ZERO STARS... my wife was hospitalized for covid19 for 3 weeks and was sent home for recovery. Diagnosed with severe covid pneumonia and hypoxia, she couldnt stand, walk or even make any sudden movement without having something like an extreme asthma attack. Knowing the severity of a bad case of covid19 my work place issue me a family medical leave packet to be signed by our medical provider (kings winery). Upon presenting the FMLA packet to the doctor there I was asked if I needed a translator to translate my fluent English into broken English so the doc can understand. After all the translation the doctor offered me a return to work slip (not what I needed)... at this point the nurse got frustrated and told us that the doctor will sign the packet but it will take some time and they will call us when its ready.. 20 mins later we recieved a call saying that they will NOT sign it due to the fact that my wife is not decapitated.. so I guess u need to be brain dead the seek care? Many cases of covid19 I know of (less severe) takes months to recover from and those individuals were forced to take months off work or had family members take time off work to care for them. My wife is currently on 5LPM (max that the oxygen machine can provide) of o2 and cant bare to make any sudden movements but according to kings winery my wife is more than capable of taking care of herself..

Great place the nurse said will make you a doctor appointment but over the phone...without showing up to the doctor clinic....

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! From the front desk agents to doctors. It seems no one wants to work. If you would like to waste your time or your family members time as well, please come here. If you would like a dismissive doctor that complains of him not having any help, please come here. My family member and my health and our time was not valued. Asking the doctor for some basic information was like death. I have never been to a medical practice with this extreme of poor manners and incompetence. Medicare should look into this practice

We waited an hour in waiting room even with an appointment. And when we finally saw the doc. He was so rude and unprofessional. Seriously very sorry I have to being my disabled brother here. In it for the money only and no care in the world for patients. Why isnt this place shut down yet?

It wasnt so bad...everyone was nice. They did more for us than the emergency hospital ! It may not be fancy but it down tge street from us and we were satisfied 😀😀

This place is TERRIBLE! couple years ago, my mom had a mini stroke and my dad didnt know so he took her to the clinic. The front desk registered her in and told her to sit in the waiting room. He explained to them about her symptoms and yet they still told her to wait for the doctor. The nurses cant even recognized or trained to recognized when a person needs emergency medical attention. Luckily, my dad called me and I went to the clinic and removed my mom from the waiting room and took her to the ER. she was admitted to the hospital and was in ICU for two weeks. The staffs here are very rude to their patients. Most of the patients are elderly and continues to be a victim because they likes the benefit of being able to understand the language and having a translator available. This place provides poor service and inexperience. They scans their patients for insurance fraud. My parents have been patients for over 15 years and they failed to exams and assess their healths properly. When I requested for their medical records, I was horrified to see most falsified datas and informations shown on the record.

Understand that a sickness is unexpected, with that said seeing the clinic is the first step to recovery. If online and labeled at the front of the clinic that the clinic opens at 8 am, how is it possible to have walk-ins at 7:30 am. Many people rely on a specific time to come and seek medical aid. This clinic is very unprofessional and should change the hours listed both online and labeled at the front of the clinic. Both the staff and community should have access to ACURATE information of business hours.

They are a great clinic employee and doctors are very professional I call that I need an gets appointment right away for my physical check I’m happy for they service

This is the worst place to receive healthcare. Expect to wait hours before being seen by a Dr or PA. These staff have no emotions or compassion towards their patients whatsoever. They cant even do a simple thing like print out immunization records. I already called ahead of time and was given the ok to pick up. Walked in and was told nurse was not available to pull up record and told me to come back later. People dont have all day! We work, we have school, lives to get to! Whats the point of having medical records then?! Cant believe this place is still running.

This place is so unwelcoming and seriously a lot of crazy people go here!! Please find somewhere else. Staff is rude. Doctors are not very caring. The whole atmosphere grossed me out!!

Convenient location for me. Friendly staff. I would like to occasionally see my actual MD. I trust and like the PA I see regularly but Ive never even met my doctor.

Id give it zero stars if i could. with only 2 drs on staff and them only catering to their asia patients, every time i go i feel like my time is worth nothing, i feel like the things i say to the dr get dismissed and i end up leaving with more concerns than i went in with. the staff is hard to understand and cant be bothered to let patients know what kind of appts they have or that they have even scheduled an appt for you. ill be switching to a more competent office. this place is unprofessional and filthy.

Bad experience. i was waiting in the wrong room with my grandfather and none of them told us that we were in the wrong room for a blood test. the workers are terrible, communication skills are terrible

The dr. Told me he didnt want to see me because I missed an appointment and he dont have time for me to be missing appointments with him and for me to see another dr. Didnt understand much from him but I sure understood that part. Missed an appointment and saw another doc. On Saturday and he didnt want to be going back and forth on paper work every visit I sit there and watch him type away.

Worst scheduling system ever.!! the whole point of scheduling is so that you dont go there and wait 2 hours to get seen... whats the point of setting up appointment when you cant see your patients the time you shedule them. Not everyone has all day to go sit in the waiting room.. Second, where do these doctors get their license from? my dad went in with a flu, and all they tell him was to take some tylenol.. DOCTORS!! please recognize your patients need.!! my dad has asthma, you should know that the flu attacks the nasal cavity and respiratory system tylenol isnt going to help him! i am so frustated with this place.

Doctors and staff are very friendly and nice ! They work great and make you feel home. As for the manager she is racist and has favorites. She swears she dont have favorites but she does. She is rude ! I wish very much luck for the next hispanic bilingual assistant that works for them. My prayers for the next victim. I was in that position before, I am glad and feel free she let me go. I also know that the girl that worked there before me was also a victim of descrimination. There is relatives working there that can slack off and be lazy and never be in trouble, just because they are family members they dont get in trouble. Wow ! What a shame ! So sad and unprofessional management in that office.

This place is No Good! They do not know what they are doing you spend more time in the waiting room then what you do with the Dr. One Dr didnt know anything about Diabetes went off a ER visit to give me my Meds another Dr was so rude i just walked out. I truely feel this place is a joke and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

I would never come back to this place again they have the worst service you wait in the waiting room more than you get to see the doctor You only waste10 minute with the doctor I’ve been waiting here since 8:00am I still haven’t seen the doctor yet it’s ready almost 11:30 Please everybody don’t even waste your time coming over here it’s not worth it they even know what they’re doing here

The Asian workers at the front desk are so lazy . Looks like they dont even want to work there . Always leaving the front desk empty . The wait is so long even for just lab results .The only person that actually want to help is the Hispanic girl in the front desk and actually want to help set up an appointment for you . All the Asian people always say that theres no appointment available until 3 months but its a lie . I called again and the Hispanic girl gave me an appointment .

This place is terrible!!! My mom had an appointment at 10am but they didnt see her until 1pm!!!! She didnt get home until 3pm!!! The place is dirty, the doctors dont really listen to you, and the line, wow, people wait at least 3 hours before they see a doctor....

They cant help you with anything nor explain anything that you may be concerned with about your health.

The doctor didnt speak good English couldnt understand him and he couldnt understand me wait time long seen Dr 5mins

Very horrible service from staff to manager were very rude to a point were i was shocked yesterday i walked to the clinic to see a doctor for another patient the manager told me to get out or she will call the cops for no reason whats so ever. they had me withing for an hr then told me to get out. it was shocking
