Nice gym, well stocked. Could probably use some water fountains that refill water bottles but overall pretty good.

It’s pretty good gym, all the equipments you can think of.You can go anytime of the day and it’s never too busy.I like their pool area and the jacuzzi, very relaxing.One thing I would add, it would be better if they expanded their free weights area.

Clean ..plenty of hand sanitizer. Wipes to clean the equipment youre going to use.. staff is friendly.. except they close early.. not opened after midnight no more.. but glad its open again..

New squat racks are nice. I like this location because its less busy during lunch.

When I was very sick, they suspended my dues..... then when I was better, they cut my dues in half. I realized Ive used my membership twice in OVER ten years, (lost my leg) they let me cancel my membership no hassle. If I ever wanted to join a gym again, it will be GB3 !!!

It felt pretty safe working out again. There were a few people without mask or wearing them on their chin, but overall people were masking. I wish it was a hard line on masks but I will take what I can get.

Great gym overall. However tho I don’t like the new placement of the ab machines, I liked it when they were in that big room, now when I workout my legs are all up in the air I feel like people are staring.

Good place to come to workout, was my favorite before covid because they have classes, spa/pool, sauna and a steam room, and daycare. Dont think its worth it now though to still pay the same price, and have none of the amenities available. I understand during current times its unsafe, but I feel the price should be more reasonable then.

Place is relatively clean. gyms are just not clean, but staff do clean. there not very good at it though. this happens at every place in general where you hire somebody to do many chores among them is clean. they just dont do a great job at it. the restrooms are pretty clean and ive never seen the GB3 staff clean it. most likely, an outside agency comes in to clean. equipment is very good quality but most of it is very old and should be replaced. My issue with the age is that some of the padding isnt padding anymore and is well worn. but overall the gym equipment is in good shape. way more machines then free weights. if free weights is your thing then Golds would be a better gym. ive read some of the complaints about there not been any equipment available due to way too many people been in the gym. this is true most days and times. the only exception is weekdays at 4am in the morning. ive been there every hour theyre open. so if your going to join this gym you will most likely need to learn gym etiquette. not manners, but how you would stay close to equipment that is occupied while working out and be ready to jump on it when its free. this is the only way your going to get a workout here. there are way too many people at this gym that are novice gym goers. they spend way too much time on a piece of equipment. staring at their phone or just sitting there. on average i can do two sets to every one most do and i am old. also a lot of social butterflies. so you have to be persistent to get equipment.

Gb3 is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. I travel fro work and I’ve been to a lot of different gyms. Not one was even close to the quality and cleanliness of Gb3.

Love the classes! Spin, boot camp, and sculpt is a great workout. They definitely need to update their class mats though. They’re a bit grimy so I’d bring a towel to cover it or your own mat.

When I tried to suspend my membership I was told to do so in person even during COVID. This gym has gone downhill since reopening. Half the staff is rude and too many broken machines. Their COVID procedures also are lacking. Who wants to go to the gym to get sick?

Up until today I would have given this place 5 stars. I go every morning my husband and I and the staff is super friendly. Today I took my 9 year old to the daycare which was a massive mistake. The lady was so rude to my daughter. My daughter called me to pull her out. Daycare staff was very argumentative when asked what happened. I was so frustrated and upset. Children watching children. Only bad part about the gym though. Every other staff member I have interacted with has been amazing.though.

Been coming almost every day for the last ~6(?) months, place is pretty solid, I dont use the pool or sauna..or the bathrooms. So, I guess this is a review of the main area and its always clean, staff is decent, I dont particularly ask much of them so I have no complaints. Come midday noon to two oclock for slowest times. I dont like coming after five really because of how many people go and I have to cycle through different areas and mix up my routine in order to find available spots. At this point Im rambling. Come with no expectations and you will be thoroughly pleased. Its a gym.

The best selection of equipment in Fresno. Has a pool also. Its pricey compared to other gyms (about $40/mo.) But its well worth it. They have freeze option if you want to freeze your account or specific people on your account which is convenient. Staff is friendly and theres plenty of parking. Only Con I would say is that it gets Too busy during peak hours, I go during the slower hours and its still a bit busy. But that just shows you how popular this gym is. Hope this helps!

