Outside of the store are great looking with a parking lot packed with cars. It is located at a decent shopping center for authentic asian food. The store need to be filled up with more items... There are too many empty shelves not fill with item. The store mainly focus on cosmetic and medication/medicine; However it is one of the best quick stop to grab some snack before you heading to Yosemite National Park.

Very rude staff and management staff, they do not acknowledge their customers, when you approach them with a question its as if you are bothering them, today I had a management staffer ring me up he spoke so low you couldnt hear him period granted he had on a mask but not everyone can hear clearly when masks are being worn.....when I asked him to repeat himself he rolled his eyes, he already had attitude....the people at this store are very unprofessional no people skills and in dire need of training in customer service. If I could give a ZERO I would!!!

Only went because valley childrens sent us at 3am since it was the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. We dont live in fresno so we dont know that 24 hour pharmacy take lunch at 315am my husband walked in to ask about my sons inhaler before we left town. He was met with attitude and was told that he should know they go to lunch at 315 for him to return at 4. Its in a nice area but the one experience we had with the pharmacy unfortunately I wouldnt want to return to this cvs.

I have Kaiser insurance and came here after hours. Seems like I was inconveniencing these people by stopping buy. Said they didnt have one of my medications so handed me all 4 of my scripts back. Wouldnt recommend this place honestly. Kaiser needs a 24 hour pharmacy..Dont waste your time.. They didnt have 2/4 of my medications that I needed..

This particular CVS offers vaccination shots right in the Pharmacy walk-in are call stays open 24/7 which is convenient for those of us who needs medication or take medication you can also have it delivered to you sign up for automatic refills get text alerts when your medication is ready refill RX on the phone if youre getting narcotics you have to have ID. Freeways are close by

Had major abdominal surgery in Fresno, there are no hospital near where I live. Went to fill a prescription for pain pills at this CVS, was told they were out of stock and wouldnt be getting anymore for a week. Called the doctor and had the prescription sent to my home town; insurance denied the claim as CVS had recorded the prescription as already filled, even though they were out of stock. Every time I cough, sneeze or breath deep I hate this CVS more and more.

Should have read reviews on this place before trying to get some prescriptions filled. Two out three people I encountered here were terribly rude and incompetent. One young blond women here was a real gem. And by gem I mean super unprofessional. Stay away as other reviewers have said. You have been warned.

The only reason I gave it one star is because it was the only way I can post that being said they dont even deserve one star. Warning to all on maintenance drugs (For pain management) do not under any circumstances get your prescription filled here I have been coming here for a very long time to get my needed medication and it was usually ready with maybe an occasional hitch. Then it started to get worse and with lame excuses. Now I am ending all prescriptions with this terrible unprofessional pharmacy. Reason being they are dragging on ordering my needed medication I know how pharmacies work I am a former pharmacy tech. I know full well that they can order it and have it come ASAP. I advise EVERYONE to stay away from this so called pharmacy

Horrible!!! Goodness these people are so lazy! They told us that medicine would be done in an hour, we come back three hours later tells us the same thing. My wife told her you just literally just said that 3 hours ago and she saids we only have 3 people working and we’re behind…. Mind you my wife’s works at a cvs and they have 1 tech and the pharmacist sometimes. Haha these people are a joke! Got our medicine transferred to pharmacy where my wife works.They told us the medicine would be done in 10 mins! Goodness! Never again.

This place is the worst place to get your medicine from the pharmacy is slow and the women at the window might be the reason .. it aint just one Ive been helped by all dont get anything done

I switch to CVS because of insurance issues and it has been a nightmare ever since, all I want is my prescription to be filled. Thats what their job is. Ive kept my cool but they are very rude and frustrating. I dont want to even give them one star but I wanted to give them a review.

