pleasant greeting to us for the first time visit I hope it continues that way ! I asked for the managers name is her name is Laura to let her know how nice of a team she had and they made me feel welcome to the office

I had a decent experience. Took hours to get back, but my doctor took time to make sure my baby was ok and I was ok. I had symptoms of postpartum and they really tried to help. Other then time theyre good.

Dont go here!!! My daughter hasnt been seen since she was 12M due for shots , her original apt was In June but they pushed it till November !!! Really?! They are so rude ! The times we did go we waited hrs to get called in. Hours to see anyone !! To only be seen for 10min and thats it!!!! Waist of time.

Terrible not recomended, about 3 hours waiting every time with apointment... So slow atendance... Im not recomend... I think this clinic dont be open any more... Poor service

Horrible place, unless you like waiting in a small room for over 3 hours only to be seen for 5 mins! There were no patients ahead of us, we got there when it opened. They called us back pretty quick but then left for over 3 hours. Dont know wth the doctor was doing! Or if they were even there!! No consideration of the patient! And when we asked what was going on the nurse just said she didnt know. Never would I recommend this place. Truly dumbfounding how ignorant and inconsiderate these people were. Seemed everyone working there was just walking in and out of random rooms just pretending to do their jobs. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Do not go here! Its not worth the time!

Clinic waiting area is always clean. Wait time is reasonable and the staff very helpful.

Worst place ever, 2nd time here. first time we waited for over 4 hrs to see the doctor for 5 mins. now we come for a follow up we wait for 2 hrs and they tell us we have 3 patient ahead of us and who knows how long it will take. I will find a different place for my son to a specialist.

Thank God my child is in Kaiser now. Next time list to your parents concerns about their children health. I told you something was wrong with my child foot, you just said she had a callus. Now my child needs surgery on her foot. Callus yeah right Sorry Ass place.

If I could give negative stars, I would meet at 2:00 pm, it is after 5:00 am, it is supposed to be closed ... We are still in the room and they dont attend to us ... Hospital crap ... They quote 5 people at the same time ... I do not recommend it at all

Actually I liked it only for the doctors, and pity that it is very far from my residence.
