The most efficient and friendly staff Ive ever encountered! Dr. D is so knowledgeable and makes the whole process from start to finish a smooth and enjoyable process. I highly recommend!

Weve been going to see Dr Diciccio & his team for almost 3 years now. I appreciated that Dr Diciccio wasnt in a hurry to get my kids in treatment, unlike the other places we consulted with. No pulling teeth, no creative planning to get us going right away. We waited almost a year before he gave us the green light that it was a good time to start.The process was easy at this office, they are very flexible with scheduling and weve never once had a bad visit.This office, the staff, the location, everything about this place is 5 stars. We come in, are greeted warmly by the ladies at the desk as we enter, my 2 kids sign in on the computer and we wait for one of the girls to come get us. We never wait more then 5 min, unless were really early for our appointment. One of the girls comes out with a smile, asking for one of the kids, greets them and starts conversing with them on their way back. ALL the staff in the back are kind, joyful, gentle and do their absolute best to make the person in their chair feel like they are the only person on the planet in that moment that matters. They do an amazing job treating our kids with respect and making them feel positive and confident. You can tell they love what theyre doing & love their patients. Dr Diciccio does a fantastic job in his selection process on who to hire. His team is extremely talented in their profession AND they are genuinely caring and good people.I highly recommend Dr Diciccio and his talented team, they make you feel like family here. Straight teeth and a gorgeous smile are the bonus. ; )

The staff is genuinely so patient and never hesitates to answer all of my questions/concerns. Dr. Diciccio is very personable and worked with my son until my son was happy with his teeth/smile. We love the results of my son’s smile and the service of the entire staff so much, that I am taking my younger child to see Dr. Diciccio.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Each member of Dr.DiCiccio’s staff, including the Dr is absolutely amazing. They fully explain everything that is being done and always have such a positive and friendly attitude! Thanks everyone for makin each visit pleasant!

We just completed Phase One with my 9 year old. I highly recommend this office. The staff and Dr Dicicco are highly knowledgeable and very patient. Dr Diciccio was very upfront and honest with me during the consultation. He personally answered all my questions and I never felt rushed when he spoke with us. Every ortho visit over the past 16 months has been A++++. The office itself has so many perks, fresh cookies, fresh coffee, a movie theater! However the knowledge and the amazing customer service that you get from this office, makes all the difference in the world.

Very friendly at this orthodontist office. They have fun games and a movie theater. They have coffee and cookies. Theyve got it all. 😉

I don’t recommend Pat Di Cicco at Reality Concepts. He was very rude to our realtor and couldn’t even address her by her proper name! I would not consider him to be a professional and would not recommend his services!