Bad experience ever!!! I never been to a pharmacy where they loose your prescription medication 💊 who does that especially at a pharmacy where there suppose to be professional...very bad experience will not be going back to this location so people beware about this place so un organized and un professional 👎👎👎

Their pharmacy is terrible. The wait is forever. One time they told us our prescription was ready on the app, we got there a day later, and they gave it away to someone else instead and took the pills from MY prescription and added it to theirs, even though mine was already filled, then told me I would have to wait over a week before they got more. I was in severe dental pain, and was suffering majorly.One time the dentist prescribed me Norco for my dental pain too. 30 tabs. They filled it for 12 tabs because thats all they had they said (later on), and put two refills on the bottle. I realized it later on, wait.... narcotics cant be refilled. So they AT FIRST tell me that was all they had, THEN changed their story within minutes to the doctor only wanted us to fill it for 12 pills. Guess what? I talked to my dentists office THREE times, and all three times they confirmed the dentist wanted them to fill it for the 30 tabs not 12, otherwise he only would have written it for 12. The people at my dentists office on the phone even went to go confirm with the dentist, and he said no he never told them to fill it for only 12. So the pharmacists are also liars.NOW, I just had my vets office call in a prescription for my dog to them, because she has seizures. The girl calls us back to give an update from the vets office. Says she was on HOLD for 45 minutes, they picked up then hung up on her. Thats a doctors office too that they hung up on. Imagine being just a patient? The pharmacists tend to be rude there too. Not helpful. If you have a problem with a medication, they ask YOU to call the doctor. Even though the doctors office will need to talk to the pharmacist anyways, and we cant just hand the phone over, so they will tell us to have the pharmacist call them anyways. How does a pharmacist not know this?! Especially for controlled substances.

There is a USAA ATM inside the store. Unfortunately that ATM does not take deposits for USAA accounts.We found everything else we needed there.My friend uses the pharmacy drive-thru. It is usually a very quick process. All of the pharmacists seem friendly and ready to help. We highly recommend this CVS.

EDIT: I wish i could rate the same store twice because i once again called the pharmacy and was on hold 4 separate times all for longer than 45 minutes before i hang up and try again, there isn’t even an attempt to answer the phone, worst pharmacy on the planet.DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HEREmost trash service from any pharmacy ever, if you have the disservice of being there in person you can listen to the phone ring the entire time while your waiting, so don’t even try to call ahead, i was ignored on hold for about 25 minutes 4 different times in one day, repeatedly we’ve been told our prescriptions were ready and they either get it wrong or straight up don’t have it filled or even close. if for some reason you have to come to this location plan on atleast a 45 minute process and a 50% chance that you actually leave with the correct medicine. it’s complete disorganization and i wouldn’t trust these people to fill a prescription for my dog.

Live 40 miles away but needed to discard expired medications. Went to this CVS as they were listed to accommodate. “OUT OF ORDER”. I tried to call before coming. Phone # listed didn’t work. Squelch!!!! No restroom! Went to make purchase, I think it was manager was rude and not helpful. Put my items down and left. No purchase. Before leaving I politely informed mgr that phone was on squelch (like fax). He didn’t seem interested. Lousy store. I shop at CVS in Prather, CA. Excellent customer service. UPDATE YORU INFORMATION. just drove so far out of my way because it says this CVS is 24 hours and I needed something immediately. drove all the way there and they’re closed. THEYRE NOT 24 HOURS AND I DROVE OVER HERE FOR NO REASON. UPDATE YOUR HOURS

If it was possible, I would give this pharmacy zero stars. The clerk Daisy is rude and confrontational. They had our rx and days to fill it. It WAS filled, but they fouled up the insurance billing. The hospital called the rx in. There should have been zero co-pay. Because of their mistake, the patient had to pay the entire cost. We waited for 2 1/2 hours for them to fix the problem, then, they lost the already filled rx. They wanted us to pay a second time! Seriously? The entire time, the clerk was glaring at us. I spoke to the store manager, nothing. Daisy also said that they dont carry the medication that was prescribed. We went to a second pharmacy, they called CVS and verified that they indeed had it in stock. I am a retired ER nurse of 35 years. I have NEVER seen such rediculous behavior, disregard for the patient and out-right dishonesty. It was like speaking to stubborn toddlers. So sad. Good luck if youre stuck with them.