I joined GB3 a few years ago. For the price, this place rocks. You just cant beat it. I am a former competitive swimmer and really enjoy using their 25-yard pools which are open at each location for lap swimming.I do have a few critiques though. The pools are sometimes overran with bobbers or people just walking in the pool lanes as well as kids playing around unattended. I would like to see GB3 better enforce pool rules/etiquette so that individuals who are actually trying to complete a lap swim workout can do so. I have been at the pool when all four lanes are taken each with one person walking or bobbing in the lane. They could easily all move into one lane to allow for lap swimmers, but they will not do this on their own.Also, do not go to the pool on Sunday nights, the daycare is closed and the pool gets overran with unattended kids, even in the section roped off for lap swimming. The front desk does not seem to care. If kids were playing on workout equipment, there would be complaints filed and dealt with immediately. However, they dont seem to realize that the pool is my piece of workout equipment and should be respected as such.Anyway, this gym, particarly the pool, could use some improvements, but overall this is a good place to go for a fair price. I apologize for this long review/rant - I have shared this before with the front desk and emailed management with no responses.

2 stars because this isn’t really a judgement free zone and I’ve noticed that some of the members (younger crowd) have made fun of other members working out who are bigger or older. Like seriously?? Are we in kindergarten? Staff should hold those members accountable for their behavior. Staff can be a bit uptight at times and not very helpful. I’ve gone to planet fitness and love how it is a judgment free zone. If planet fitness had a pool, sauna, spa and steam room I’d be going there. Steam room could be kept cleaner and spray bottles to wipe down machines and mats after use would be nice to have due to high traffic at this location.

Always an exciting work out and many options of machines to build and tone your body with. Excellent Yoga and Pilates classes but got my car keyed so make sure you park where there is video surveillance. Still working out about every morning regardless because of the good people at the gym.

I frequent most of the GB3 locations in town H4 at specific amenities. I like coming to the one on Palm and West because of the fun and energetic Zumba classes. They are the best! Clean gym great amenities and friendly staff.

I go to the gym at least 3x a week and its clean, equipment is well maintained and staff is professional..

The gyms itself is nice, however management needs to manage it better. They should be having their staff walk through the free weights and put weights away consistently throughout the day.They should also be making sure that members are not using more than one machine at a time as it does not allow others to use that machine. Many times you see members using two to three machines at the same time which it not okay. This is very problematic when you are trying to use the bench and someone has walked away but is coming back to it as soon as they finish a set on a different machine. They should also monitor the machines when members are sitting there talking on their phone instead of doing their set. Management, please step it up! All your members would appreciate it!

Goes perfect with my schedule. The 24hr open quality of it is very convenient and smart. Does get a bit way too packed between the hours of 6pm-830pm. They should of expanded the building about 10ft in every direction in order to add more free weights and equipment for everyone to use. Theres been time when Ive had to go home and come back later on that night just because of the fact it was way too pack with nothing available to use. Literally nothing.

Excessively crowded all days except Sat/Sun. Clean and equipment is well kept. Staff are nice and generally helpful.Ive been attending GB3 gyms since end of 2013, this location is very crowded.

Good equipment and great that Monday -Thursday it is open 24 hours! They are always cleaning the gym which is really nice to see. Great views all around.

It’s not the closes GB3 to get to but when I’m on this side of town it’s nice to have it availalbe. The only real complaint that I have is the location is a bit round about to get to but they needed a large area and this works. The equipment inside is always clean and I’ve never had a problem with the staff. Maybe the one other downiside is this layout seems a bit more cramped then other GB3’s I’ve been to but that’s not a big deal. Still a good value.

My dad was minding his own business trying to lose weight and be healthy this morning when he was made fun of by someone at this gym. Gb3 needs to do something to prevent this. It’s not right and my dad was hurt and so am I, he didn’t deserve that.

This gym is nice and clean, the only thing is, it seems to be packed when I go, which is from 7 to 9 PM Monday thru Friday. Many machines to select from.

One of the valleys best gyms

Ive been going to this gym since it opened. I would give less than one star if possible. The manager has to be the same arrogant, unfriendly person who used to own fitness 19. He cant even pretend to care about concerns sbout malfunctioning equipment and is quick to make excuses. The steamroom works less half the time at best. The staff blames members for it not working. It is not the members fault that an expensive item is so easily broken. Its not a members problem... Its the gyms fault for having a system where if you look at the sensor funny supposedly it brakes! The staff threaten members for blowing on the sensor... Get real. I am considering canceling my family membership for a much better value gym.

