Ill tell you what all the earlier reviews are bogus during peak shutdown this place is quick and efficient.. I hurt myself at work and yea there was a group of people in front of me but they got them in and out.and I was seen in a timely matter very friendly staff and doctors always smiling and laughing I am anti doctor or hospital but I do recommend this spot thanks again all staff and doctors your amazing ☺️☺️☺️!!

Like in other reviews the women at the front desk is very rude. As I was leaving I told her thank you and she looked up and gave me the nastiest look. Shes pleasant to other co-workers working there and then clients walking in get the cold shoulder. Ladies in back office professional and courteous.

I was unable to refer my employees to this location. No one answers the phones, calls never get returned, emails never get returned. Please do not use this clinic for your employees until they have the option to speak with someone at the desk.

Front desk lady’s are so rude and no manners at all!! The nurses are very nice but the two lady’s in the front are very rude!! Bad experience with them!!

This place is a joke people are rude and seem like they dont know what they are doing.They act like you dont have anything to do I was there for 4 hours just to take a physical for work and no patients were present.

BOTH FRONT Desk women are unprofessional an unbelievably rude an do not help at all the older one is named Lisa an theirs a younger one .you guys really need to look at your reviews because too many people have the same experience with the front desk !! I will be following up on this ! But the doctor was very nice an respectful he deserves a more efficient office

TERRIBLE. They don’t answer calls or voice mails for clients to make an appointment . When I got there, they made me wait for over two hours for a urine test. They did not give me an estimate of the wait time. Awful.

This is the worst Dr. office ever. The front desk ladies have no manners and are beyond rude! They need to get fired asap.

The staff is friendly and professional, I never have to wait very long to be seen and Ive had no real issues so far.

I choose this clinic for my workers comp case and recently I had car trouble and missed an appointment, now I cant get through on the phone no matter what time I call to try to reschedule an appointment.

Horrible place had to wait over.. 2 hours for a sports physical for my kid. They have no customer service.

7:00 am appointment first person in the building several people get called in who had appointment time a hour after mine. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.

The worst place in Fresno... I came in at 11:00 am and was not even seen until 2pm ( when they close) I sat there for 3 hours.. seen people come in and out while I waited and waited... they go by what’s easier and what will require the least amount of energy instead of by who got to their place first... a lady that came in an hour after me waited for the same test then after they bring her back they tell her they can’t do her test and she needs to come back Monday... the ladies at the front are some of the rudest people in Fresno.. rolling of the eyes and giving attitude... honestly this place would probably have a better rating if it wasn’t for their front desk people...

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk lady was rude. I had allergies, NOT Covid-19. She wouldnt believe me and said I needed a Drs note. Who goes to a Dr for an allergy after mowing the lawn?! Plus, there was another person in their waiting room that was coughing up a lung, but she said nothing to him. She also told me it was a Fresno County policy to have a note if its not Covid... I work in EMS at Fresno County, and its NOT a policy.... So she lies! Employers, please DO NOT use this place if you value your staff.

Ive been waiting here for 2 hours seems like there short on staff horrible !!!

They are rude and their wait time is awful.. people that work there should work at a gas station In the middle of a dessert. Horrible people skills. They dont take their job serious. Better of yet have you ever been to the DMV. Well your chances of being seen at a DMV are brighter. Never again. The level of Disrespect from the Rude staff Was unbelievable.

Being an ex employee of Palm Medical, I can honestly say was the best time of my working experience, the staff, the providers, administrator of this Occupational Office as well as the Manager thought me so much in this field. I will always be greatful all they thought me. Palm Medical will always have a special place in my heart. Thank You All.

Seriously long wait time. Took forever for physical/drug screen. Staff not friendly. You will be sitting there forever. Horrible service. If you can go somewhere else please do.

My wife had an appointment there on 4/29/2019 and had to take our new born baby with her to the appointment. Our baby is breast feed and needed to go with mom to the appointment. Palm Medical denied seeing her for her appointment due to having our baby with her. I feel they discriminated against her and denied her the medical appointment due to being a mother with a new born baby that’s breast feed!!!

Terrible service here!! They honestly do not have an order. My husband came also for an exam at 1:30 pm and they attended him at 3:00 pm. Really?? Why have a god damm appointment if they do not even keep track on who comes first or who doesnt!! People would practically be coming so late and they would be the ones getting out early.

If I could rate a negative star I would! Lets just say customer service is non existent here . I have an awesome future employee who has been here 3 times to take pre-employment drug screening and EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS OFFICE HAS MESSED UP!!!! #getittogether

Staff needs eye contact and confidence training.Also front desk talked trash about a staff member to other staff members. Not once but 3xs during my 2 hour wait for a TB testing. Not cool missy with 👓. I hope this is brought to your attention.

This is such a unprofessional place. The girls are rude and they dont speak clearly. I took a tb test for a job and needed to buy my results a week later that dumb broad made me wait really i was there a week ago so wht my records went to the vault that fast ! I hate this place. You guys suck !!!!!!

This office and staff refuses to respect their patients wishes. This is part of a docors code of conduct and should be first and foremost on their list of priorities. Yet when my wife requested that I come with her they refused to let me. They will not allow anyone to go back with the patient to be seen by the Dr. not even a spouse! When I asked to speak with the doctor about my concerns he refused to see me.

Awful experience ever! The sevices is horrible. I came here to take a medical exam for the pitman farms department and the people working here literally would NOT call you by who came here first. they check the boards and they decide whoever they wanna call and when.

I will never come here again in life
