Title 29 is such an amazing gym to join. I found them through a friend & social media & I am so happy I did. The group fitness environment makes it so nice & personal. I love every trainer because they keep you accountable & push you. Everyday a workout is different so it was perfect for me because I’m someone who gets easily bored doing the same thing. I’ve become so much stronger & leaned out in my time being at this gym. The owner Todd is very professional & personable. They do different challenges every month too which is awesome motivation. If you’re wanting a community & gym who actually cares about you reaching your fitness goals then I highly recommend it here.

The best!! I love the environment! The coaches, Paul and Chris, are awesome!! I feel great after every workout. Kickboxing days are my absolute favorite but the strength training is a blast too!! I have muscle in my arms now and my legs have thinned down some too! Todd (the owner) keeps us motivated and is very active on Facebook so you always know whats going on. I love this place!!!