The staff is very friendly ! When the equipment needs some maintenance they attend to the equipment right away . The only recommendation I would make is to have spray bottles for cleaning equipment handy as at times , foot traffic is high and I would like the opportunity to wipe down mats or equipment before and after use .EXCELLENT VARIETY OF FREE WEIGHTS AND TRAINING EQUIPMENT , KICK BOXING BAG , CARDIO OPTIONS !And- would love fans over by squat /leg stations too. If you’re looking for gym that has a good equipments, every gb3 has good equipments.But if you want a good crowd this place is i would say ok-ish, people here likes to stare i dont know why.I recommend you go to one on palm and nees or the one at champlain for good crowd 👌🏼stay fit and healthy!

The gyms Staff/ Managment does a HORRIBLE job keeping the locker room, restrooms, showers, sinks and floors clean. NOT TO MENTION THE SAUNA!! IT REEKS OF URINE AND IS ALWAYS DIRTY INSIDE THERE (trash, used gum, water bottles). Its disgusting. The gentleman that takes care of GB3 on palm and Ness is great. Hes always cleaning and keeping things smelling clean and fresh. That guy deserves a raise .

I love Gb3. They have every equipment you need, and personal trainer.

It’s a nice and big gym. Right by our place. It’s usually packed with people after 6pm.

Staff is all cocky and too young, all just pretty faces and not genuinely polite. I only go here when Im other gym is closed.Plus the majority of people here are the young 20 something crowd taking up 2 or 3 stations at a time ultra supreme super setting?!?!?!Also the equipment here is junk.

The facilities are great, clean and things get fixed in a timely manner. For the people who complain about employees being rude, get over yourself. I go to the gym to workout, not to make friends with the attractive employees. If you want that kind of attention go to bar.

Great zumba classes! The music though is So loud. Management is uninterested in turning it down, but some instructors will. I wish they had a step class.

The Facility is nice, Ill give them that. But not a friendly staff at all. I went in for the first time to check it out the place with a friend and sign up. I asked for a one week pass, for they have it sitting on the counter. The girl said ok and asked for my ID. She then said oh you cant get a weeks free pass since your ID says your address is in concord and you live too far. I said Ive just moved here. She said bring a utility bill saying you live here. I said the purpose of a free week is to try it out. She said doesnt matter you dont live close. They made me pay $10 Just for a day pass. This is on a Wednesday at 6pm. The place was packed and the free weight had a 15min wait between meatheads. Honestly I was going to sign up, but after the rude encounter with the girl at the front. I decide not to. As the face of the company who is the first person you see coming into the gym. She put a very bad image for them. After workout I went to ask for a manager, wasnt there. I asked for an account manager, couldnt be found either.

Treadmills need serious facelift. Still generally one of the dirtest gb3s including sunnyside. Floors need a serious mopping.

I love the gb3 on palm and nees so I thought this would be the same experience. Went to this milburn location for the first time and the guy at the check in desk was very irritated that I forgot my registration paper work to work out. He had to look me up and then after he did he said next time bring in your paper work so we wont have to take all this time to check you in (# entering my last name). I did not appreciate the attitude but I decided to give this location a second chance. I went back the next night to give it a second chance and there were two females at check in, it was not any different. The female who helped me was very short and rude with me. She told me I had a balance even though I had just paid to sign up, when I asked her why that was, she rolled her eyes at me. She then told her co worker what the issue was and her co worker was equally irritated by my question. When I seen I was getting nowhere with these two employees I just told them I would settle this at the palm location where I signed up. I went to work out at palm location the next day and the guy at the front helped me out. He figured out what the whole mix up was and was very helpful and attentive while doing so. I will purposely be driving out of my way to visit this location, the location on milburn really does need some friendlier customer service at the front desk at night being that they are the first people you meet when you walk in. I am very disappointed with the milburn location. 😑

Gb3 is awesome no doubt always packed. But it was the first time i came here on this location but they didnt let in because the manager has hard time with his eyes, he couldnt recognize me after seeing even my id. He was the worst employee i have ever seen. I have family plan with gb3 and I always recommend people to join this gym but after today m done. I am going to cancel my membership and all my family membership just because of this stupid manager. Advise for gb3 if you want to attract more people to your gym get rid of this guy.
