I love the girls in the pharmacy they were with you really fast and great people not like the one in Fresno Street rite aid then never answer the phone

Im very, very unsatisfied with the pharmacy - performance and staff are unacceptable! I tried to have my prescriptions filled a little early for the holiday weekend, I was told by my HMO that it would allow me to get my pills ahead of time, due to the holiday weekend but a *itch at the pharmacy argued with me about it and insisted that I wait until Sunday. Now, it is Sunday, I was just told that I might have to wait until after 3:00! I had plans for this weekend but I had to cancel! Im not allowed to have plans. The poor pharmacist is working by herself today and cant get to my prescription. Why isnt it ready? The whole fing 3-4 days wasnt enough time for them to take care of me?!

This place is located down town Fresno and they will not even let customers use the restroom. This is what we have come to in a world of pandemic situations and the homeless asking for help.

Great customer service they all know my name and my husband name. They treat us like friends. They ask how Im doing because Im found through cancer. We love that store also we love our pharmacists

A “man” named James , employee of this store is nefarious. He doesn’t let customers buy the things the costumer asks for, because he says that if it finished it will sell tomorrow. This is really crude. But I tell you, James that I already report you to your superiors.

Cashier was very friendly, but I had an item that was marked $10.99 on shelf along with one other, she asked another employee to go check. The other employee said it was in the correct spot marked $14.99, um liar. It really bothered me that she straight lied and made me look like the liar. I shop there often and this is the only bad experience Ive had.

Service is always good I have never had any complaints. And I usually am able to find what I need, in an out!

I see they rather hire people that have diplomas but lack customer service! They clearly have no people skills once so ever and they are extremely rude . Rite aid needs to pay more attention to who they hire! I wish Walgreens never discontinued my medical I loved them...thats REAL customer service over there!

Worse drive thru pharmacy had me waiting for an hour or even longer, the least they could’ve done was come out and tell us their going to be operating a little slow but nope, they continue to stand there and do whatsoever they are doing and which is continue to have customers wait for a long period of time, hire more employees if that’s what they need but overall terrible place in my opinion

Whoever is working right now is so rude. Its 7:10pm on Dec.17th. Went in with the kids to get ice cream. The man at the front told us the person who could serve us ice cream will be back at 7 which was 15min away. We waiting til 7. 7 comes around nobody came. We still patiently waited. 7:10 comes around and he finally said they didnt come back from their break and he help us after he cleared the line. So he couldve helped us the 25 min prior when he didnt have not a single person in line. This man blatantly lied to us that he couldnt get the kids ice cream for reasons i dont even know. Will not be going back. Loyal customer lost

Pharmacy needs more employees desperately. Theyve got the budget for it. The current staff have way too much on their plates. Theyre decent, but the same employees could be great if they werent so overwhelmed. Not to mention people might get their meds on time.

Would give a -10. No starsCalled at 10am to pick up my prescriptions and they told me it will be ready within an hour. Went to go pick up my prescriptions at 11:30am and they told me to either come back after an hour or wait inside for an hour. And so I told them that Ive already called ahead of time and that theyve already told me it would be ready within an hour.So the young girl talked to the pharmacist and then told us to come inside Walgreens and wait another 10min and it will be ready.As we waited, I understood exactly why my prescriptions were not ready after an hour and a half. These people are extremely lazy and slower than a snail. All they do is gossip about celebrities breaking up with who and who is dating who. Then the workers families came over and the workers stopped what they were doing and talked to each other about what to eat for lunch or dinner. Wow.I did NOT appreciate the services from this pharmacy at all.All I got to say is If you do not want your prescriptions, come here. But if you do, DO NOT come to this trashy place.

The pharmacy needs a total rehire or retraining or something. My mom has 5 prescriptions that she takes. She calls her prescriptions in 2-3 days in advance and they NEVER have all of them when she picks them up. Last week she called them in, and they didnt have one. They told her to come back in an hour. She did, and they still werent ready. Had to wait an additional 3 hours. This is ridiculous. My advice, dont wait until you are out of your meds to fill your prescriptions here. Get them in advance or go to another pharmacy.

I always had great service here but had multiple bad delivery service ... When I report delivery guy didnt show up with my meds, he says he has, not true but they believe his word automatically... I wonder why, hes got more reason to lie then the client... Anyways Im glad I dont need their delivery service anymore.

Had to buy hypodermic needles for diabetic alcoholic----pharmacist made it a point to not touch my hand as if I was some how up to something nefarious. The guy needs to be retrained in customer service and drug and alcoholic treatment. Will never shop at rote aid again.

I love the service at Rite Aid Pharmacy, cause for me its so smooth... I just order request thru the phone a day before; the voice machine gives me options on the picking up time; I pick my own time, and the following day, im ready to go pick up my prescription medication bottles without waiting to long...Its quick service: for me its in & out...I give it a A+ ! ...... Love the Service! :) Bouncing out...

The worst experience I’ve ever had EMILY THAO the “manager” is horrible my son is terribly sick an just asking for directions she had a attitude and kept talking you guys really need to rearrange your staff I’m definitely calling corporate unexceptional I’ve never been so disrespected ever in my life I’m in shock all bad reviews should tell you something please rehire this is sooooo bad

Listing does not specify that pharmacy has different hours than the store itself. Have had more than one occasion where I was turned away 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time by the security guard. Rite Aid is a good business, just this location has some customer service issues.

Staff is rude and they talk about customers after they leave. Always a big line waiting to check out. Asked for help looking for something and I got a dirty look from an employee.

Good prices on cigarettes but we have had a few issues with pharmacy.

Pharmacy service is slow and inefficient, they always take already all day to fill my phone in prescription. And the counter service is slow and very inept. I have had better service at other Rite Aid stores.

They used to be really good and helpful but I dont know what happen now their really rude!

Pharmacy department is the worst place I have ever been to they have nothing compared to Walgreens they had mine really ID number incorrect they had the wrong medication and to top the manager refused to speak to me.... Never again!!! Will I go there!!THEY ARE THE WORSE PHARMACY EVER!! AND ANTHONY AND the INDIAN GUY suckar are the worse liers in there!!!!

I went to get ice cream today and I ordered a pint of ice cream with two different flavors. They got my order wrong. My husband was soooo dissapointed... next time I will go to Baskin Robins.l there I know they will do right....

Every single time there is an issue delaying by hours our prescriptions.

In and out of store, it meets my needs!

Apparently it is now the policy at this location to send a staff member in to monitor customers while using the restroom..... incredibly awkward.

Nobody works there!! theres only two employees at night and the Lines can get super long. Super slow. If youre in a hurry avoid this place.
