This place is officially my go-to dental care place! The staff are super friendly! Every experience with them is great. I just got my two top wisdom teeth pulled out and it did not hurt at all, compared to a previous experience for my bottom two teeth at a different dental office where they numbed my entire face and did not check up on me and did not do suture in the holes, leading to a bacterial infection. Here, the doctor made sure to do suture and close my wounds, using the correct amount of anesthesia. The healing process was quick and the staff made sure to check in on me. I felt very cared for and assured. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely come back here. Thank you! Highly recommend this place!

He is always very concerned about our dental care, and just recently was at a town in Napa Valley and was in emergency situation and he set me up with another Dentist friend of his for pain relief and x-rays sent to him until I could get back in town. Ive been to dental visits in other dental offices where Ive been given information and felt scolded. Dr. Avkian was very patient with me and he understood my entire situation for why being away from dentist for almost 12 years but I didnt even feel that I had a tooth extraction until he told me that he was done!. They answer any questions or concerns that I may have as well as sending out appointment reminders up to a few days before my appointment which is very helpful! The waiting room and actual office are very clean as well! I also really appreciate their COVID precautions that ensured both my safety as well as the staffs’.

Wonderful staff and the Dr is fantastic. I never have to wait for very long in their office and precautions were taken due to Covid-19. I just finished an implant procedure which included building up my bone density first. It was well worth the 8 month wait from starting the bone buildup process until the finishing product of the crown! I knew what was happening the entire process and was called after each step was completed to make sure I was doing okay. The only surprises were pleasant ones! I absolutely love this office!

Wonderful staff greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. The dentist and his assistant are always gentle and looking out for me when Im in the examination seat. I dont have to be worried or tense when I come here for my dental check up.

I give it 1 star because the front desk was so nice and very helpful. The help in the back was talking to me about everything that was going to happen and very understand. Now I give the dentist himself 👎👎👎👎👎 I went in for a broken tooth back in October 2018 and he mentioned the overall work that he would like to do. It sound amazing Im all for it however he ignored everything that I was saying. He kept on hurting me and when I told him that he then said your fine and then making jokes of my pain while I was sitting on the chair still. Not professional at all. I was on time for my appointment today (January 3rd 2019) ready to pull my broken tooth and sad to say he took out my 3yr old fillings and replaced them with new ones. He said since hes running behind thats all he can do. So I left with new fillings (that I didnt really care for now at this moment) and a broken tooth. I hope that this was helpful to whomever that is considering this dentist. For me I have been very patient with this broken tooth and I for one needs a dentist that listens.

Gave three stars because of the staff and doctor were very thorough and professional. However, when I went in I was told I would need two fills and a cleaning. I have had the same insurance for years, they quoted me 500$ out of pocket for these 2 things to be done??? Never have a I ever had to pay anywhere close to that much for routine dental work. I went to my original dental provider (before I gave this one a shot) and they were shocked I was told that I would have to pay that much out of pocket. 40$ is what they told me my “copay” would be (which is normal) at their office to get the fill and cleaning done. Called their office spoke to Mercedes and she started going over different avenues I can take which we’re not at all explained to me at the time of visit. Cancelled and won’t be back. Thank goodness I never paid 500$ out of pocket when it was not needed.

Horrible accounting process, caught them in so many lies I lost count. Sent me a bill for $170 a year after the work was done and they blamed the insurance company, first lie, never was this an insurance claim. Staff is completely devoid of any customer service skills, when I gave up on them the doctor promised to seed me a complete accounting once I paid the bill, I did pay it and he lied because I got nothing from them after payment was made. No matter how good a dentist he is his ability to manage his office staff is a dead zero. This is where most doctors fail because they refuse to hire a good office manager, greed ego or being completely clueless whatever the reason we the customer get the rotten service. They had eleven months to bring this to my attention and failed. Plus when I questioned their accounting they threatened me that my credit would suffer, this is why I paid the bill not because they proved I owed the money but it would have cost way more to fix this later. I will never do business with them again no matter how good a dentist the doctor is, trust is the key when you lose my trust were done. Do business with these people at your own risk!

Dr. Avakian is absolutely the best dentist in Fresno. I have been Dr. Avakians patient for over 10 years now and I can say with every degree of certainty that he always saves the day. Dr. Avakian is a consummate professional and he and his staff have sheer passion for the care they provide in their services. I had an appointment today, and again I experienced fast, friendly service and left his office feeling better than when I arrived. He and his staff motivate me to care for my smile better and I look forward to my next visit. You cant put a price on that level of competence, service and professionalism. I could not recommend Dr. Avakian any higher.

Not one he did. They said come in on 1 hr. It was busy day, but they got me in and knowing I was in for a wait, they did a cleaning to help the time problem. So after a few mins the Doc came in and redid my filling.Excellent

Ive been Dr. Avakians patient for more than 6 years. Hes very kind, carrying, takes as much as time as you need, and answers all your questions. The staff is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always try to accommodate all your appointments.Before seeing Dr. Avakian, I was told by other dentists that my case is very hard and they cannot align my teeth with invisilign, but Dr. Avakian made it possible, and the results exceeded my expectations. I also had a lot of other treatments, and never had problem with any of it. I can thank Dr. Avakian for the beautiful and healthy teeth that I have.
