I called to make my first appointment and they got me in the same day. The front desk staff are always friendly and know me by first name basis every time I walk in. Dr.Solano is very friendly with an upbeat attitude and the hygienist is also very friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable each time. They also make it very convenient to reach them via text if needed. I don’t write reviews much, but since I went by reviews to find this place, I’d like to spread the word!

Don’t trust the 5 star reviews - they give you a $5 Starbucks gift card only if you leave a 5 star review, and they enter you in a raffle for an electric toothbrush.Cons:-They reschedule your appointment without your consent-You’ll leave with a drilled out cavity and no filling-Rude staffMy first experience was good, but I had to edit my old review after Dr. Valencia left without telling me he was done with the procedure. The front staff (also rude) lady came back and said I could go. I left with cotton still in my mouth and an UNFILLED CAVITY. It was drilled, and NOT filled. When I went back in to ask question about another tooth I was told the doctor was at lunch and I had another cavity and I could be seen again so I could ask questions. So they “found”? another cavity to bill so I could see the doctor who was in fact, not at lunch (There are glass windows - come on). The only things good in that place are Maria and Nikki. They know what they’re doing, and Nikki especially has great knowledge and put on my crown perfectly.They reschedule your appointments without your consent, we received texts and calls confirming an appointment for a different time than we originally set. And when we said that wasn’t the time, the staff rudely said the doctor needed to see us earlier - or there was a procedure and they had to reschedule mine - DONT OVERBOOK and you won’t have this problem.

Great experience. Norma was very attentive during the deep cleaning. Always asked if I was OK and if I needed any more numbing gel for my gums to raise my hand!

From the first visit til now, I have had the best experience! The staff is amazing and everyone there made me feel as comfortable as possible. I have recommended to friends and family! Dr. Solano has been the best, I have been to!

I get so much anxiety going to the dentist. Maria, one of Dr Valencia’s assistants literally treats me as if I were her own daughter. Dr Valencia is amazing & so caring of all his patients. Ana in the front remembered my name on only my 2nd visit, impressive! Definitely recommend, thank you for your services :)

I was so scared at first, and now I feel like I have known them forever! This place is super amazing! As you arrive you are greeted by the ladies in the front desk, they are so sweet yet professional ! The doctor wont proceed unless he knows exactly what you need. I hadnt had any dental work in over ten years and they were so helpful. The doctor and Maria are super great and very attentive also my Hygienist Norma is so great, so thorough and explains every single thing she does. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend them! Id give them 10 stars if I could!

Every time I visit I am informed on what procedures I will be going through. The waiting is short and the staff are very caring. Dr. Valencia and Maria alway make sure I am comfortable and check up on me during their work on my teeth.

I have been taking my son to see the Orthodontist office for two years. They always found a way to bring him in around our busy schedule. Even after the pandemic the staff continued to work with us through the hurdles of getting visits back on track. The countless efforts made by Xochilt the Office Manager is commendable. They show team work, I will continue to recommend their office to friends and family.

Got my braces done here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, when I lost my retainers they were extremely helpful and got me scheduled in right away! I would recommend to get your ortho, dentist appointments. The waits are not long at all!

Highly recommended. Dr Valencia did an awesome job with my crowns and explain the process. Maria is a very professional RDA who convinced me to get a deep cleaning. Norma did a great job and wasn’t a painful procedure. Best dentist office I been too.

The doctor is good and helpful, however his office staff is horrible. They schedule you to come in for a cleaning and then when you get to the office the hygienist is off or out to lunch. They are also very snotty.

I went somewhere else and got excellent service I will never come here to smile care they are ripping people off. Dont go here .

I fear the dentist. With my entire soul.But the team at GVS is absolutely awesome. Office staff is great, friendly, and efficient. Dentist was great. HUGE shoutout to the hygienist, Francisco. Not only does he establish great rapport with patients, but he is competent, attends to detail, has a gentle touch, and his work is absolutely astounding! If you’ve got anxiety about dental work, definitely make your way over to GVS!

