You know, I really wanted to like this place. It’s close to my house, I’ve worked with Dr Sang and it’s fun how he has all the games in the waiting room, but it’s been miserable pretty much every single time we go. They consistently change our appt time the day before, not sure why they can’t schedule things properly the first time. Then we get their at said time and wait and wait and wait and wait until after the time of our original appointment. Seriously!? Their medical assistants are so unprofessional while taking your child’s vitals. Talking loudly about their problems and love lives while I’m trying to keep my kid calm enough for the tech to measure, take a temp etc. We’ve called multiple times asking about the RSV vaccine, first guy thought it was formula, second asked us to call back after lunch because he didn’t have time to find the answer. Cool. Alright fine, I can do that. So then the next guy has no clue when they’ll get it, but they should call us (yeah right). 😐 The last straw is when we show up for a scheduled appointment for our second flu shot and they tell us they ran out…when, pray tell did you run out? Because I called at 1500 the day before to confirm my appointment and nobody said anything. We show up at 11 and you ran out!? I can’t. I prefer dealing with the prisoners and meth heads at the family health clinic. Eventually we will adopt our foster daughter and get the hell off medical but until then we aren’t coming back here.

I came here for the COVID-19 vaccine and it was such a breeze! People I know who have gotten it elsewhere were waiting for hours outdoors with no seating. But Sang Pediatrics has such a streamlined vaccination process that I didn’t have to deal with that for either injection. I arrived at clinic and received my vaccine within minutes of my appointment. Thank you Dr. Sang!

Just got my Covid 19 shot from Dr. New Sang. It was a great experience. The Dr. explained everything to me answered all my questions and made mefeel safe and important to him. One of the best places to take your kids ! Staff is very nice and helpful ! I was a patient here then I became a mother and now my son is seen here. What I like a lot is that not only is everyone nice but they are very honest. There is movies for your children to watch while waiting to be seen and arcade games also.

The workers are such great employees. They’re always so friendly and talkative. I enjoy my time there just holding conversations with them about kids. Whenever I am there, I never have to wait too long, plus my kids don’t get all grumpy because we’re in and out. Dr. Sang is just a great person in general and he is very informative, helpful and a great doctor. I’m glad I switch to his clinic because that was one of the best decision I’ve ever made.

Weve been to several different pediatricians & finally have found the best one! The staff is fast & professional & the waiting room is a wonderland of toys for kids & adults!!! We actually wanted a long wait. The doctors are wise & proficient and treat us with respect for any of our questions. Thanks so much!!!

Sang pediatrics is the place to bring your little ones to make sure they are healthy and in tiptop shape. the Drs nd nurses here are very professional ,courteous & polite. They are very engaged with everything they are doing. Awesome place .. my kids love to come here.. I can truly say that 😁😆

I was there the other day because both my kids were sick, so they took vitals and weigh my kids and so on, Dr Sang her self came in and the first thing she said was your daughter is fat, she needs to loose weight so, thats why she have asthma and of course my 8 year old started crying because she just got attacked by her own Dr...honestly Dr Sang could have put it in a more professional way. I just got my kids and we left. Never again will I ever let a Dr tell my kid she is fat, even people like that body shame little kids, your title dont make you a good person !!!! Be professional, use better words.!!😡😡😡

Everyone at the front desk is super helpful, kind and friendly. The doctors are professional and always helpful. My 3 kids have been coming to this clinic for 8 years and we will continue to come.

They provide fast service even on a walk in. Always friendly staff. And has numerous Arcades for the kids entertainment.

I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people who are used to not hearing the truth.Nobody is perfect, but if your doctor is telling you something about your child youre upset about; youre free to seek a second opinion. Id rather have my childs doctor be honest with me as a parent, than to find a doctor that will overlook everything just to write a prescription then rush me out the door.Dr. New Sang is knowledgeable and he takes great care of his patients. He also has guidance from Ms. O Sang when its needed. Their practice has come a very long way. And I completely recommend people who need a good pediatrician to come here. You wont be disappointed.

Their scheduler is kind of rude she kept over-talking me. That is not a good way to start a relationship with a potential new parent and patient...

Im dealing with the same experience here like one of the other parents. Doctor came in said my son is fat. This the second time he had said that bout my son. Then basically wouldnt let u say what is needed to be said he basically wants to be right and for us parents to be wrong and agree with him.. if you cant tell people in the right way of helping parents out when they need help then whats the whole point of you being a doctor at all..rude in so many ways.

Everybody is nice except the dr himself.O Sang was great but not so much of her son New Sang. Cocky Rude and arrogant doesnt listen to any of your concerns. After the mom retire And her son took over I removed my kids asap.

They are very professional, nice and clean environment.My kids like how they make the waiting area childrens theme, and stickers!!! Didnt have to wait long to be checked in or in the rooms niether. So thats an A plus for me. Restroom is messy!!! It should me monitored or checked periodically. Other than that. Theres parking!

I hate this place. Employees are slow and seems to take the precious time. I told one of the lady to filled out my daughters wic form and she didnt even fill it out at all. Now that wic day has come I look at it and nothing has filled out. Everytime I go in into this place early in the morning Im always he last person to get out. I literally hate this place and those epmployee. Im changing my babies dr.

Dr.Sang son is unprofessional. Last I remembered he isn’t a Therapist, he shouldn’t be talking about someones personal life he should be talking their about health.
