Took my kids here a few times with no problem just a long wait. The pediatrician is very nice and a good doctor but the receptionists are very rude, they told my daughter that her Covid test came back negative and the next morning when they called for the co payment and for my daughter to pick up her paperwork they told her that her Covid test was positive and swear that the receptionist never told her it was negative and swear that my daughter misunderstood what she said when in reality the receptionist misunderstood what she was reading on the paper.

Front desk receptionist was very nice she checked my insurance to see if they took it or not since they didn’t she gave me a few other options of clinics where they do

Very nice people. I’ve been sitting here waiting get called back and people give the staff a hard time something that can be resolved . All they do is go by drs rules just like any other clinics do and people still expect for them to get there way. We have to be thankful for our healthcare workers.

I have to go in to displease for almost 8 years I went to get refills on my prescription and was handed a letter of termination I asked what is this all About. The person I was seeing is a practitioner nurse she was very good and Caring. So her answer to my question asking what’s this all about Was Things occur it’s best that way So I put in a grievance letter to the state. I recommend that nobody go there because someday they might be terminated.

Got my test results.Can’t get to see the doctor cuz time they stop seeing patients is at 10.I’m say they are bad cuz I can’t know about my test results.Changing my doctor

I just got hung up on by a very rude receptionist who didnt have very easy answers to basic questions. She lacked knowledge, so instead of getting clarity, she just claimed that I raised my voice at her (which is something I dont do), and hung up on me. Her pen of choice is probably a crayon. Really wanted to get some care provided by these people, but their receptionist has turned me off to the entire experience and I would recommend promoting her to customer immediately.

Horrible service, I think I would prefer dying instead of coming here since I waited over 2 hours inside the clinic waiting for a doctor so i could get attended, also charged me $700 dollars for a physical exam!!!!

Called in to check my appointment only to tell me that they can’t schedule me for that day. They rescheduled me. The day of my appointment I came only to be told that my doctor is not in. They told me to come back the next day before 10:00 AM because they can’t be bothered to set an appointment. The next day I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Dr. Fong told me that I can’t get the shot I need from them and so she sent me to CVS. CVS said they don’t give those kinds of shots unless it’s for flu. Horribly directed by both doctor and customer service. Waste of gas and time

My kids have been seeing Dr. Janelle Fong for many years. They are 14 and 15 now. She is attentive and sweet. And I love her. I went through a few pediatricians before I found her. Yes its not the fanciest office and the wait cant be mind numbing but when offices that take medi-cal are slammed, thats what happens. I used to see the adult practitioners for myself but ended up going somewhere else because I didnt feel they were meeting my needs.

My wife, younger son and I have all been treated here for the last couple of years. I admit that we were all treated by the same Nurse Practicinor (Winger,E), who is GREAT. Since this is an urgent care setting, I didnt expect it to be like my regular doctor. But each time were visited, the staff is fine, the setting is professional and the medical care is very good

I have been to this Urgent Care three times before with no problems, minus the long wait. I have never had a problem with my insurance until today. I waited almost 2 hours to be called up for my insurance, then told that they are no longer accepting my insurance

The receptionist is unprofessional, dont even greet me upon arrival. I was standing for like a good 5 second for her to even noticed me standing there. Her name Mariah, I think she just an extra body because it was during lunch time. She didnt even ask me why I was there I have to tell her. My soon to be sister in law even call if they do stitching, she say sometime yes. She run my insurance and say it valid but cant confirm coverage n I have to call the insurance myself. I ask her to call and she say I have to call since Im the owner. After I call the insurance and give her my phone for her to confirm coverage she still ask me if I go because I sick or what reason. I told her Im not sick but my knee need stitches due to a motorcycle handle spike went thru my knee. After waiting for 3 hours, the doctor came in on her crunch, didnt even try to tend to my wound. I have to rip the bandage off for her to glance and then just tell me she cant do it. She didnt to care or even try to switch or clean n put a new bandage before sending me off.

Janelle Fong, the pediatrician is amazing and caring. Wait times can be long for adults, faster for children. The professionalism of the front staff and nurse practitioner for adults is the reason for the low stars. JF deserves her own office separate from them.

Wonderful staff, no long wait and wonderful Doctor :) I was in and out in an hour. The Doctor I had was a very kind lady who actually cared about how I felt and did her best to help me. The staff was very courteous and efficient. I recommend this office if you are feeling sick most highly.

Honestly, it make look dirty and ghetto and yes nurse can seem rude BUT this is the fastest urgent care I have been too. The two lady doctors I have seen are really nice. This is NOT even my primary care doctor and I get seen here 90 % of time quicker on a walkin.

Dont leave bad reviews about long waits when so many have ACA now so obviously more people are going to the doctor for minor stuff, hence crowding at every doctors office. I like this office, they treat my child well. The parking kind of sucks though.

