Great place for physical therapy, even though I could have gone somewhere closer this place is was a much better choice. The staff is welcoming and seem to care about you getting better told one of the staff that it was the first time I had no pain in knee or back in a long time. This was only after 3 treatments she seemed even more joyful than I was. I like these little accomplishments we celebrate together! Looking forward to finishing my treatments and getting back on track.

My shoulder was in bad shape and in serious pain 4 weeks ago due to a dislocation. Thanks to Plan Physical Therapy I now have complete rotation and strength now. Plus they provided me with insight on what exercises and correct posture I need to work on to prevent future dislocations. They really go above and behind for their patients. I highly recommend. I have been to several PT’s for knee replacement recovery and other issues. I have felt very comfortable from the first visit. Although this is not really supposed to be comfortable, if you know what I mean. The environment allows for improvement if you are willing to do your part.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. With knee pain that did not seem to go away, I was skeptical about starting physical therapy. Steve was the PT that I regularly saw and he was very understanding, extremely knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and most importantly fixed my knee. I had to take my 11 year old daughter here for a shoulder injury (softball player). They have been nothing but amazing. Everyone is very friendly and super helpful. Our therapist Nick gave a thorough examination and told us what was wrong and how to fix it. He has been very professional and you can tell he actually cares about his patients and getting them better so that they do not need physical therapy long term. Cerita has also been great, as she runs my daughter through her workouts and makes sure she is doing everything correctly. She is very friendly and helpful. Everyone here is great. Make sure to give them a try if you need physical therapy. You wont be disappointed.

Plan Physical Therapy is one of the best PT clinics in the valley. I have been to 4 other clinics in the Fresno area and Plan PT is by far my favorite. I was super nervous about starting Physical Therapy TBH. I’d had PT through Kaiser in the past for my shoulder pain and didn’t see any improvement. Fortunately, my Physical Trainer Nick and his fabulous right hand Sarita have worked hard to help my pain decrease and to teach me how to increase the strength in my shoulder so that the pain goes away for good! I set up an appointment on the phone and on the first day they brought me in, personally assessed my situation, and laid out a plan to recovery. They have always called me by my name, treated me with respect and genuinely care about my progress and recovery. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of physical therapy and well thought out structures of sessions. I could not recommend them enough and I tell all my family and friends to go here. Every time I’ve had to call for anything Danielle (front desk) very polite, very friendly, always in a good mood was very helpful I have never seen her without a smile! I have been through about 3 other physical therapist facilities and I absolutely loved this one in particular and would rather drive the distance here instead of going somewhere else. They are all welcoming and make you feel very comfortable.

My therapist made me feel like I was his favorite patient. I saw marked improvement in my pain and movement in just two weeks, and learned the tools I needed to do the stretches and exercises at home or at the gym on my own. Everyone is very personable at Plan PT. I enjoyed and appreciated my visits there.

Was laid up for months with pain from lower back to foot on my left side. Shots in the L3 area didn’t help. After 2 months of therapy l am back to 100 %. Felt better after just 3 sessions and kept getting better. Got to thank these guys for great results.

Hooray! Graduation day for me. Plan Physical Therapy is Located on the NW corner of Cedar and Teague in Fresno. The location is safe and clean. It has a very friendly staff that cares for the individual needs of each patient. The therapists are knowledgeable and are excellent at educating patients throughout the rehabilitation process. Disappointing experience on the PPT website. Incomplete, poorly written, and obviously never edited, completed or improved. Shows me a lack of concern and respect for potential clients, along with poor management of the business. Asks for forms to be completed that arent even on the website. Makes it difficult to have faith in their operation. Wouldve been a convenient location, but I think Ill take my Stanford PT referral elsewhere. ☹️
