My wife has a herniated disc and was in immense pain; she couldnt leave the bed for almost a week. We submitted the new patient forms to schedule an appointment. Copeland staff said they couldnt see her because she was still enrolled in Medicaid as a secondary insurance, even though her primary insurance was approved (we were married a month ago and the Medicaid cancellation hadnt been processed yet... government takes a long time). When I asked why they couldnt use her primary insurance they simply repeated, She cant be on Medicaid. No explanation. So we made lots of phone calls to expedite the cancellation. I emailed the proof to Copeland and called them to let them know. They said they needed to talk to a manager and would call me back. Two days later I followed up, they said the same thing. I told them Id already heard that promise and they reassured me theyd keep it this time. Its been over seven business days and they still havent contacted me. They need to do better. Thankfully we decided to go with Dynamic Integrative Health and they got us in the next day.

Loved Dr. Mu. Unfortunately he is no longer with the practice. Office staff seems friendly.

Dr Mu is so knowledgeable and explains everything to me. His staff, Maggie and Anna are 10 stars! They have been so kind and understanding and always take the extra effort to help me.

My grandfather needed a new doctor and after doing extensive research, we decided to give Copeland a try. Dr. Copeland welcomed myself and my mother to the appointment and listened to our concerns and answered all the questions we had. He explained everything very well. Dr. Copeland does not sugar coat conditions, if its bad he will tell you and explains the options you have and risks or side effects and lets the PATIENT make the ultimate decision. Best part, if your one of his patients, there is a way to get ahold of him after hours for any reason. Staff were very polite and we got in five minutes before his scheduled appointment.

As a healthcare worker myself, I understand how important it is to have a trustworthy Primary Care Physician who possesses the essential qualities that in my opinion make a “Good Doctor”. Dr. Albert Mu has a strong work ethic and always treats us with courtesy and compassion while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Despite time limitations of the busy healthcare business, we never feel rushed. He always takes the time to patiently and actively listen to our concerns and ask questions. He is very knowledgeable and confident in his field of practice, but his humility works as a complementary pair.If you’re looking for a Doctor who is going to be always on time for your appointment and have a rather in-and-out experience, he is not the right one for you. But if you’d rather have a Doctor who treats you like the most important person in the room when he is with you, you’ll be very pleased with Dr. Mu. He is without a doubt a “Good Doctor” and I highly recommend him.His staff is caring and outstanding as well. Maggie and Anna are very nice and compliment Dr. Mu’s best practices for patient care.

I have been with Dr Copeland and Copeland Medical Group for over 25+ yrs and I love them. They are very good and are caring about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a doctor in a heart beat!!! They are awesome!¡!

I recently change to the Copeland Medical Group. I appreciate their friendly yet professional attitude. Update. Time after time I have been unable to get the help I needed from them. Medical staff has left leaving them short handed. Ive had to go to Urgent Care because Copeland would not answer my calls. I have changed to another facility.

Wish I had read these reviews before booking with Dr. Mu. New patient. Appointment time was at 11am. We had all of our paperwork filed out and arrived early. Its now 11:31. I asked the front desk woman how much longer and she said maybe 5 minutes. I asked if this was typical (waiting) and she said yes. She said if you dont want to wait then you have to take the first appointment of the day or the first one after lunch. ZERO RESPECT. 1135 and we are just getting put into a room. We shall see how much longer for the dr actually to come in.

Went in for an appointment as a new patient. 0830 appt. time. My current doctor does not respect patients time. There was no one whatsoever in the waiting room. I had all if my paperwork ready. I was taken back and observed all empty exam rooms. At 0915, I walked out. The doctor was behind. After 30 minutes. I will keep looking until I find one that wont triple book on the quarter hour.