I have been going to this cvs for a long time. When I needed my norcos after surgery they wouldn’t give it to me all of a sudden I’m “not on file”. But yet they have there own ppl stealing the medications. I’d give you POS -5.

Great place to not get anything you need. My Dr called in the prescription 8 times within a 24hr span and they said the never received anything and once when he called it in front of me. Walgreens For Me from now on!

This is my go to pharmacy due to helpful staff, and the fact its open 24/7. The weekends the pharmacy is filled with elderly who have tons of perscriptions and questions for the Pharmacists. Week nights it can also be packed but I think they have more staff on these days. They are really good at fixing prescriptions and faxing doctors in a timely manner. No complaints here. I also like that if you call them about a prescription question they are quick to answer it for you.

Takes so long to get on the phone just to see if they had a medicine. I went to the store and there was a long line. I waited 30 minutes in line and on phone. This store needs knew staff. I got there and I overheard the phone saying “9 pharmacy calls”. I called the non pharmacy part and they said that they would transfer me. After waiting a few minutes I called them again and they said there was not anything that they could do. I even asked if they could get up and tell them to. They said they can only transfer me. When I got up at the register, I told them why weren’t they answering their calls, and they say that they are not allowed to. They didn’t even have the item I wanted.

They are very rude and they take for ever. I call around 4pm and told me my medicine was going to be ready at 7pm. I went and they said it wasnt ready. So I waited for 2 hours just to tell me that they didnt have itThat they need to ordered. Like for reals?? They have really bad services.

It is so convenient to have stores that do not close. Last minute holiday shopping was done here and workers were happy to serve, even with it being Christmas Day. The prices are very expensive, but the seasonal clearance aisle is great.

Took my pain prescription in and lady said okay 30 mins wait time to fill it. I come back to pick it up then I get told by pharmacist she cant fill it because she only has 5 pills. They shouldve told me this 30 mins ago. I just wasted my time here. Never coming back again.

The Asian pharmacist doesnt know what she is doing and she is very rude she is hard to understand because of her strong accent, Bryan the pharmacist is very smart and Knows what he is doing and gets you out the door fast.

Didn’t even have my inhaler in stock, which is a pretty average inhaler, and tells me they won’t have it for another 3 days. The girl in her mid 20s working at 10pm on 3/14/18 was rude and unpleasant with a horrible disposition. I will not return here.

Worst pharmacist ever, Mitch Nitta! (Btw, I curse you!) Im currently out of state, my mom who doesnt speak English, is visiting family, and lost her medication on her flight. I called him to transfer the prescription and politely ask for 1 or 2 day COURTESY supply of her blood pressure pill but he demands for a payment! She has no money on her at the moment, and her insurance doesnt cover out of network (state) pharmacies! I will be sending her medication express to her ASAP. But he rather let her die basically! Im a pharmacy technician at cvs for over 9 years so Im very familiar with the courtesy policy! I have worked with so many pharmacist but have never seen such a horrible, heartless, evil, selfish, greedy pharmacist. I asked for his managers number, which all pharmacist have, and he lied to me he dont have it. Trust me, corporate will not hear the end of this!

Worst pharmacy EVER!! I always have a problem with my daughters seizures prescriptions every freakin month. One of her seizure meds is never in stock and has to be ordered so i order that prescription refill at least 4 days before she runs out to give them enough time to order it. Sure enough, i call them to check on the status of her prescription and it hasnt even been ordered!!! Happens almost every month. Definitely going to switch pharmacies soon because seizures meds arent something my daughter can miss a dose of because they have incompetent workers.
