Never had a bad experience!!! Love the front desk people. And the dentist is amazing !!!! They are great with all ages. I have a 10, 4 and 1 year old.

Dr. K is truly amazing! Since the first visit he made my daughters and I comfortable and is always very patient. I do feel his diagnosis is accurate and he isn’t just adding things that aren’t needed. We did have a hiccup with scheduling, but Dr. K personally took care of it which did show that although sometimes we can feel like a number he really does care. Wish I could give 5 stars but not completely sold with the staff...was contemplating changing doctors but my daughter is comfortable with Dr. K and which 4 year old says they actually like their dentist?

Really disappointed, my kids have gone to this dentist for years. I called today because I need to get my 3 year in for broken front teeth.I have had missed appointments due to insurance changes. I called, the front lady told me I am no longer allowed make appointments for my children. I was NOT aware that this would happen. I have never been informed. Then she continues to tell me that she can make a emergency appointment for youngest who has broken front teeth. To only continue to tell me that, she can not guarantee that she will be even seen or any treatment will take place.

My daughter has always been deathly afraid of the dentist. However she needed to have a little work done (fillings). She cried and cried and was making this so difficult. A previous dentist office was so impatient with her and refused to allow her the time to calm down. This lead to the switch to My Kids Dentist. The first visit, Dr. K and his great staff spent over an hour just calming her down. Their patience resulted in my daughter building trust with them and FINALLY allowing the work to be done . I cannot say enough kind words about this office and recommend them with more than the five stars that are currently showing. Dr. K is a true pediatric dentist taking the time needed with children to change their preception of the dentist. My daughter looks forward to seeing him now.

Honestly I have been coming here since my baby was 10 months old due to her hitting her tooth & pushing it back in . She was fine & okay after our visit . I always have the best visits with my baby . Buuuuut as far as the receptionist they have a “new girl” (to me she is new idk how long she’s been here) I come in today for a visit & my daughter is getting nitro (paying out of pocket) done so I asked her for the nitro does she need it like she’ll be having drilling done & she responds “sooooo thheee nitro is foooor the shooot she will be getting” ( & I’m unaware how the process is) so I continue to tell her “okay well I didn’t know but here’s my money” I have never experienced rude customer service here but besides her the nurses & dentist are ahhhhmazing !!!!

I regret ever starting treatment here! I moved towards the end of my treatment and told the office, without telling me they sent my account straight to collections. Then what they said was outstanding Was different than what I agreed to in the beginning. Every time I call and speak to someone they are unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would