I love Janelle fong shes been my daughters Dr. Since she was maybe 2 and before her was her mother dr.lim people complaining about the wait but if you made an appointment theres much less wait walk ins are fit in between appointments so you get what you get. And as for the attitude of the staff try having people yell at you all day about them waiting to be seen or thier insurance not being accepted.

This place sucks, nurses dont really care... me and my fiance are still waiting in the back room for a hour and 13 min still... And everyone else is being seen back here but us and we are waiting still.

If I could give a negative review I would !!! Totally unprofessional. They left me on hold for a long time anyone who works or has studied in this field knows that the max to put a patient on hold is 3/4 minutes. Also they ignored my call when I tried calling back & how do I know they ignored my call? Because I called from my sisters phone AND THEY ANSWERED & I tried calling from my phone as I hanged up my sisters phone & THEY IGNORED MY CALL. Unacceptable experience. When I got there they were not very welcoming and the clipboard was thrown on the counter when asked for it. . . DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went in Saturday due to me falling on Friday. Dirty Dirty DirtyOnly two people some guy being a receptionist/nurse. Doctor comes in looks at my chart asking me if I have a primary doc. I said yes he ask me why I didnt go to him to get my refills like oh sorry two seconds of bedside manner and say x-ray techs not here heres a script for Motrin said come back tomorrow at 4pm tech will be there my you he told 3 people before me the same time. BTW nobody answers the flipping phones. So dirty and broke Down .

I have been going here for many years and have never had any complications and my son is autistic I have met lots of nice people here who bring their children here and people who work here . I like this place, great place to make friends and aqaintences .

Very crappy healthcare facility. The CNA’s have high horse attitudes as if they’re MD’s . The examine rooms are eeire and you can hear mice running through the ceilings. You can hear the doctor talking to other paitents about sensitive information in the rooms, so no privacy. The front desk lady STOLE money from me because she lied and said my insurance was inactive when it really wasn’t. Don’t come here

This is the most unsanitary place Ive ever been the examining room only have a old table and chair no medical supplies in these rooms no computers take your blood pressure outside rooms bathroom stinks they make you have a appt just to get refills health dept needs to shut them down an old examing table that I would not lay on Drs are dumb laura Cox just writes prescription she is uneducated on how to care for patients

Came in for a simple tb test and waited 3 hours although there were only 4 people ahead of me. The girls working here seem to have no training or education and are rude, rude, rude! I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance and was told they did, however once I got here suddenly the story was yea they take my insurance but not the group.....? So she told me it would be $40, which was fine. 5 minutes later she called me up asking for payment and says,Its gunna be $70. I Felt like I was being shook down. On top of that, this place is visibly filthy and the RN is disheveled and messy as if she lives in her car. I would never have stepped foot in this place that looks like someone slapped a coat of paint on a crack house if i werent in a crunch to get this done! Dont come here!

The receptionist Irma is rude. Very unprofessional . She walks around looks annoyed and making faces with her forehead all wrinkled, especially when you ask a question!

The staff here needs training on customer service, dress code and how to be professional. the lobby was filthy to say the least , it was so dirty I didnt even wait to get seen. I had to give them one star because you cant give them zero the web site wont allow you too.

Went in today. Waited 3 hours for a 3 minute visit. This place is unprofessional, unsanitary, the restroom was a wreck, the facility is under construction.The nurse practitioner I saw today she was very unfriendly and uncaring. Will definitely be my first and last visit and I will not recommend anyone to go there.

This is the worst place to come to if you are a walk in for a physical..They only have one pediatrician doing appointments and walk ins..very unorginized..dont recommened any one going..unless you have time to wait 2 hours or more!!

Always crowded, staff is rude, including the nurse practitioner. If you you take any medicines for a long period, they make you come in every month for refills and you will have to do so as a walk in. The office is tiny and always a mess.

Filthy office. Rude, uneducated, (or perhaps just lazy), staff. I would rather be seen by a veterinarian.... The bathrooms are a biohazard. Its awful.

I tried to inform the office staff of an internal situation, but they seem to not be all there.Let me just say this:If you value your credit score or personal info, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO THIS OFFICE. They have someone on staff that is less than ethical with personal info.

Very unprofessional and rude staff ...very dirty facility...secretary is on phone walks around talks to another girl and leave people stabding in line waiting .. after giving my son shots the vaccine was left on the table ..would never reccomend this urgent care to anybody

I called right now and the answering service as she called it was really rude all she could tell me was they open at 9 am I tried to ask a couple of typical questions and all I got was a rude and abrupt answer stating I dont know Im just an answering service whats the point of having an answering service if they dont know anything but the time they open ??