To start off. Its really difficult to find a place were you are treated well. And not just well, but truly cared for. Before SmileCare I was seen by a high end dentist in Clovis. Office was topped off with the whole works, prestigious furniture and technology. But the staff and dentist were detached from the clients, they were cold and to the point. After my experience there, I was weary to try another dentistry.The only three words that come to mind (to describe this SmileCare) are;1. Welcoming,2. Caring, and lastly3. Retro.The staff here in this SmileCare do truly care about how you are feeling during the procedures. Dental hygienis, Norma is a sweetheart. I told her about my anxiety over needles, and how I tend to get lightheaded and even faith. Norma sat and listened to me 😊. Not only did I feel heard, but also cared for. She worked slowly while numbing me, and made sure to pay attention to my body signals. Amazing!Lastly, the place has a retro feel to it, its not a high topped dentistry. But if your anything like me, and love anything with a nostalgia feel. Then this place is right for you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First visit to SmileCare and I was very pleased. The hygienist Norma was great!!! She explained everything that she was going to do and gave me info on dental care. Dr. Mangat was kind and very thorough when discussing my treatment plan with me. I left feeling informed and my teeth feel amazing!!! My wife and I came to the dentist after a long time. We were nervous but the Dr. and staff made us feel welcome. Dr. explained everything we needed and answered all our questions. We definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist.

I am truly terrified of the dentist, but i knew i had to find a dentist. I began googling and came across Smile Care. My first visit was very pleasant. I have know had to caps replaced and my first deep cleaning. I honestly say Ive been pain free. With the deep cleaning I have no pain but discomfort. I love this dentist, other doctors and staff. I recommended several family members and they are pleased.

Staff are always generous and smiling. Very informational on any questions I may have. The place is always clean and very chill environment. Would recommend to family and friends.

To cut a long story short, I spent money at this place. I needed to see my progress note because of the billing statement I received from LA. I wanted to know what I was billed for, then I would pay it off if I saw the tangible evidence that I had to pay. I addressed the problem on the phone, and in person. You had many excuses not to release those documents to me. You protected and loved-my dental records, unwillingly to give me a copy. I didnt give you a hard time, but all I wanted was to see my records to give me some light. Instead, you didnt face me...Sent my bill to a collection agency didnt work in my universe. You give me your services; therefore, I pay you. If you cant prove it, then it doesnt exist. I came forward and I talked to you like a normal human being. The manager was always somewhere else. Remember, I traveled several hours to solve the issue. I left my phone number and name. Instead, you sent all kinds of bullshits to me, wanting to get paid for something you couldnt prove to me. You had no balls to be in the business world. Poor communication and problem-solution skills.But you taught me a valuable lesson...Never ever screw your clients.So, you have boosted my idea of valuing integrity. It does matter.

Smile Care Fresno has given me my smile back! I walked with tons of issues and very distressed over the entire situation. felt overwhelmed with not being able to smile or talk for the matter. The staff including my dentist have gone above and beyond to helping me get my smile back. The entire staff is so caring and I feel like Angela (office gal) and I are like pals. They have worked with me so much and continue working with me. My dentist sat down and gave me an action plan and saved my teeth and managed somehow to make me look better then before!! THANKS GUYS!!

Root canal. Three shots. 10 minutes. In and out. Very painless. Nothing like I expected. The doctor was very cool Horst Dziura DDS , yet very professional. It was done so fast and painless. I came here just for a cleaning and I was not happy with what I paid for. No cavities but they did say I was at risk for gum disease and had to clean it. They offered me a $89 electric toothbrush and by the time I walked out I paid almost $500.... and thats with insurance! Friendly staff and nice people but I think the prices are high when other places might offer you a cheaper value, but then again I was told (by them) that they stay up to the most up to date technology and processes. I wouldnt recommend it but it was a OK experience.

I cant believe they have such good reviews lol 2 times theyve tried to schedule my brother an appointment for work he had done on his previous visit? Also, weve gone to one of his appointments that THEY scheduled only to go in and have then tell us he had no appointment. So they obviously dont keep the patient records up to date. For the past 3 days when my mom calls to schedule my brother an appointment they tell her theyll call her right back...they havent. If it were my choice we would have switched dentists.

They would schedule me for my ortho appointment but will not have me on the schedule and telling me that I had missed my appointment. When I was just there in April! I am so upset at this staff, they need to restaff again! Dont even have my right chart. Smilecare you have one job and that was to provide service and you failed miserably at it.Please do look at other ortho option; do not waste your money at this place.
