If you are going to go to this place or are referred to this place I highly recommend you see the actual doctor. I unfortunately was seen by the PA Julie & she was very rude & extremely condescending. She was very dismissive of my injury and my symptoms and without any accurate testing I feel she was giving me a false diagnosis. I went in for wrist pain with tingling & numbness in my hand & she tried to diagnose me with lupus which was beyond me because not one test was performed. If you want an accurate diagnosis & someone that actually cares about your symptoms & complaints go see the actual doctor or just go to your primary care doctor because at the end of the day she’s just going to discharge & dismiss your case anyways & it shows in her unprofessional and uninterested attitude.

While the office is not listed on the directory in front of the building, there are notices posted on other office doors telling you where to go. the office seems to have been newly remodeled and is very clean inside, due to a cancellation I was seeing fairly quick even though I never been there before. Everyone was kind and courteous, and although I did not grab the paper it seems you are able to make an appointment online.

Dr. very unprofessional very rude and bully. I do not recommend this office people need to speak up dont be afraid. People go there to get help and to help people back at work with recommendations to see Doctors Specialist for their injuries. Remember is not your body you dont feel the pain of the patients so dont judge. Thank you. I will give you 0 stars

I don’t know why there are bad reviews but I’ve had such a great experience here. Front desk wasn’t rude at all. Friendly people and the visit was really fast! A really nice doctor too! Thanks St. Agnes Occupational Health Team! 💗

I had to go in twice this week because the office couldnt do a TB test on that particular day (call beforehand to save yourself a trip, just in case). Go early in the morning, bring something to entertain you - dont bring a person because theyll have to wait in the waiting room. Kids under 12 cannot be left unattended in the waiting room either. The staff seemed fine to me, they did their job and were pleasant. The doctor I saw was well versed in bedside manner, quite friendly. I have an issue with needles/blood, so giving blood was a strain on my nerves, but Nicky did a fabulous job - probably the quickest and painless its ever been for me.

Horrible customer service!! Rude staffs. The lady in the front was snobby! Would never recommend this place to anyone. The doctor was rude! St. Agnes needs to provide customer service training for their staffs. Seems like none of the people in there enjoy their job. If I can give it 0 star I would! Listening to the front desk rep while other people check in she was rude to them as well.

The wait time for each of my 3 visits has been over an hour. There is a definite need for a better scheduling system. By the time you’re finished your in here close to 2 hrs which is absolutely absurd. I do not recommend this office.

As a health care professional, I am disappointed in the poor service by this office and yet, Ive never even stepped foot in the door. Thats because even thought Saint Agnes Hospital and this clinics website both say this clinic is open until 5pm, the ladies of the office, apparently, make up their own hours. I arrived at 430pm and the front door was already locked. I knocked and the girl inside saw me but chose to ignore my presence outside the door. I called several times while I was standing outside but the phones were already put on voicemail. That type of office behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be back and I will be asking to speak to the administrator regarding this unfortunate and inconvenient situation.

Wait time understandable, but front staffing is rude. Two of the ladies in that office (the other also works at Employee health as well) act like its a burden working there. One of the girls names starts with M (cant recall full name), and she treats every question in a condescending manner. This is the third encounter over a year, and those two workers have always been the same way. Even over the telephone it sounds like they woke on the wrong side of the bed.Watching them interact with patients makes me feel shame as a healthcare professional.Leave the negative
