Miscommunication like crazy. They took the 3rd x-ray for my son teeth. I ran around town just for a consolation when I was promised that they was going to fix my son teeth. My fault. Next time call ahead of time to make sure if your child teeth are going to be repaired or is it going to be a consolation. Damn shame.I cleaned up their magazine area noe the office looks nice. But way too many books though.

Zabihi is unprofessional dr. She only care about her time and work for number of patients at the same time, to collect more money. She does not care about your time or your necessities. You can spend more than 3 hours for a session that could be done in other dr offices for half hour. Working with multiple patients reduce the efficiency for her. I have always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Zabihi and her staff put me at ease and were considerate of my feelings and went out of there way to make my experience pleasant I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The more frequent of a patient you are the more wait times you have to wait. Its only quick and easy when youre new.

I love her, she is such a great doctor, Friendly, clean environment, I always have had a bad experience with my dentists, but she is great, it doesnt hurt and I am not scared anymore when i go to a dentist.The office is clean, staff is friendly , Talkative, Clear on what they are doing, Give you choices when i comes to make decisions.

They always take forever

I am called for 15 min and no one answers they told me to arrive 15 min before my appointment but no one is at the reception I am talking and they do not answer, I suppose they are at lunch because it is their lunch time but still they have to put a meter that says they are at lunch and yet there must be someone at the reception for calls.
