Wow! such a great experience for our first visit on 08/23/21 at All Smiles in Fresno. The staff was great! They were very welcoming and friendly especially Elizabeth who works at the front desk. Dr. Shahla Satary was very nice and informative. She made us feel right at home as if we were a friend. She has great knowledge, skills, excellence, and the experience in the dentistry field. She recognizes other past dentistry work and informs us with options and her honest options. My father is elderly, and hard of hearing; English is not his native language, and he has always fought going to the dentist. By any standard, he is not an easy patient. My family and I have been long time patients at this office. over the years. i have seen how many employees come and go. at first i thought maybe its just the employee but over time it makes you wonder. each time things change there our experience has been getting worse. Im starting to think i should take my family elsewhere for dental care. the staff in the front isnt friendly and the assistant in the back are rude. doctor and staff doesnt communicate and from time to time nobody knows what procedure needs to be done. we get a treatment plan but when the time comes for service everything changes and financially some people are not prepare for that. the doctor always talk about putting charges on our credit cards or doing care credit. but not everybody can just stack up bills for unnecessary procedure; adding on treatment. its time to move onto a better office thats focused on their patients and not just their pockets.

I had an extremely great experience at this location. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. The location is easy to find and is decorated well. I have already recommended them to several friends and family.The only problem I had was some of the staff did over step some boundaries. I know they came from a very caring and concerned standpoint however, it is not their job to encourage patients to get off of medications that are not related to the dentist visit. I have a full medical team that is assisting me on my health and the medications that I am on and I should not have to defend or explain the educated decisions I have made for my own health. Again, they came from a caring place but it is outdated thinking and not founded in any current medical practices. Other than this I am impressed with the team at this location.

I generally have a good experience with Dr. Satary. I have been seeing her on and off since I was 15 years old, and I am now 28 years old. Only thing I would tell new customers is to have decent insurance! Thankfully, once she stopped taking Media-cal, she took me on as cash customer and gave me a small discount also because I had been seeing her for so long. Now, however, I have dental insurance through my current job so it makes things much easier on me to pay.

Although I have only recently started visiting All Smiles Dental, they have already made me feel like family. Even in this short time, they have gotten to know me by name. As soon as I walk in the door, I am greeted warmly by the Dr. and each one of her staff. Everyone working there is always friendly and professional. Furthermore, they all go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and well-taken care of. Most people dread going to the dentist, and I admit I used to be one of those people. Now, after getting to know everyone at All Smiles, I actually look forward to my visits. Not only are the dental services stellar and the staff very informative—I always leave knowing more than when I arrived— but the customer service is just as excellent. Upon arrival Front Desk staff was very welcoming. Throughout my X-rays the medical assistant asked multiple times how I was doing. In her doing so I felt my nervousness drop. Dr. Satary reviewed my X-rays in detail. Also she completed my cleaning. I never felt any pain. Nor did I feel she was trying to upsell at any point. I had to mention because I’ve experienced with another dentist. The office is very clean.I highly recommend Dr. Satary at All Smiles Dental.

My positive experience didn’t begin when I sat in the chair, but when I called to setup the appointment. Due to some tooth pain I needed to find a dentist ASAP. The receptionist was friendly, compassionate & understanding. She found a prompt & convenient appointment for me and my wife as well. To save time I was able to complete & submit my new patient application online via their website - super convenient. When I arrived for my appointment the Dr & her staff did not disappoint. I was impressed by their efficiency & hospitality. My exam revealed I needed a root canal....oh no! Knowing that I was in pain the Dr. even moved somethings around in her schedule to get me in again. The first phase of the procedure went splendid. The only discomfort I felt was keeping my mouth open for the duration of procedure. I was so comfortable that I even dozed off a few times. I don’t know about you but that deserves a 5-star rating.Phase 2 is scheduled we’ll see how that goes. But if it continues to go this well Dr. Satary & her staff will get another 5-star review from me.

Honestly, great dental experience!!! After a 9 year avoidance of the dentist SNR made me feel comfortable and not guilty for lack of dental hygiene. They explained my dental health and explained how to improve my dental health; without a guilt trip and with respect. This place is well worth a visit!!!

Weve been coming to see Dr. Satari for over 2 years now. Ive never had any complaints with the services provided. Dr. Satary takes her time in doing the dental work and always EXPLAINS clearly the procedures and/or questions Ive had. Toothaches are painful and intangible and you dont want to be experiencing that because it will interfere with your busy schedule. Not a single incident since kids and I have came here. Compared to our last dentists, there is never waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes, plus the fact that there are only a few chairs indicates that she does NOT BUNCH a great number of appointments closely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL FAMILIES.

I am so glad I found this great office. Dr. Satary and her staff are the best in the dental profession, I had been looking for a Dentist due to needing my wisdom teeth removed and am very glad I found Dr. Satary, when I went for my appointment I was very nervous, but the staff at SNR Dental made me feel very comfortable and at ease. After my visit I felt great and decided to go with Invisalign to straighten my teeth, I am very glad I made that decision and look forward to going to seeing my new smile when I finish.
