Id take my prescription needs elsewhere. These guys are very hard to work with and their staff is a bit rude. Their processing times are much longer than CVS or riteaid.

The pharmacy is the worst! The wait is ridiculous every time! I use the online service to order my medications and they still are not done. I call in and try to refill and they still dont get done I have to continuously call. The only reason I stay is because of the location convenience.

The pharmacy really is the worst. I, along with 8 people waited an offensive amount of time in line today. The staff seemed to not have noticed the line & all came out from the back, scrambling, & started logging into the computers. Absolutely no urgency which resulted in an additional 15 minutes just to help the first person waiting. This isn’t new, each time I’m here I have the same experience. And this was around 4:30 which is supposedly a time when they’re not on lunch or closed.I was helped by “mai” who couldn’t ring me out. She switched me registers, ran around asking for help, looking lost the entire time, which only added to my frustration. Then when I asked a simple question about my medication she frantically searched for someone to answer my question. The pharmacist “song” just told me to read the bottle and told me to get back in line. He was rude and condescending. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The Manager is well aware of the Horrible Condition the Pharmacy is under.No matter what time of day you attempt to retrieve your prescription, you Have to stand in a line, while only 1 register is running.The last time I was there, 15 people were in line, and only 1 register open. One employee was obviously bored, she kept wandering around out on the floor and back, never carrying anything nor returning with anything.If you say anything you are treated as Hostile Customer !.....and the Whole Time, Never do you see a Manager, or does a Manager who is Trained to run a register actually Help !The Manager is the Problem !* A suggestion,Next time theres a Long Line, While Waiting, Demand the Manager to Appear and Do Their Job !!!

Want to say that it wasnt too bad but three people here had attitude and almost got k knocked the eff out.. LoL... negative people are annoying!

Pharmacy is the worst, since they never answer the phone and have the slowest drive thru there’s always a long line . Honestly wouldn’t recommend…….Wait time on the phone can be up to 45 min or even hours…. Sometimes the calls takes too long and the robot just ends the call …RIDICULOUS !!!!

This place is always well stocked. I always come here to buy my cereal and snacks and occasionally I come here for my natural vitamins and sometimes toiletries. The story is always clean and the employees are always happy to help. Parking lot is always clean as well. Thank you Walgreens!

Everything I pretty much needed I was able to find cashier was very courteous.

The pharmacy is so slow and took 2 weeks to get filled. Called and was on hold for over 45 minutes. Drove from chuckchansi casino to the Walgreens walked up to pharmacy and they finally answered. There response is they are busy. The automatic robot will call you and tell you your order has been delayed. 2 weeks later went back to the dr and they finally got the pharmacy to get it handled.

I do one hour photo a lot here and they are always friendly and fast and my pictures always come out looking great.

Im not going to say that this is the fastest or best stocked place Ive ever been to. But this is the only place where a pharmacist has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I appreciate that!

Always a joy to come here.... especially when they have the products you need in stock.

I love that I can stop here on my way to work before 5am. The free prints method gets me every time. I go in to pick up my free pictures thinking I will B line it out. That never happens, I always buy at least $10 worth of snack or drinks for work. If I had more time to shop I would probably spend more. I love how clean this store always is. The overnight cashier is always friendly and I did notice her picture on the wall for employee of the month in which she deserves for great customer service. No one really wants to work that shift especially at 24 hour store. I hope they continue to be 24 hours conveniently in my neighborhood.

The pharmacy has the slowest drive-through I have ever seen 1 car in front of and me and sit and wait 10 to 15 minutes then you get to the window and get to wait more. Then they say its not ready after they sent me a text that it was ready an hour before I got there

Expect the pharmacy to decide on their own whether to fill your prescriptions regardless of what your doctor tells them. After jumping through numerous hoops and getting exactly what they suggested was prescribed, they STILL wont fill the prescriptions. Horrible!!!

I like going to this Walgreens location because the staff members are consistently friendly, the store and bathrooms are always clean, the store is layed out where the items I need are easy to find and the store is conveniently located right across the street from Fig Garden Village. I, of course, love the Walgreens rewards program.

I love 5his store. I go there frequently. The only thing I do not like is the pharmacy. The constant reminders, which are frequently wrong are very annoying. Other than the pharmacy from A to,Z, it is a good store.

I only give 4 stars as oppose to 5 cause of the long long wait.By far the most friendly pharmacy I have been too. The pharmacist had some delays about my script being from where I used to live sense I recently moved to the area; but he called my old doc and cleared up any issues, The pharmacist was kind, patient and very understanding. He personally called me to let me know that my script was ready and apologized for the long protocol that it took to get filled. Good customer service .

Clean, well laid out, friendly and knowledgeable employees is how I would classify this store.

Love how this place is wheelchair-accessible. Staff is warm, kind and helpful.

We were told three times that the prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. It is so annoying to be lied to once but to be told it would be ready three different times and it wasnt three different times is enough to make us find a new pharmacy.

When I was trying to buy waters and other household items i was denine of using clipped coupon from the walgreens app. the first store clerk who i have the name. called the manager over and she said ok to the clipped coupon. so i went back and grab a couple more waters. after i came back this female clerk call her co worker over a guy. who lied straight to my face and told me they do not accept physical walgreens coupon and or scan off of the app/phone number. This place need to retrain their employees to know their policy.

Pharmacy, have some empathy for YOUR customers who actually pay more. Young lady that gave me incorrect info informed me another location had in stock what a waste of time as they didnt. Take time tocall for your customer that shows you actually care or pretend to. Could have saved me the time if she would have taken her time. Bad representation Walmart even knows that if you pay more for your meds you should get more. Long lines no thanks and next in line please. Thank you everyones time has value.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Every month i get a perscription here and they never have it ready like there supposed to even when we call it in!!! If you want nothing but trouble and a waste of your time go here. Seems like they dont understand there job at all!

Great place to get needs for a trip before sunrise. Clean and great variety. Downfall is the ridiculous prices for certain items.

Pharmacy waits are almost unbearable, staff don’t seem to care about the long waits and are not particularly kind. They often run out of selections and the pharmacy hours are no longer 24 hours. Pharmacy also often loses record of scheduled refills and forces customers to wait or come back later for pre-ordered refills. It’s really a joke.

Slow, apathetic. Prices are ridiculous. Target has a better selection, better prices, and are faster. Wont be back.

I didnt appreciate being followed around the store by an employee named Desiree. Never once did she greet me or ask if I needed assistance, and she was within 2 feet of me the entire time I was browsing the store. She even followed me up to the register. Where she ended up being my cashier. Even then she didnt ask if I found everything okay. Do you have your wellness card? In her unfriendly monotone voice was the only words that were said to me. I understand the need to monitor people, but hire some people in regular clothing to make it look like theyre just a creep.

Wouldnt order critical medication I had a prescription for because they just didnt feel like it, leaving my loved one in bad shape, and me scrambling to find it elsewhere

4.0 my ass!!! Dropped off the prescription at 3:00 p.m. she said it would be ready by 4:30 got here at 4:35 p.m. a Indian chick said that it wasnt ready and it would be ready in 15 minutes.Now its 508 p.m. and Ive been waiting in a 5 car line.Car before me decided to have one of their kids go get Subway which is across from Walgreens. The kid picked his food and got back in the car. Since that time Im sure that they finished their meal because thats how long its taking in this vehicle drive up line.And I thought Kaiser was bad, I was wrong.

Their prices are crazy expensive. Especially for medications. Not worth paying these prices. There are never enough people in the pharmacy.
