It was my first time experience doing micro blading and was pleased with the experience and the process. Stacey provided me with the information that I needed for my after care treatment. After having my 2nd appointment follow up and had sometime to heal I have noticed that one eyebrow is not as darker then the other one. I have reached out to her a few times and have called the office and left voicemail and have yet to receive a response. I know the importance of making sure you follow the after care treatment to get the best results and followed it exactly how I was instructed. I have been patient and waiting for a response for weeks now but now I’m starting to feel that Stacey won’t reach out so it can be corrected. I believe in making the customer happy and come out feeling confident with the cosmetic work that was done. I’m disappointed because it’s not what I expected and paying so much for not being satisfied with the outcome.

I was really nervous about getting permanent makeup, Stacy is very knowledgeable, walked me through every step along the way and made sure I was comfortable. She was precise about getting it just right and didn’t rush through my appointment.The office is clean, she kept everything sterile, there’s a bunch of cute little inspirational quotes. Amazing bedside manner. For the first time in years I’m able to leave the house without spending an hour doing my eyebrows. I love my new brows 😊

Stacey is amazing at what she does. The customer service is personable and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The best part is I haven’t had to do anything to my brows other than a quick trim and tweeze in over a year. I can’t thank her enough!!

I had the powder/ombre brow done with Stacey. She knows what she is doing and helped color match my skintone and my favorite shade of eyebrow pencil I used in the past. Her pre-packaged aftercare kit was such a nice touch and very convenient.
